Have hours of fun. The food in the Chefs restaurant is awesome. They have a new menu and the food is great. I go there to socialize and the employees are great.

I was really disappointed in this thing they called a buffet. But let me just say that i had visions of a vegas style buffet. The crab was cold i prefer mine hot. The prime rib was very good. The side dishes were minimal at best. The casino itself was very busy and lots of people winning..

Love this clean andQuiet casino. Vandwellers by choice who find overnight parking at casinos to be a unpleasant experience regardless of money we spend.Why??? They see a couple in their early 40s that appear to live in a van. (Most casinos wont even allow rv parking for our home)Now if we pulled up in a RV style and appear to be in their late 50s pull out all the stops for that guest!Not this casino. Staff is friendly, place to gamble, eat and do so without being judged. We just want to spend some cash and they gladly take it. Thank you everyone.

Great staff! Friendly environment and very coved-19 aware! There is ample parking and plenty of handicap parking even! There are even rv spots if ya come stay a few days! Very cool place!

The Buffet is the BEST crab steak salad!!The management and staff here is amazing and caring.Small but amazing place.Lots of fun to be had here.The little shop has smokes, candy and other little treats.Well worth a stop..

Generic Cigarettes are priced pretty good compared to the brand name Cigarettes, from$ 30 to $ 40 depending on what Generic brand you smoke. I also love the gift shop they quite a selection of unique or special gifts for the people you love & chrrish.

5 STARS for their ONION RINGS!!! I go here to eat...cheap buffet and not very tasty....but their onion rings....OMG!!!Skip the buffet...walk around the side of it and order some onion rings. Less than $4...you get a platter of them...and they are gourmet quality!

This is a small casino. It is friendly and feels like home. Went there for the seafood buffet. Was surprised at how good it was. Small selection but well presented and tasted great. Cant beat it for the price. I would recommend coming here for a night of fun.

No hotel. No live music. Refused to load my $5 free play I received in the mail, onto my card. They claimed they never mailed me a free play, and even when I went back the next month with my free play proof in hand, she still wouldnt load it into my card.Good all you can eat crab night.

First time there. Stopped to eat dinner. Food was good but dining area smelled of smoke from the casino. As long as you can put up with smoke smell, good value.

Two weeks ago I would have given a five-star review, excellent prime rib, crab, fresh peel shrimp, steamer clams, scallops and clam chowder, but tonight was a disappointment. Seafood buffet tonight included crab which was good, but no peel shrimp, no prime rib, no clams or clam chowder and ice cream machine was out of order. They had more regular buffet options than seafood. Disappointing.

This is a small Casino. However, that isnt a problem in fact because of it their Customer service is exceptional. Food and beverage variety is excellent. And theyre complimentary beverages are amazing! They have a winners Club with several Awards based on the level you are on. Which makes it extra fun! If got pay off the club youll be able to participate in their once a week drawings. Which can put an extra $500 in your pocket. They have a wide variety of slot machines to play. They do not have card tables or roulette, etc. Just the slot machines for now. They also have a gift shop with alcohol and tobacco products along with some retail items with really good prices. Overall I give it a 9 stars. If they had tables it would be a 10.

Very friendly staff. The restaurant was great, excellent service, really good food and reasonable prices. The slots were a good mix of old and new, casino was not smoky even though there were smokers. Will definitely visit again.

Its an okay place. Every slot machine is a class 2 bingo style. Very laid back environment. If you like to just have a quieter experience this is your place.

Was midday, uncrowded.. clean and not terribly smoky. Pipe tobacco smoke smelled kind of good... parking was easy. No customer service, yet I think if we needed anything... someone was nearby to ask.

I really enjoy eating at the buffet and the cafe. And its kept so nice inside. If you gamble there are penny machines and this casino has gaming tables, also, now.

It was cool and laid back casino I have went to that I could relax and drink a beer and play couple of games..Sometimes its nice to get away from all loud people and just chill with some slots.. ;) :)

Smaller casino hidden off the main road with no flashy lights. Never knew about it and I live about 10 minutes away. Signed up and the woman was beyond friendly. It was not busy when I went. Will be back for the buffet.

I would never have guessed this place was up here. Thought we had been to every casino in the state. This place is not large but has a cozy feel to it. I would have rated it 5 stars but some of the staff needs to work on their customer service. They were not out right rude just not very friendly.

Good machines. Clean casino. Reasonable Canadian exchange rate. Great deal on breakfast in the cafe, although it was cold. My friend ordered a club sandwich and it was served on a platter, and it was huge.

Lets just say Ill never go back there again. If I didnt have bad luck Id have no luck at all.

