Quite but run down great neighborhood an people

As far as trailor parks go this ones not bad.

Quiet, not a lot of noise or traffic in and out. Not a lot of your typical nonsense associated with mobile home parks.

Its a good trailer park. Pretty quiet most the time. Only time its loud is when there is a family get together there with my people. Even then everyone is respectful of others that live there.

Wonderful white trash at its finest! Entertainment everywhere. More than two trailer park girls around the outside. The only disappointment was there was no more trailers left for me to rent! Absolutely love my people!!!

If I could give zero stars I would place looks a hot mess ppl standing outside all day .. broken down cars lots junk sitting around in the park area does not look a place youd want to live if you are a civil person but the lot rent is cheap $$$ but you get what you pay for
