When it rains, it floods

The place is good and cheap but ran down. Needs to be remodel quickly. Everything is out of date. The roads are dirt and always need to be redone. The only thing good is cheap rent.

That where I stay

Not a good place to call home. You can not let your kids play outside. It is not safe. Shootings every night sometimes in broad day light. They are even drive by shootings.

Dirty. Would not recommend anyone rent a trailer from there.

Homes Dont look that great. Very loud. To much for rent for those homes

Please fix the road! Go there to visit a friend and it basically throws my car out of line going down the dirt road
