Weve lived here for several years, and have had no problems. The landlord wont allow a bunch of trash laying around, so Im not sure why people are saying its dirty. This is the best mobile home park that Ive lived in, the managers work with you if needed, and even help to cut your grass if you cant! I absolutely CANNOT say anything bad about it.

Manager very down to earth and friendly. Park is clean and well kept.

A little noisy with the music at times, but overall much quieter than I thought it would be. Management is great to work with!

Slovenly disheveled and trashy at a glance. Im surprised the city even allows them to operate. What a joke
