Execution Rocks Lighthouse

Eerie place in the middle of long island sound. Great for a boat visit!

Ok fishing... Easy to get to with a boat good veiw.

Great scenery. Overfished area.

Ive never been to the Lighthouse, but have fished around its vicinity.Depending on tides, its a pretty good spot to ply the waters for fluke.I know many have gone for other fish there, but weve only fluked there.Happy fishing.

This is a lighthouse only available by water. There is such a rugged beauty to the structure. It was occupied until about 1979 when it became automated, and there was no longer a need for a keeper. There is some amazing history to this small lighthouse and makes for an interesting read on Wikipedia. The lighthouse in in the Long Island Sound between Sands Point and New Rochelle.

Scary place, was great to visit but for a normie I don’t recommend you start off with something this intense.

I USED TO SEE THIS LIGHTHOUSE ALL THE WAY FROM MY BALCONY IN CO-OP CITY WHEN I WAS A KID. GREAT MEMORIES
