Store was a mess and the employees were not nice/friendly. I was walking in the tiny isle and had at least two employees try to pass me when there was obviously no room to do so. There were other isles that were empty they could have used.. definitely was not socially distanced.

Absolutely amazing. They always have everything I need, staff is friendly and usually always have sales on something. Bonus is discounts just for my phone number and hardly any wait in line.

Was not clean, but had a great sale going on so I could make my stuff for my wedding

I have a My Big Ideas Happy Planner. Michaels has a wonderful selection of planners and accessories. The planners are often advertised on sale. I bought many accessories at 40% off.

I understand that times are hard right now for everyone, so I ordered just a couple dollars worth of things I need for school to not take up any unnecessary time. I waited 5 hours and then called, only to have a very rude employee pick up and tell me my stuff wasn’t ready. She wouldn’t even answer my questions and she hung up on me. I was on the phone for less than one minute and part of that was the automated system, I wasn’t even wasting her time.

Great sales. I really like shopping in Michaels because they have a very good selection for crafting. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful. I placed an online order today I got an email stating that a few items werent available, but were available on the wall inside. I understand with COVID19 the online ordering situation can stress out workers. But with any job we are paid to do we are paid to do it. I prefer online shopping because I wont have to be around people who are ignoring the 6ft rule and literally breathing down my neck in the checkout line without a mask on.

I could spend a lot of time in this store, they have a great variety of arts and crafts supplies. Their coupons are pretty good and they always have sales. The holiday decor is great. The staff is friendly.

Came here to check on paint and canvas and brushes for my wife and yes, well be buying the things we need from here.

To expensive hobby lobby has more bang for the buck I bought some bells that costed $3.00 for three and cheaply made went to hobby lobby and they had better made bells for 3.99 for a bag of 24 bells need I say more

Great place to shop for gifts

Tried buying art supplies by setting my store for pick up. Except the website changed the location to somewhere far away. Called and the staff couldnt help me. Called the 1-800 number and they were closed. Tried talking on the online chat, but only had a bot that was of no help. Tried buying another set, but it says there isnt a store near me where there clearly is one 7 min away. Never buying from this company would rather order from Amazon.

Was busier than I expected, but good! A few people didnt obey the social distancing rule, which is really irritating, but what can you do?!

It is ok! I go to get jewelry findings and the dont have what am looking. I am sure others will find the things they need for their creativity and hobbies. The store i used to go to has gone out of business.in Lubbock.

Well organized craft store. Seasonal supplies are switched out and displayed early while their main Staples are kept in familiar places. I enjoy the help I receive when I ask for it.

Good sale right before Christmas! So many cool parts and crafts tools and supplies.

All of the clothing dye section was cleared out and when I asked a associate they shrugged off my question about more stock.

I like Michaels better than Hobby Lobby. The store is less overwhelmingly crowded, its open on Sunday, and there are usually good clearance sales and coupons available online. Really good selection of picture frames and art pens.

This store was very crowded and and was poorly stocked. Shelves needed to be faced and better organized, it was difficult to find anything. The items that showed on line as being in stock in this store location we not available. Im not sure what took place from my last visit to the current visit but I have seen it in better shape than this.

They had everything I needed to make my own Teacher Planner, Happy Planner style! The downer is that the purchase line was long with only two checkers. They were polite and apologized for the wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Michaels, seems to appear to have e v e r y t h i n g.I went in on a sunday because the other craft store in town was closed, and picked up some last minute supplies to make a flower hair clip for a dios de los muertos costume. The associate that helped direct me to where specific items were located was extremely nice and helpful, despite how busy it was right before Halloween.*Pro tip: The have an aisle with mirrors so if you need to see how something (for example color matching a flower garland to your face/ is this flower too big for my head) will look...you can go there and check yoself out in the mirrors.The line was long since it was a busy day but the cashiers are efficient and the line moved fast. They gave me a 15% off coupon on the receipt.Michaels is a stalwart has outlasted some other businesses in that plaza (circuit city Im looking at you); Michaels will satisfy all your craft needs.

No nonsense, have what you need at reasonable prices. Clean. Employees seem to be knowledgable.

The Lubbock Michaels has seemed to actually improve each year, which I feel isnt typical of most stores. They have great selection, particularly of storage boxes (decorative and practical) and yarn. Also, always great deals on half the store with significant discounts. Highly recommend.

Store was extremely messy. There were aisle tou couldnt even get down. It wasnt stick either it was just random stuff every where.

From my wife....Great staff and always some sale going on. A bit crowded at times with all the inventory and can be hard to move around if busy, but otherwise friendly staff who are always helpful.

Disappointed, they dont carry seasonal buttons? Where else can one find cute whimsical summer buttons? No daisies, strawberries or watermelon buttons; (

I had purchased 2 drawer set online and rather than having them shipped to my home I decided to do the in-store pickup since this was going to be part of a Christmas present I thought this would be the fast option. I ordered Monday morning and got a confirmation email stating that my items were ready for pickup. My sister was the pick-up person and she went in yesterday (Tuesday)around 5 showed her ID and was told they were having trouble locating the items in the back. My items werent there and they couldnt give an explanation on why they werent even tho I was sent the confirmation email. They ended up giving me a full refund but the whole point of me choosing store pickup was to have it sooner than it was going to be shipped to my home. Again this was part of a Christmas gift. This was my first time time using the in-store pickup and also my last time. Very unprofessional.

My favorite place for all my craft needs! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Also its large enough to have all I need but not too large where you can walk forever!

My wife went into this store looking for silk flowers and no one wanted to help her and actually laughed at her when asked if anyone worked there. The manager of this place needs to be fired and work somewhere where she actually cares about her job instead of laughing at potential customers. Save yourself the trouble and just spend your money at Hobby Lobby. Michaels in Lubbock TX does not want your money or your business.

Geez, this store is my favorite commercial place for decor, crafting, and art supplies. Lots of little old ladies and suburban moms to bob and weave through in the store but theyre usually sweet so the shopping experience is fairly pleasant as well. Dont forget to check the website for coupons; there are really good ones EVERY. GOSH. DARN. DAY.

Great place for craft items. I was looking for supplies to make paracord bracelets and necklaces for a group of friends. They had everything I needed in stock to make some high quality items. The sales people are knowledgable and friendly and could take me to any item I needed. Great place

I love this place a bit too much. They have a great selection of silk floral, scrapbooking, jewelry making tools and charms. Yhey are always very stocked and clean. And always have a pretty good discount all over the store.

Lot of hobby and decor. Wish you could use their coupons on more items. They exclude almost all the nice or expensive items, so dont expect to use coupons on anything except cheap items.

It was so hot that I was sweating profusely. I had to have an item, so i got it and left as quickly as possible. Others in the store were also complaining. The cashier was completely unconcerned.
