I came in to get the kids settled in and he changed me $8.00, everything thing else was good. Skate rental and skating for 4 hours with good music, you cant beat that anywhere.

Had fun today and half they price of champs. Good hip hop skating music.

Give me a roller skating rink that can offer something different or with cheaper concession prices and Ill give 5 stars. Until then... Robbens Roost is great, really. The gentlemen at the main entrance have always been friendly and respectful to me and my family. They arent packed like other skating rinks around and always running specials it seems. Also, they have a ton of tools to help my little boy skate! 5 stars to you all once we work on those concession prices ;)

Its good, I skate fast, and this place doesnt want fast skaters, definitely aiming towards the younger audience. But its still good. They have a water fountain, charge $1.25 for water. No water cups, just bottled water.

Excellent place, I would say that it needs a renovation to make it look more modern, but also has this special atmosphere from other time, awesome. The staff doesnt feel very happy, I think theyre very tired, I almost think they are some kind of rude, but overall this was an amazing experience. I hope to return a lot of times. By the way, they have some kind of stroller for beginners(2dls) and the prices are very reasonable

One of the best deals for kids entertainment in the area. The best value for a kids Birthday party in town. Safe atmosphere for kids. I used to regularly drop off my preteen and he would call on their phone if he wanted to get picked up early. Reasonable snack bar, a few games, and inexpensive lockers. Family owned and operated. Not fancy just fun. Often open during school holidays, call.

This is a young adult paradise, and they only accept cash. An ATM is conveniently located at the entrance. Atmosphere really seems fun. Music is very loud, but how the kids like it.I have genuine concern for security at this location. I recommend parents either remain inside or in the vicinity. Do not leave your child unattended, since no one is really keeping track of your child.

Very rude staff, i have kidney and crohns disease so I cant skate very well but doing my best to keep moving along the rails. Im trying to get my balance right so I stop for a second and ask my buddy what I should be doing to learn and this woman comes over to me mad as hell for no reason.She scoffed at me and was like get off the side youre in peoples way are you forreal while giving me a dirty look throwing her hands up. It was really embarassing and really killed my experience.Very rude and unprofessional, there are ways to speak to people. I get it I shouldnt have stopped period while in the circle but come on I really wasnt in the way like that to begin with. Dont come here if you need to catch your breath etc, you will get embarrassed by staff.

Fav party rental spot. Them big brown rental skates can really roll, the kids that work there are funny and sweet af, they let you plug your phone in and play your own music so, thats dope too.

Go only if you know how to skate. If you ask the helpers skating there all that they do is advertise their paid training sessions.

Excellent skating facility. Our private event was scheduled, detailed, and flowed flawlessly throughout the night of Aug 31, 2019. We had a funfilled night without any mishaps thanks to the skating rink personnel. They were very helpful and on hand for our every need. Thanks Tony Robbens and your staff.

Not from the area. Researched roller skating places to go to. This one was the only one open. Drove almost 45 mins to be turned away at the door. Apparently adult night 18 and older is on Sundays. This is not stated on the website. So very disappointed 7 year old. Please update website or at least have it clearly stated on the front page.

The time is wrong on Yelp and Google for Saturdays . Went up there and they werent open. Thanks for getting my kids hopes up for nothing.

I attended a skating party in this facility it was a very nice place

I would recommend some upgrades on the look inside and out. The place sort of looks like its deteriorating by the second. The food bar was decent. The workers were really nice and made sure everybody was safe constantly with a constant rove around the place.

Been going since i was a teen love this place need to have grown up only nights again grown ups ONLY!

My 3 kids are un their 40s now and they used to go there when they were 8,10. And 12 yrs. Old. I was there today for one of my granddaughters birthday. She has been going skating since she was about 5 or 6 yrs old. I have 9 grandkids and Everyone of them has skateda robbins roosterthey are. Teenagers now. Robbins Roost has been an entertainment for all of our family for a long time.

Just had my daughters birthday party here, I definitely recommend!! This place is awesome and staff is really nice. A little crowded but that was expected and I was warned before booking the party. Everyone had a good time and thats all that matters. We for sure will come back.

Loved the Old Skool Skate that was held tonight. This needs to happen more often, can you make that happen? It was so much fun getting back out there and doing what we love. The rink was nice, clean and staff very friendly.

My kids school has skating parties here all the time and I love to take my kids here outside of the school functions

Not a safe place for kids on walkers. They are skating in opposite direction, etc. Experienced skaters try to Dodge these kids when they fall. Parents were holding kids in their arms while skating. In order to minimize kids on walkers from injury, the above should not be allowed. Why not let kids on walkers skate alternatively? Prevent parents from skating with their child in arm, much too dangerous. Please create more safety policies for kids on walkers.

Fun, small. Limited food options. The Saturday lessons for beginners are terrific, our whole family has been going. Excellent value (skate rental included with admissions). Theyve been doing a lot of work on the place lately and its looking fresher and better.

A lot of fun! The guys on the floor are ready to help if a newby falls and to lead the dances and races. Great staff all around! They also provide walkers so new skaters can have something to hold onto as they move around the rink. My son and I had a great time at his first time skating!

I love coming to public skate sessions at Robbens Roost. They are a clean, well-run skating rink with a nice floor and good music. Bonus points for offering adults-only skate sessions!

I grew up here! I love this place.

I can still do all the moves. Hokey Pokey, scooter races and the rest.

My only complaint is that I couldnt pay with a card, though they did have an ATM available on site. Ive gone for skating parties with my childs school and it has brought back great memories of my own childhood!

Management is very helpful and wants to make the skating experience A memorable one, food is good and has reasonable prices, best skate floor in the city, clean and they have done many updates inside and out.

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid. Now Im taking my kids there. They just put down new carpet which makes it difficult to skate until you get on the skating floor. The music needs a little more variety.

This place needs the army there...Definatley increased security.

If i could give half a star i would. The dj was rude as hell. He thought i was talking softly i infact was speaking as loud as i could then call himself being a smartass and decided to mimic me and talk softly after i asked him what?, hes going to yell at me. Employees wanted to try to get the kids off the wall instead of the adults who were sitting on the wall.

Make sure you get information in full detail....theyre is a break in communication & not all info was given properly upon setting up my sons birthday party. They were not willing to work anything out, so to save yourself from being assed out make sure you get all information & it would be wise to write their names down upon talking to each individual worker they dont seem to know what another is doing

Just was here recently for a bday party! It was wonderful the room was a great size and they was all very nice! Will be doing my daughter bday there next year!

The music was a little loud, my kids complained that it hurt their ears. The skates and admission were reasonable for $5. It was busy, fun, and kid friendly.
