Family member lived there for almost two years. Home was brand new when they moved in and still looked brand new when they moved out over 2 months ago. They have been told numerous times by management the checks in the mail for their deposit. No check yet. Hum... This is ridiculous!!! If management or owners read this whats your excuse? You received the deposit before they could move in but yet they continue to wait for money owed to them over 2 months ago.

Lived at Westwood Park since 1991. Has changed management about five to six times since 1991. Upkeep and grass cutting used to be real good but recent management has stopped taking care of the property. With the new management that came in 2017, there is no upkeep. Prior management took care of the lawns and all of the yard work. Now, all the new management does is take your money. Manager is not in the office most of the time and makes it hard to turn in rent payments if you want a receipt.other tenants are having a hard time getting maintenance work done on their mobile homes, especially those that are renting mobile homes that do not belong to them.

Nice, quiet community

Cant ever Dodge these guys watch out for all the potholes by speed bump. If someone would provide materials to fix this id gladly do the labor just so this community wouldnt have to put additional wear onto vehicles.

This place has gone downhill ever since Andrea Bridges took over as manager. She allows any kind of riff raff to move in, so it no longer has that safe feeling it once had when I first moved there.

Family gatherings, work on the plumbing please! We love this place and make all renters accountable

Im moving we didnt use to have to fix our own homes, I feel like my family and myself dont matter, I feel that only care about getting people in the houses, and the houses are patched up to look good only, not worth the money we pay. Keep paper on EVERYTHING, that will help you later.

On a recent visit to this park I viewed this home during an open house and it was beautiful. The property was clean and quiet. Definitely worth seeing for yourself

Pitiful young kids from 1yr old to 7 yrs old running up and down the park with no parental guidance to be seen . They should be reported. Some trailers are kept up and others are thrash.

Both Ms. Bev and Ms. Lyn were very helpful... a couple of move-in bumps, which is normal when you are moving. The ladies helped smooth the move-in process. Tons of potential in this little gem of a park!

DO NOT RENT IN THIS PARK! my cars have been broken into multiple times! the management does not do their job correctly nor do the speak with the tenants about Home/ park problems! VERY POORLY serviced!!!

Been here for 5 years and neighborhood has gotten terrible. People breaking in cars weekly. New management was suppose to be improving the place, but it seems to be getting worse. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!!

I saw 4 dogs ruining loose near my friends house 2 extra large breed 1 large breed and 1 small breed. For a person who is afraid of dogs it is terrifying.

This is the worst trailer park everyones cars and houses have been broken into but they fired officer rose so noones doing anything about it the woman in the office is rude my house was broken into 2 months ago all three of my cars a few nights ago and the management charges out the ass to live here but wont even allow firearms when the wont even hire anyone to atleast patrol so it will stop this is rediculous the new management is so rude and they try to charge you for everything if youre paying for the lot rent and own the trailer the why cant you use your lot for anything really they wont you to buy another lot just to park cars if you got more than 2 they charge 25 dollars if a car is parked in yard or if you have an extra trash can late fees and youre not allowed to have basically any big dog breeds you pay between 370 and 600 dollars just to stay out here and for what we own our trailer and we pay 375 just to stay here and just got charged 25 dollars cause we have 3 cars and only 2 fit in a spot unless you squeeze but we literally get charged for everything how can you charge people as if this is a safe gated community when in fact its far from but your not allowed to have guns for protection and no protective breeds of dogs either and they wont even hire any help with the break ins most the time you cant even get in the office cause the rude manager locks the door so all you can do is drop your money order in the drop box i absolutely hate it here worst trailerpark management ever and i never really had any issues with this trailerpark till the new management came in

I have lived here for 6 years and its getting so bad here my cars have been broken it to a few times and someone tried breaking in my house lastnight its going down hill fast new owners say we want to help make it safer and cleaner well guess what it looks like a truck stop slash dumping ground and very unsafe so if you are thinking about moveing here DONT ITS NOT SAFE FOR YOU AND OR YOUR FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only black representitive in the front office was very RUDE!!! They all have a bad attitude and expect people to be happy living in a mobile home that is unfit for a dog. I went there looking for a mobile home to purchase CASH! The woman in the front office lacked customer service skills. She gave me a list of homes that were supposed to be unoccupied. Me and my husband drove past several that were available, but due to the fact that it was very apparent that people were still occuping them we were unable to view them. The neighborhood matched the level of service I experienced. The homes were unkept. This place would be a great place to live if you were a stray animal or a person that is ok with expensive prices, poor service, and low standards.
