Golf USA is a great experience every time. Stacy, Mike, and the rest of the staff always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We have purchased two clubs from them for my son and have always walked away extremely satisfied. No need to go anywhere else for your golf game in the South Plains!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Went in looking for help and advice, guess I don’t look super rich because I was completely ignored. The staff cares more about watching TV than helping the only customer in the store I guess.

Only guy in the shop on a Sunday hates his job here.. lol He is not trying to be in the same room as anyone else, much less, make a sale. Was ready to walk in to buy a driver and a new bag.. will take our $700+ elsewhere. Would not/ could not set up the technology to test our driver or answer any questions. Boooo.

Staff will ignore you and stare at you creepily from across the store if they aren’t busy watching TV

Not happy iwas looking around and told the kid that was working there it been a while since I golf if he can help me too see what I need instead of setting up the the screen so he can see and fit me for the right clubs he gives me a iron and says try this he didnt even set up screen and trun around and started watching TV so I left with my money

The staff help me pick clubs for me. Had a good section of left handed clubs. Would recommend them to anyone looking for golf equipment.

Walked in to buy a putter, was greeted and asked instantly if I needed any help finding anything. The guy saw me pick up a putter and try it out, and suggested a longer putter and i loved it. In and out of there with a new putter in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely take my business there again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I Went in for a driver fitting they set me up in a hitting bay and I basically hit balls nobody helped me in the fitting process I waited around for somebody to actually fit me for the driver I got no help so I left and went to Golf Headquarters and won’t be back to Golf USA ever.

My son is 2 and absolutely obsessed with golf. We got him some left handed toddler clubs from here which worked great!Well of course I accidentally leave them behind at grandmas after a trip so I have an extremely sad kid trying to hit with plastic clubs which, of course, is not the same.We go back and they are out of left handed toddler clubs (because we already bought all of them). But they took a kids club, cut it down, and put on a cool green grip which he LOVES!!!! They totally saved my bacon! They are so sweet and helpful!

Great golf store. they have a little area to try out the putters and can get you fitted for clubs.

Spoke with Major BellSpent about 2-3 hours there getting fitted, found the right head and shaft for my swing. At the same time he did not pressure me into buying anything AND spent the time to address all my questions without feeling rushed. Very polite staff. Im not scratch golfer which im sure he noticed by my swing although I never felt like an outcast. Highly recommended. As a side note, Im not from Lubbock, showed up over the weekend and purchased clubs at their shop. Got fitted for a driver as well, which will be my next purchase from them.

On 7/11/15 I went in to buy a new Scotty Cameron and a couple Vokey Wedges for my birthday. I had a few questions about the different styles and how they would fit my stroke. I stood around looking at the $350+ putters for a while without getting any help. Decided that maybe if I went to the $150/club wedges it may be different. Still no help. Left the store and bought them somewhere else, guess they didnt need my money.
