Once they get your money and signature, they could care less. I never missed a single payment and followed every rule. Every couple of months, they would change their policies. After only 6 months, they increased the rent though the agreement said they couldnt for a year.They repeatedly have sewage problems. It smells horrible when it rains but the lease says they dont have to keep things up or keep the property safe. You assume this is to avoid frivolous lawsuits, but they really dont take care of things. They told me they would take care of several health risks, but after a year, not one of them had been done. I left messages with the main company and was told someone would call, but they never did.

Dropped off a friend.... Clean place....

Community is being cleaned up and new homes are coming in!

Not really much to say. Could use some road construction.
