This was the absolute best display of urban art that Ive ever seen. Sneakers at the intersection of hip-hop, sports, movies, pop culture, icons and money was a brilliant idea. The artists who contributed to this exhibit were par excellence. I hope that some of the sports figures and music icons will get the chance to see this exhibit. Thought it would be a cool outing for the kids, but I ended up loving it myself. Get there! You wont be disappointed. Kudos to the curators.
I was on vacation and wanted to check it out. I went and it’s great! Kids, Adults would really enjoy. Even if you are not interested in sneakers they have a lot of stuff with just sports even a fun swing for little ones to ride on. If you are in LA check it out!
Absolutely great. If you love sneakers, sports and pop culture, you must go here. I have gone a few time with different people and loved it.
It was not worth the price. You can go on GroupOn and get the tickets cheaper if youd like, but I did not feel that is was worth the time and money. Nice idea that was poorly executed. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Also the staff was very rude and weird acting. This museum seems more like a money grab than giving you a great curated experience.
An ad popped up for this event while I was online. It stated design your own custom sneakers. The price stated 38.00 dollars. I signed up for a 1 oclock designing time and bought the ticket. When I got there I showed the girl at the entrance my ticket she scanned it and I walked in. I looked around alittle and ended up asking a person who worked in the store where do I go to design my sneakers? They directed me to the stage and I went to a women who asked my shoe size. They brought me the shoes and I began to design. At the end on my way out I was really excited about my shoes and showed them to the same stonefaced girl at the front. She asked me if I payed and I said yes remember you scanned my ticket when I came in. She looked it up and said that was a general admission ticket and that I needed to pay for the design bar which was 2 hundred dollars. I was like no way!?. She asked if I had 100 dollars to pay for the shoes to where I was like no way! I explained to her that it didnt say anything in the ad about 200 dollars. She told me that I was taking advantage! I really had no idea. She took my custom design shoes from me!She was very rude. I would never try to RIP off. She told me she still had my information and would refund me the money for the ticket. Thats not the point. She was rude and accused me of knowing something I didnt know to try and take advantage. Super disappointed!!
Didn’t feel welcomed, got ignored while asking questions. 0/10 service
Such an interesting exhibit. Really elevates sneaker design to an art form.
Soo much fun! This is a amazing experience dedicated to sneaker culture. Lots of photo ops. Can’t wait to go back with friends!
I had higher expectations. Although I am not a sneaker head but my friend who accompanied me is one and he enjoyed it.
