Another slumlord owns the place. They wont repair anything. Leaking ceilings,mold,no heat and they go up on peoples rent who are disabled. The city needs to go back out to that place. The owner is getting away with everything.

Manager is awful. Cant trust them. I got some chickens from a neighbor in that trailerpark who had them for years and manager gave me pure grief about having them. Last three maintenance men, they ran up big bills where they owed them a lot of money and fired them without paying them. Manager didnt show up for an appointment for a new client, they waited 2 hours and the manager was a no show. Toilet didnt work for the last month I was there.
