Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex is the best option for youth soccer! The program is set up to teach kids not only soccer skills but also how to listen and work together as a team while having an amazingly fun time. The staff is exceptional! They truly care about the kids and teaching them as much as possible during practice. They are extremely patient and try to make the practice productive while being silly and fun with the kids! Mockingbird deserves more than 5 stars and we would always recommend them for any soccer needs!

Great facilities with friendly staff. We come here for Kentucky Youth Soccer and it accommodates us nicely. The bathrooms are a little small for the size of the building.

I play for the Mockingbird soccer winter session and I’m 13 this year was my first time doing it and it’s overall good. I like that the team usually gets about the same and equal amount of playing time and that it’s really clean in there and it has a bunch of space for the parents to sit while kids are practicing. I just recommend learning a little more new skills

Parking was tight. Turf is the old-school carpet turf so its like playing on concrete. Hes to complain about an indoor facility but, it could be better. Concession and restrooms were sufficient.

Great place for youth players to develop their skills but the adult coed league needs some work. Their rules regarding girls touching the ball before a shot is taken and men not being able to take the ball from a girl in her defensive half is outdated and unnecessary. It unnecessarily disrupts the flow of play. The referees are also very inconsistent with their calls and could use some training.

Weve been coming to Mockingbird for years and looking back, its always been an enjoyable experience! The range of available practice times makes it easy to work in around an ever changing kids life/sport schedule. We love the indoor facility, which is nice and clean, and we dont have to worry about rescheduling due to weather issues, etc. The coaches are great (have a 7 year old currently playing) and the atmosphere is supportive for learning the sport, no matter your skill level. Plus, they engage in the community, which is always positive!!We LOVE Mockingbird Valley!

My Son called Mockingbird his favorite summer camp ever. He wants to keep playing there. Every day I picked him up he was drenched in sweat and excited for the next day. Great people/atmosphere/program and all about soccer.

This is my polling place, its not as big as my last one, but it is sufficient for my needs. Theres usually enough parking. Go after the early morning rush for shorter lines.

My son did their 4 and 5 year old soccer league. He enjoyed it for the most part. It seemed like 1/3 of the other kids stopped coming before the league ended. The coaches were great though. I would suggest pants as anytime your kid falls the turf is unforgiving.

Both of my kids, 2 and 4, love playing soccer at Mockingbird! The coaches are amazing with the kids and the kids respond well to them. The drills are fun for the kids, while teaching the fundamentals of the game. Mockingbird coaches also incorporate learning colors, numbers, how to follow instructions, and sportsmanship. All around they have an excellent program.

The program for the 2 year olds isn’t the best. It would be better if they just let them run around and kick the balls to cones or colors rather than tell stories that are confusing and meaningless to a 2 year old. Just let them play. The whole point if for them to run around. Not sit and have story time. Won’t be back until maybe 4 or 5 yrs old.

Louisville Ultimate holds their Winter League here. Two fields, we typically share the complex with soccer. So, on field a night. The only thing I would say is to replace the turf and add two more fields.

Mockingbird is awesome for kids of all ages. 2-3 year old soccer helps not only physically but mentally in following instructions from a coach and doing drills. My son looks forward to going every single time. Great price too!

Great complex for indoor sports. My kid went to a British Soccer Camp here and the facilities are well maintained, have ample space for lots of teams to work on things at once, area for eating, bleachers for spectators to watch or team coaching off the field, snack bar, restrooms, etc. Just park by the building rather than the cliff - signs clearly warn about falling rock. Though I didnt see any, I wouldnt want your vehicle getting damaged just in case.

Truly no better grass roots program than Mockingbird. our son has played year round since the age of two. watching him grow as a player is truly heart warming and quite frankly amazing. their staff-in particular Coach Frank, has a way with children, I truly have never seen.....the kids love him and want to excel for him. his love for the kids though, truly sets him apart. his #1 goal is for the children is to have fun and enjoy themselves and its very apparent in his coaching. thankful to be part of Mockingbird family and look forward to bringing our daughter through program once shes of age.

Our 3 yr old son enjoys the practices and its been what we feel is a crucial and rewarding experience for him. Learning a team structure equipped with coaches is an exciting new experience. We attend on Saturdays and the complex is crowded but there are plenty of coaches and they are super fun and attentive! Dont expect hard lessons in the game at this age, but rather team-building, ball handling, and lots of fun. We will continue the practices each season.

I LOVE this facility and staff for my child! My child is in the toddler soccer program and I cant say enough about how amazing the staff and program are for her. Coaches Nick, Frank, and Pete make a special effort to get to know her and remember her and give all the children special attention in class. The program helps her socialize and work on areas such as motor skills and colors and numbers too. Kristen has been wonderful in handling any scheduling problems weve had and she is always so nice to us. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is always clean and welcoming. Cant recommend this place enough!!!
