This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a special lunch, this restaurant comes right away to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and all kinds of food and a large menu.well mannered crew, and good atmosphere. And very important, the charge is reasonable. I tell about this place with pleasure.

This place is great it was so much fun. The food was good, the drinks were good too. Its a bit on the price side because there was a 50 minimum. They have hookah but it was ok. They make up for it with the entertainment, they had a belly dancer and Arabic music.

I got takeout from here today. It was delicious. We got a bit of everything. Wraps, French fries and their version of Byblos Mediterranean Restaurant and Hookah Bar. Everything was fresh and wonderful. We got baklava also and it was perfect. This place is so good.

Our dinner was incredibly well presented and DELICIOUS. I ordered the dissan and it was one of the lost delicious meals Ive had in a while. Great deal for the price. The chicken was incredibly charred, salty and smoky flavored, the sauce was layered, rich, balanced and complex with flavor. The plantains were sweet and well seasoned.

We drove all the way from OC to Byblos. We were 3 of us. Arrived at 12 AM. The place was almost empty. All we wanted is to smoke hookah and drink something. For our surprise, the manager or whoever it was, said that we needed to pay $200 in order to sit in a table. That was the only option. What kind of business is that?To the host: 1. Lose that attitude. 2. Learn how to treat your customers.No class at all.Well never go back. You absolutely deserve this 1 star / bad review.

Cockroaches and bad service.Came here just to enjoy some good hookah and drinks on a Saturday night. Ended up having to wait over 50 minutes to receive my hookah, and finding cockroaches inside and outside of the bathroom.After waiting 50 minutes for my hookah and dealing with the server we spoke with the manager/owner who was able to get us the hookah within 2 minutes. Going off this interaction, when I found a cockroach stuck in the Mens bathroom urinal I gently let the manager/owner know because thats a bad look but stuff happens... That cockroach ended up never being removed during my stay and my partner stated that she saw 2 others on the floor of the dimly lit main area (indoors).I wont be returning here, which is unfortunate due to its presence and convenience during covid.

I hosted a huge NYE party and it was over 45 people., and another Valentine’s Party and was over 25 people. They both were ones of the best events I have ever had. Everyone of my guests was happy and satisfied. The music was perfect, the vibe was perfect, service was more than perfect despite the crowds. I will absolutely host more events back there. The entertainment show was so fun. I go there and I feel that the whole place I reserved for you, which is actually not. But that is how good of a service they provide. One of the most important things, that I liked and respected a lot, was the way they organized these events with class. As they wouldn’t allow anyone into the place unless you have made a reservation with your name on the guests’ list. I was so impressed. My only negative comment is to allow hookah a little bit earlier when it come to these big events.

Ive been here twice and both times were a ton of fun! My girlfriends and I were treated like VIPs by Beno (I highly recommend you contact him to set up your table/bottle service) he not only went out of his way to make sure my friends could find me (all showed up at different times) but also made sure everyone always had a drink in their hand. I went here for happy hour. They have very good options and prices. I had the prime meat sampler and if youre a meat lover you will love it. Filet mignon took the cake for me. So juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was really nice. The decor and the dim lights make it more intimate.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is delicious and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we enjoy a delightful time. highly recommended.

We frequent kebab daddy as we work and live close to the Montrose location. I usually order the luleh wrap or the chicken breast bowl. Both are delicious. Add the garlic Lebni. Delicious! Good food. Good quality.

Came for a group dinner with my coworkers and had a lovely experience. Overall I was way more into the appetizers our group split than my entree but I would definitely come back again in the future to sample something else, or just stick with a variety of apps and beverages.

I went there with family last Saturday night, to celebrate my birthday. The drinks are really good. My favorite part were the appetizers, very delicious, really are to die for. The main dishes are good, but not the best part of the experience. The first place is for the appetizers. The desserts are also very good. Our server (sadly I dont remember his name) was very attentive and his service was very good.

My girl friends and I went to this place for dinner and live music around 10:30 pm on Saturday night, the place was basically empty.I saw only one couple with little boy and one single guy who was busy eating the whole 45 minutes we were there.Food was average and extremely expensive.No live music or dancers as they advertised. Waitress wasnt professional and he didnt know what to do next.We just ate our foods and left. Not a good choice of fun what so ever.I cant imagine this place on week days when their Saturday night was like that, only 7 people.

