I just went to a GREAT glass fusing class here! Erica, the owner, spent time showing me all the different types of glass, and all ways you can use them. She has lots of gorgeous pieces of her own work on display, too.I decided to do a 6 bubble glass dish and she walked me through each step, selecting and cutting the glass and layering it. At the end of the class I placed my dish in the kiln for the first of its 2 firings.I cant wait to see how it looks when its done, and Im already thinking of other things Id like to try to make. Erica has studio hours for people who want to come in and do their own glass fusing projects, as well as doing her own work and teaching.
