I went in for the Trackman Analysis with Deryl last weekend. I am more than satisfied with my experience. During the analysis I was fitted for a new driver. I have been very impressed with the difference the new driver has made in my game. The tips Deryl gave me to improve my golf swing have really helped in producing a more consistent drive off the tee. I live 3 hours away from Lubbock but would definitely make the trip again for a fitting of my other clubs.

Deryl Jay and his staff have been extremely helpful and supportive of my sons golf game. Golf Headquarters Lubbock is the best place to go for golf equipment and repairs.

Went in to try to find a new putter, was there for 15 minutes and not a single employee even checked in with us to see if we needed help with anything. 2 guys standing at the main counter on their phones, a guy in the club workshop on his phone, a guy helping another customer, and 2 guys having a long drive competition on the golf software in store. Will NEVER go to this location ever again! If i could give this negative stars, it would be a -5 star rating.UPDATE**** Funny you say that you reviewed your video and 3 of your employees spoke with me, i have 2 witnesses that say not a single person in the store offered any kind of help. And if you saw me on your video system, what time was it that I went in? And I only leave bad reviews when the service is crappy.

I was looking to move from a game improvement set of irons to something more toward the players end of the spectrum. Deryl greeted me and heard the story of the progression of my golf game. He started recommending clubs, but instead of just saying you should try these he already fully intended for me to hit every club he recommended (and a couple that I wanted to check out but had no business swinging). He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not judge the 2 or 3 (more like 15) mishits I had while testing. I settled on some Pings and the fitting was awesome. Less than one hour I picked new clubs, got fitted and had ordered a custom set of Ping i irons. Thanks Deryl!
