After a very sorted beginning I am happy to say that things seem to be improving and am cautiously optimistic.Update: being cautiously optimistic was a mistake. So unprofessional (with the exception of Mr. Sharp).

Worst place in Lumberton, they over promise and under deliver. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.Old homes supposedly rerurbished.....ha what a joke. Too busy refurbing to take care of current tennants issues.4 1/2 mos was all I could take.If they would have let Stephanie do all she had planned it might have improved. Instead we got our 4th mgr in the 4mos I was there! Owner ties their hands all for the mighty dollar.

Great quiet friendly lil place to be if your looking for something you can afford and options to own might be the kinda thing you are aiming for long term

They are fixing the place up and the Manager stephanie was amazing

They wont fix things they promised to fix and will look for excuses to evict so they can increase rent. Also dont allow trampolines pools or anything in your yard

David was very professional and straight to the point! I highly recommend everyone to call him if you need a nice home!

Ive lived here twice now and regretted it almost immediately each time. Infested, charged for equipment that isnt used (if it exists), constant management changes, neighbors break in to your home, etc. Not worth it, guys. Keep moving.
