Small theater that is available to more avante garde groups

Intimate setting that places you right in the action.

Best place in SD to catch a movie. The chairs are so comfy & you can get some alcohol to lighten up the mood a bit.The best is picking out your seats and hanging out grabbing a bite before or meeting friends but never worry about getting a seat. Its the best feeling ever when going to catch a movie. Many times Ive got groups of friends together to catch movies. The latest was Str8 outta Compton, gr8 movie!!! but even better when hanging with the fellas. I highly recommend this theater for any occasion.

Great space for theaters or group meetings. Close intimate setting.

Nice, cozy venue with tons of small indie shows. Great spot for improv performances. Biggest downside is it gets SUPER hot and the tiny wall AC unit is too noisy to use during shows, not to mention sits right on the stage.

Neat little art space. A friend did his stand up comedy special there.