Couldnt get no service then in the dining room, tables dirty cook was in the dining room scratching her head having a good time with the guest, staff seem to be rude. Was really hungry waited at least 20 minutes for salad that was supposed to come with our dinner we never got, ended up walking out. They sent me free play I have no intentions of going back. It was like this 10 years ago and it appears that still is.

Me and 6 friends went there to watch Seahawk game. They had one projection TV on that was broken. Foggy picture not watchable. Other TVs very small. No game specials. Dont waste your time. Not Seahawk friendly.

We arrived at 5:00, there was a line and it took 40 minutes to get in. The crab was marginal at best snow crab not good. The prime rib was good, then they ran out of that. They are very disorganized, wont be going back.

The only reason I give this place 5 stars is because of their Chef Mason. Every time I’ve ordered food from there I ask specifically for him to make my food because his cooking skills are perfection and if he isn’t there I don’t eat. Period.When I was a cook there, ALL employees and VIP members requested mason to make their food as well.Seems as if no one who is in charge there knows good quality. Everything is either over cooked or undercooked.If it wasn’t for Mason, chefs would be terrible. I know multiple other people who agree.MASON IF YOUR READING THIS YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!

I am giving the Northwood Casino 4 stars because, even though it is a very small, non-luxury establishment, I believe they are at least trying to improve in any way that they can, which is really all that you can ask of any business. They recently added a large table games (if thats the right term) section in the center of the main floor. The card/game tables, themselves, seem to be high-quality and are nice/professional-looking. Finally, and this is a BIG ONE for me... the casino staff are actually very nice, non-threatening, and dont make you feel as if youre constantly being watched.Of course, especially in a casino, everyone already knows that their every move is being monitored, recorded from three different angles, deconstructed, analyzed, and then neatly reassembled into their very own, comprehensive behavioral profile/threat assessment, however, I am not particularly fond of being constantly reminded of that fact every time I happen to glance to my left, or right, and see an unusually squinty individual, sporting the practical Security gear, or the subtle, yet effecting, black suit/walkie-talkie combo, whose look can only be translated as, Please, be welcome!I am definitely ranting now, and being silly, and I apologize. Apparently, I have a lot to say about rude, overzealous casino employees. Who knew! Well, heres to Northwood Casino, for not making me feel like Im in a 90s Bond film. Thank you!

Nice location, food is usually good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location for breakfast. Lots of parking.Smoking is allowed inside if that appeals to you. If youre allergic to smoke, dont go in or go in when its not busy, the ventilation system inside cant cover up the smoke.

Had no idea. Sunday Brunch was great and lots of fresh crab. We will be back.

I am really disappointed that you changed the house salad in Chefs to a raspberry vinaigrette instead of the oil and vinegar, making the salad turn pink. Yuck. The candied pecans were way better then the walnuts you are using now. Please go back to the old recipe, Im sure there are tons of people wholl agree - we all used to rave about your famous house salad with the cranberries and candied pecans.

In a small town, but acts/behaves like a big town Casino.

Kinda seemed really small compared 2 the Silver Reef Casino. All the games I wanted to play were taken and the minimum bet was $0.25 on all machines. All in all didnt really like it, probably wont be back to play again anytime soon.

Most food was cold. If hot, Im sure it was good. The machines were so tight, there was no up swing to entice more play time.

Came at Noon on a tuesday there were 2 tables open so I sat down at a dirty table sat for 10 minutes until a waitress told me its a 45 minute wait. Went to their value food section guaranteed hot and fresh noon to close. They told me they had no food and no idea when they would. I come here for the 2.99 breakfast which is the only saving grace when the servers daily mess up my orders or last week when I sat for 25 minutes to.be told my food was never ordered in the kitchen. This place is a burning trash pile that is only kept lit by the compulsive gambling of the baby boomer age group.

Well my first & I can say with absolute certainty my last visit to this establishment. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Clearly the kitchen manager has a job title for which she is unqualified for. Extremely unprofessional && incredibly rude!! It seems as tho this establishment has no standards or expectations for its employees. The cashier was very rude, slammed my money down & wit a fake smile said have a good night. In my opinion, this place is a joke & I dont see how they are even in business. Ive never been more unimpressed than I am having been to this establishment. Steer clear of this disaster. Unless you are into rude staff, less than mediocre overpriced food, and unprofessional behavior & an attitude, Id suggest taking your money & good mood elsewhere. The rusty wagon has excellent food & great service.

Interesting place!

Surprisingly made money here. Turned 38¢ into $18.00 within a few minutes. This isnt always the case, Ive definitely lost more than Ive won. Its kind of in the middle of nowhere with a wierd atmosphere.

Their breakfast deal is one of the best in town. Come get some good grub for the whole family at a fantastic price.
