This theater has been renovated to add luxury loungers with heated seats. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We attended a matinee and the prices were reasonable. The loungers were so comfortable I was almost sad I had to leave. This will be my new go to movie theater.

Ive been going to this Cinemark for years now. Ive always been very satisfied with the customer service. The screens look great! I usually get popcorn and its very good! The seating is comfortable and the heated seat option is very nice!

The staff members are consistently friendly and positive, from the time I enter the doors. They are quick to offer assistance and appear to pay attention to customers to anticipate needs. Clearly well trained and led as a team

Best Theater in this area. We drive from Livingston to watch movies here all the time. Reasonable prices and comfy seating. The place is surrounded by tons of restaurants for plenty of lunch or dinner options.

I love the way they have updated the place! The people are so friendly and are willing to help. I love to go there to see a movie, especially since I have to go 45 miles just to see one.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean theaters, and fresh snacks. The reclining seats are big and roomy with adjustable seat warmers. The young Mr. Kraemer at the concession stand has been particularly helpful on more than one occasion and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our visit.

My husband & I go here quite often. We always have a good experience. The staff is friendly, the theater & bathrooms are clean. I have no complaints.

The girl at the counter kept her cool, she was being badgered by an older lady about how much ice to soda ratio had to be done, making her do it over an over, great job and she needs a pay raise

This movie theater is sooo cool. The seats recline, have seat warmers, and you can choose either pull your armrest down and have a chair or to leave it up and have a couch. The screens are good quality and the sound is perfect.

One time I went there and a young man named hunter that worked there was quite rude to me. I was hesitant to return but the next time I came here was gone and I had a wonderful movie experience. I would give six stars if I could.

I LOVED the comfortable chairs and how they reclined. Everyone there was kind. I do wish they had given us fresh popcorn but we did go in the middle of the day....they may cook more popcorn in the evening.

The heated recliners and the movie Overcomer was a total blessing! The staff were amazing and so was the popcorn! Loves this place!

Decent Cinema. The place is a little dirty and the reclining chairs do not recline near far enough so you find yourself in this awkward half reclined position the entire movie. However I prefer this place over AMC because its not in the mall

At first I was a little skeptical because of the fact that I’m a usual at AMC, but I decided to give Cinemark a chance. Man was I surprised I was greeted by a young worker named David, and his respect and manners made me enjoy my movie experience. Thank you for hiring this young man.

Best theater in Lufkin, never any issues with loud kids sneaking in. Always an officer at the front and always clean. If the seats don’t work someone is always quick to come and fix them.

I like going here for a good movie and time alone

Ok movie theater went couple months ago and this one young man I think his name was hunter he was so sweet with me he helped me have a good movie experience but I was upset when I returned this weekend and he was not there

I really enjoy this theater I just really want and update to its seating. Wishful thinking. Service is super nice most of the time super fast depending on times. Tickets are well priced for matinees but a bit over normal price for normal showing. Popcorn great. Lost the star from the not always clean restrooms, sometimes gentleman need to sit too.

Overpriced, they played audio advertising over the previews, and there was initially no sound at all for the last preview. Had to go tell them to fix it because no one was there to pay attention to whether it started properly or not.

Love the lounger chairs. Mom is in a wheelchair and we were easily able to get her transferred to the lounger. Heated seats made it even better. Great movie experience.

Wicked expensive for a snack. 3D movies ok and luxury recliner seats beat a regular one. But $8+ for a large popcorn so not worth it.

They shouldnt advertise their new chairs as recliners. They are comfortable, but they dont quite lift your feet enough or lay back far enough. Just a few more inches on both would make a huge difference.

The location is easy to get to and once you get inside there is plenty of room. it has always been nice and clean when we have been there. people are always friendlyUpdate: the new recliners are freaking awesome!Had to sit in the front row but the recliner made it for great viewing and my neck doesnt hurt afterwards. There is only two movie theaters here and I like them both. They have friendly, helpful staff at both places, comfortable seating at both good food and drinks at both . There both 5 stars .

Im sure I would have had a great time, had I not traveled over an hour and a half to watch a movie here, having already bought the tickets online, only to be turned away because the particular theatre the movie was playing in just so happened to be shut down for maintenance.Why they had their location listed for the showing and took the money when they were doing renovations, I dont know. I will not get another chance to watch the movie. It is unlikely that I will ever return to this location.We were given a refund and offered to be given tickets to a different show, but there was no point in seeing anything else. I wouldnt have traveled over an hour and a half to watch anything else.In closing, the female staff member was kind, understanding and accommodating. The male manager was professional. The building appeared clean and orderly. The theatre really shouldnt post tickets online for shows they wont actually show you; its a terrible business practice.

Theater was too warm and the movie in the next Theater was so loud you could hear it clearly in ours. Mary Poppins had way more explosions than I had expected. The new seats are really nice though!

This is an excellent theater. They have a lot to choose from when it comes to snacks. They are very clean. Customer service is great. The only problem I have is that the parking lot sucks. The spaces are small. Other than that, overall great place.
