Nancy was phenomenal. Helped me through my first club fitting experience ever for a driver. My low skill level made my hits inconsistent so I’m sure fitting me was frustrating. However she was very patient and helpful. Ended up buying a epic flash driver, at a great price, and thats “mostly” fitted to me. I need x-stiff but it only came in stiff. But i love the head so I had to get it haha. Will save up and come back for a x-stiff down the road :).

We were there to purchase a pre-owned driver and were immediately met with a rude staff member who approached us at the bay to deliver STERN instructions. If it had ended there, I would have understood as sometimes patrons get on these bays without regard for the expensive equipment but it did not. We went on to make a purchase and leave the equipment for a re-shafting and new grips. As we went back to double check on the shaft we’d selected, a different clerk from the front desk makes an effort to come back to tell the service man that I had thought they would have everything ready on the same day with a laugh to insinuate Same day service was out of line. What made it worse was that I was right there as well and found it a very condescending experience overall at this location.FOLLOW UP:The very next day, the stores General Manager personally contacted me. Want to give a shout out to Cy who brought me back to discuss the experience and hear my suggestions. There was also a young man who was there during both visits by the name of Jordan that was helpful and courteous. My purchases never would have been possible without him. Everyone deserves a second chance to make it go RIGHT(Adjusting my review from 1 to 4 stars)

The staff there are always willing to help. May be a bit understaffed though. They seem to have a large selection, but if they don’t have it in stock they will order it for you. Shop around, if you find items cheaper they may match prices as well

This Golf Galaxy does not have it together. I purchased a golf bag for my son last week for curb side pickup. When I arrived, they not only could not find my order, they did not have the bag in stock. This is after the on line purchase went through and the email confirmation confirmed it was in stock. Not a good way to run a business.

Had gone to Edwin Watts and was very disappointed and down in the mouth about buying new irons when we drove by and saw Golf Galaxy. Didnt know it was there. We walked in and Vic (Very customer oriented) took the time to help my husband find irons that fit him. Vic had a lot of knowledge and gave my husband just the help he needed. My husband is going back for Vic to custom fit the clubs that he decides on. Even the manager was very helpful. Everyone that walked in there were treated like they were their best customer. My husband and I will never go anywhere else. Well Done Golf Galaxy!

Great technician regripped my clubs. Poor service in hitting bays when I wanted to try out a $400 driver. Also, no more Golftec. I wont be back.

Good place to go to if you know what you need and can grab it and go. I feel like they are understaffed when I needed help getting fitted for some clubs. Decent selection of golf gear, though.

I like the large no hassle hitting bays and demo selection. Dont really have a feel for the pricing or service. For me being able to try things is what I want.

The team members at this store are grossly incompetent. I went to this specific store knowing the one in clearwater would not be able to provide the same level of service or so I thought... I merely went to the store to swap out shafts on a handful of golf clubs. Heres what I received in return: 1.) Misfit (demensionally) shafts, even after specifically telling them the tip diameter necessary for the clubs, they ordered the wrong shafts. 2.) 2 and a half weeks of waiting for correct shafts to be overnighted... and lastly 3.) 2 out of the 5 clubs sent in for new shafts... damaged during installation. And the best part... they didnt even point out the damage during the pick up. I highly recommend anyone looking for golf equipment to look elsewhere. Pro shops or other competitors will provide better service and fit you properly. Update: still waiting on golf galaxy customer service to return my messages about replacing the damaged club heads... no response yet. Again, the staff at this store showed to me they cant handle a SIMPLE fitting. Look elsewhere if considering this store...

While Ive always been satisfied with this stores outfitters of new clubs, they never seem to have anything in stock requiring the ordering of the needed club from the manufacturer. This in itself does not bother me, but what does bother me is their inaccurate statements of an eta on the delivery itself. First I am told maybe in a few days, followed by it will be delivered the following week, with another statement after the week has passed that I have to wait yet another week. They shouldnt be making promises they cannot keep. Still waiting for my pre-purchased club.No sooner than literally after posting this comment, they called me stating the club had just been delivered. Go figure.

Walked around for 15 minutes looking to be fitted for new Irons.... The employees just stood around and were talking. They looked right at me 2-3 times and never asked me if I needed anything.... this is about the 3rd time this has happened, I will not be back.

I already knew what I wanted, I am disappointed I bought the Cobra f8 in raspberry, they did not have the head cover for it so Im not sure if its Golf Galaxy or if its Cobra and theyre not making the matching headcover. 250 for a club and they dont have a head cover that matches it sad.

Purchased two pairs of mens shorts: b1gqfThey charged me for both.Went back a week later & was told by the manager I was mistaken. They were NOT b1g1f & I could have my money back. He didnt even check!He talked down to me & was disrespectful.I was ready to purchase two ladies golf shirts which were advertised as b1g1f but did not ring up that way at cash. I mentioned the sign in The ladies section said so. He said no you got these from the sales rack right here. Actually I didnt. He was also very rude & unprofessional.I will NEVER ever go back there! And I have also told my expectations to all my friends & family.You suck!
