I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Carla and Timeless Custom Frames & Art Gallery. Carla has done multiple projects for me, and each one is amazing. Around the Christmas holiday, she was kind enough to work in a gift for my dad to her already busy schedule. She took a small antique picture of my dad and grandma and blew it up to 10x10 inches—the beautiful picture quality remained. Carla is so creative to make each project special and match the frame to the era of the picture. She has such an artistic eye and takes time to make sure you get exactly what you want. If you have something special that needs framed or showcased, this is the place to go. It’s the best in town.

I am a 24 year old student who does not know much about frames. I ended up acquiring an autographed poster of my favorite musicians of all time Daft Punk. It was valuable not only monetarily as well as emotionally. So when I came into Timeless and was greeted so warmly I knew I was in good hands.The entire process was new to me and was explained step by step different options on frames, glass, matting. So much time was spent looking at specifics. My poster was handled with love and care. The final product was absolutely beautiful and I could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. You would be crazy to go anywhere but here for your framing needs. They have earned a life long customer!

I have gotten two pieces done by the very talented owner, Carla. The customer service here is excsptional, and her taste is impeccable. You can bring in what you have and she wil help you transform it into a work of art, something even more grand than what it was before. Here are the two pieces she has done for me: the orange-framed one was a gift for a friend. Even though it is not a vintage poster from the original concert, you can barely tell because it looks SO GOOD and perfect! The metallic blue-framed piece is a gift to myself and something very personally special: an autographed poster of the actress Gillian Anderson. Carla treats every piece as something incredibly special, and takes great delight in giving her customers something they can love and treasure forever. Options for framing, etc, are so much more and better than what you could find somewhere commercial, like Michaes or Hobby Lobby. Also, she goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction, something the bigger companies seem to dismiss. I will definitely be back when I need something else framed.
