Went last Saturday 10/24/20 for my 1st time with 7 friends and my 6yr old son. WE HAD A BLAST! So much fun! Definitely going again, and again, and again! Ill speak for all of us that went and say only complaint we have is it needs to be open later! Lol. Cant wait to go again! BOX

Great selection of obstacles, and the skate shop is well stocked.

Incredible atmosphere with an amazing owner. Taught me how to drop in within an hour during the Monday 5-7 lessons. Would recommend this place for skaters of any level because this place definitely rocks. Also, check out the huge selection in the skate shop!

Floyd is awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Has a great understanding of how to inform people on specific of skateboard products and is helpful and kind to the kids. Plus their skate park is a great place to session. Kids can get lessons too.

Owner very friendly, I love the fact the nobody is allowed to skate with out the proper equipment.

Please paint walls a light color. Its depressing and has a very negative feel. I have talked to others skaters believe it or not and they say the same thing, Great park, but the dark walls are sad. I suggest also allowing schools kids that are known for their artistry paint murals of your choosing for free.

Riot... Its pretty cool I guess. The owner Floyd Freels is kinda a Nerd thou... Just kidding! Its a pretty freaking amazing skate park! Kudos Floyd Lewis ya done good.

I don’t usually post reviews, but in this case I just felt compelled. I have never been to Riot Skatepark. I had heard good things, but hadn’t had the opportunity to take my son. He was heading there today with a family friend, but upon arrival found out quickly he could not enter without a waiver being signed. This wouldn’t be a problem normally, if I am not with him, an adult (guardian) has signed with my permission at other parks in Kentucky...not so here! Disappointed, no doubt.I quickly went to find a website to see if there was an online waiver with electronic signature to no avail...another disappointment. However, I thought I could call and see if there was anything I could do. Scan, fax, whatever....Therefore, I did and on the other end I encountered an upset individual. I don’t know why he was upset, maybe things hadn’t been going his way today, an incident could have occurred right before I called, who knows, but when I called and asked who I was speaking with and was rudely met with a short “the owner” (and no name), I was a bit taken back. I hadn’t been rude to this man. He didn’t know me from “Adam”. I was just a Dad trying to see how to get a waiver in his hands so my son could enjoy the day with some friends. Yes, we should have “read the fine print” (could definitely be highlighted on the website before someone comes from Richmond unaware). Yes, it was our fault. I just don’t understand the attitude! Again, probably a bad day!We will visit Riot in the future and I amsure we will have a great experience despite the events of today.To “the owner who wouldn’t give his name”, I am sorry my son and others didn’t get to experience the park. There will be another day for them to experience what you have worked hard at providing. I would just encourage you to work on your phone skills.

The owner does everything there to help kids in our community hes taki g his own money to keep this place open i also know personally that he works all day and will have the skate park open all nite skate to give kids a fun and safe environment people should take notice and appreciate a place like this . my sons love it

Skater owned. Not bad. But its extremely dusty in there. Some ramps are weird shapes. Like the pyramid.

Photos online were a tad deceiving...but the dude who ran this place was awesome, he was very laid-back and full of knowledge. A few retro arcade and pinball games upstairs were an unknown bonus.

Decent place, a bit small for the number of little kids on scooters all over the place.

Came for a music festival, staff was friendly and accomodating.

It was crappy. Im a beginner and they treated me like I was 3 years old. They force you to wear helmets and told me to go cry to your mommy. It was a nice park but the workers are not good
