Great atmosphere, very spacious, 2 bars, with a lower level dance floor to drop down and get ya eagle on girl.! Also Saturday night is hip hop and r&b.

This place very much acts like it’s something it’s not. Each bartender has a different answer per drink, they don’t even know their drink prices. As well as completely under pouring drinks, zero taste of alcohol in every drink we ordered. Water (from the bar) is $2.00. Everybody is very very rude, not helpful at all. Not a good atmosphere at all. So many other great places in Lubbock, do not waste time here. Constantly up the price of an entrance fee for a place that’s not worth it AT ALL. Never coming back here, charging for water? Insane

This place is a hotspot for sexual assault from their own staff... not only did the bouncer flick my shirt and looked down my shirt but he told me he didn’t approve and denied us entrance if you like to be treated this way.. this is the place for you!

I came to Level Nightclub this past Thursday night and ordered a Margarita on the rocks from the bartender, Gabby. She poured maybe a 1 second pour, if that. There couldn’t have been more than a quarter oz of tequila. She added a little more triple sec and then a huge splash of sweet and sour mix. Then she squeezed lemons in the shaker... I’ve bartender for many years and you do not put lemon juice in a margarita. A margarita is a shot of tequila, and equal parts triple sec and lime juice. No sweet and sour mix. She gave it a weak shake for not even 5 seconds. It was the worst margarita I have ever had. I thought I would have better luck with another bartender, but they pour the liquor way under and need to be using jiggers to not rip off the customers. I will be coming back to the club, but will not be ordering from the bar. $7 for a quarter oz of tequila and lemon juice? You’ve got to be kidding me. I took it up with the manager and he handled it appropriate and bought me a shot. But these bartenders do NOT know what they’re doing. You’re better off ordering a beer.

This place is really cool. If you want to to go out and have fun. This is the place. The people there are friendly and the music is really great.

I got robbed by the bouncers that work here. He pushed me so I would push back which gave him leverage to rob me. Dont go here unless you want to be harassed by the staff and pay for over priced drinks.

Its so good theres always a line after 11, so come early.

Super cool venue for a EdM show. tons of parking, and places to sit. Staff was ok, bathrooms were atrocious, but the place was full of preppy college kids so no surprise. The biggest problem was the bartenders. I got 1 drink 3 different times and not only did they pour it differently each time, but it was priced differently too. Right after doors open they were doing 5-6 second pours on double vodkas for 2$. 15 minutes before the headliner I got charged $7.25 for a 1 second pour. again on a double. practices like these will always make the customer uneasy. If prices or product are that inconsistent its almost impossible to not feel like somewhere you got ripped off. would absolutely return just gonna make sure to do some serious pregaming like the underage kids smashing 4lokos on the way in last night.

The staff that was staring at my girlfriend the whole time told me he was patting every male down and I didn’t see pat no other males except me. DONT GO HERE.

I have been calling calling calling since it says you guys open online to no prevail. I love to dance and just need to ask a couple of questions about dress code and covers for 21+ and then minors.

Went last night after not going for awhile and the music has really gone down hill, left early..

Usually love this place but last night for boom box the security was awful! I was standing near one when he got nudged and all 3 of the staff started yelling, cussing and pushing everyone. Bar staff and front were friendly as usual!
