I Took A Leap Of Faith When I Moved To Crosswinds Mobile Home Park. I Heard Alot Of Negative Things Before I Moved There. But All Those Negatives Things Were Not True . Crosswinds Is Very Clean And A Quiet Area To Live And Management Is Amazing. ..So Yes I Give Them 5 Stars No Questions Asked ....

Air Conditioner Broke & No One came out to fix it for weeks in the middle of SUMMER. Was told Id receive credit & then was told it was out of there control just pay full rent I cant get in touch with the boss who Ive never seen since living here months.....air conditioner on roof
Crosswinds is a great Mobile Home place to move into. I would recommend it to live in it is clean, peaceful, and they have a very understanding Manager. Theresa Gordon
Trailers look nice, but half of them have the central A/C units ON TOP of the house. It doesnt seem like a good design idea.
Not bad.
Nice quiet community. However the maintenance people are lazy.. when I moved in they had trash and door nobs and wood just laying around the trailer they didnt replace the siding they said they would they just put the broken pieces back up and I have been here for 4 months and have yet to get all the draws for my kitchen!