Lets start off with the good: open late. Posted hours were that they were open until 3, though they were open until 4 am when I called to check. With alot of Hookah lounges, hours will fluctuate based off of the amount of business, and I appreciate that. Hookah was good. Traditional Kahlil Mamoon hookahs and bowls. Hoses were very quality. Liked the decor. Serves spirits, beer and wine. Service was pretty good.The meh: fries were okay. Music was loud and a mix of Arabic EDM and more traditional affairs. I dig it. Some may not.The bad: expensive. They charged per flavor rather then a flat rate. Ill include the tab so you can be the judge. Never replaced coals in the two hours of smoking and it wasnt busy.

One of the reviews below used the word rowdy. Byblos is a spirited good time. People get up and dance. There are professional dancers who entertain the crowd very tastefully and are tipped. Singers from all over the world perform on stage. Its loud. People eat and smoke and have fun. It is not dangerous or rowdy in any sense of the word, and there is a competent security staff on duty at night. I know because I work there.

I choose to dine here in this restaurant because it has a lot of good reviews but I think I they’re we’re mistaken. I’ve waited so long for my order and then they over charged my food. I will not recommend this restaurant.

Not sure what double trash is, but if I am trash for eating here (according to someone who gives bad reviews on 95% of the places he checks into on Google..including PetCo... ), Im happy trash and Im pretty sure the food and the service here are not the issue. They were great. As a traveling foodie, I highly recommend this place. And if I am trash for eating here, at least I had a good experience and Im capable of happiness. I cant speak for everyone else. But, I, personally, had a fantastic experience and this place is wonderful in my book. :)

Old Jerusalem appears as a hole in the wall, but has some of the best Turkish and Mediterranean food I have ever eaten. Super authentic, from the food, to the cooks, to the people eating at the restaurant. You really cant go wrong with anything you order, we got the tzaziki, shishkababs, and veggie platter and it was all fantastic. If you go on a weekend night, there can be a slight wait, but that might also be why there is overflow. Just means it is super good food!

Wow. Wow. Wow. The best Israeli food in the US. Not just in CA but NY included. The best pitas, the best Kemia served when you sit down. Excellent food.The service is outstanding and the owner is a Motek.You have to try it.

Byblos is a great restaurant/nightclub with great food, entertainment,service and atmosphere. Lets start off talking about the food, offering mouth tingling authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Entertainment starts with live dj, belly dance show, and ending the night with a middle eastern live band. The staff are really friendly and professional. The restaurant is located in prime location in the heart of Westwood with very nice decor lighting and nice ambiance. This place is great for any occasion of large parties and for dinner and great night out in the town. Its a must visit place!

I was the dj at this venue a few weeks back. Always heard about it, but it’s my first time there. It’s in a nice area in Westwood. The venue is not too large but has a cool balcony/patio area that opens up. Staff was very cool. They also have different singers to perform. The food was pretty good as well. I was lucky to also get parking on the street which is free after a certain time.

Went late night as it turns into a hookah lounde with music. The food (appetizer) was flavorless and gross and they had no hummus as the second appetizer I ordered. The guy tending to us was weird and they decided to close 30 minutes early because we were the lasts ones, so we were rushed to finish the hookah we ordereda

If I could give less stars I would. I will give stars in negative. As an Arab let me tell you this place is a very very very low class place and people. The food is disgusting. The hookah is bad. Price too high for nothing. People there are garbage. People who go to this place are trash, and who work there are double trash. Save your money for something worth it. Do not waste your money in a place where you will be mad at yourself of going there. I went there for a hookah and I was shocked of the kind of this place it is.

Didnt order any food here. Just hookah... which is not good. The hookah is leaking smoke and after just 5 mins we couldnt smoke anymore. The service is good. But wont suggest it for hookah. Definitely not worth for the price. Definitely not worth even if its 15$ too.

Bad food bad service

My friend had her retirement party at Byblos. The owner and staff were very accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. Everyone had a great time. The belly dancer was amazing. I highly recommend Byblos.

Large portions and authentic Mediterranean food.The food is a little pricey. This place is known for their shawarma. I got the Shawarma plate for $20 which comes with shawarma (meat cut in thin slices and stacked in a cone-like shape on a vertical rotisserie), a saldad, two freshly backed flatbread slices and vegetable sides. Service was quick and friendly. Good place to try out.

Bland and slow food. The hookah was fine though. The kofta kebabs were bland and dry as can be some of the worst Ive ever had. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills.

Its great restaurant to visit once in awhile. The food is great but the music is horrible and they allow people to smoke hookah inside (which I think is illegal in Los Angeles). Im not a smoker and dont want to smell hookah flavor while Im having dinner.
