A truly unique experience! What we really loved about Fa La Land was the immersive feel to it. Mrs Claus brought us into her home as she gave the kids letters to write to Santa, and then we were off on a journey to meet up with the old man himself. We played in the ball pit (adults are allowed too!), swung on a giant swing, took awesome pictures that well cherish for years and sat in Santas sleigh before getting our Santa pics. You can stay in each area for as long as you want, we never felt rushed. First thing my daughter said when we it was over? Dad, can we go again next year? We definitely will be coming back.

Best pop up holiday event! Im picky, and I loved it. Fa La Land is a one of a kind holiday experience. Bring your significant other, bring your friends, bring your family..HAVE A BLAST. Spend an afternoon at #TheRowDTLA, check out the sights and sounds. Go to the cafes, go holiday shopping, get a coffee and do it all in one place at The Row. Downtown is fun. The pop up is super impressive from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. Lots to see and do @FaLaLand. One of the best pop ups Ive been to in a long time.Friendly staff.Easy ticket purchasing.Parking is a breeze and cheap. An easy outing. So much fun.Great for photo taking.Lots of surprises.Great for kids and adults.Go celebrate the season and find your holiday spirit!Get ready to be wowed.I loved it!!

Underwhelming. Group tours through 5 themed rooms. Small children might enjoy, but this is NOTHING like the Museum of Ice Cream or other news worthy selfie destinations. Parts seem very home made. I was not impressed. Skipped into the group ahead of ours to escape early.Venue was underwhelming also. Few Restaurants. Limited shows. A bit desolate. Might be better during the day, as upper floors seem to be commercially leased.Very disappointed....

No Santa on Christmas Day... yes you read that right! After waiting our turn... going from room to room in the lead up for the kids to meet Santa and upon entering the final room we were told I’m sorry he’s gone to feed the reindeers! Sorry? Yeah he’ll be back in 20... actually it was 35 minutes and by then the kids were over it. Oh did we mention that mrs Claus was also feeding the reindeers when we arrived ... so the first room was just us What a scam... if you’re going to charge $30+ per head do the right thing and staff accordingly. If they do another pop up buyer beware!! Save your money.

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS - paid our money, arrived only to find that Santa was ‘feeding his reindeer’ for 30 mins!!! - after being told he would be gone for 10 mins, I started asking what was going on. Then the lady told me he was in the toilet. I said that’s fine, he’s human, but you should have 2 Santa’s. No one is going to work 12 hours straight. The lady agreed and said she had tried to tell her management but they wouldn’t listen. Then the manager had the gall to say the ‘other’ Santa has called in sick. LOL well, your staff just told me you never have two Santa’s. Then had to pay extra for parking because we were there so long waiting.... very poorly run. Will be challenging the charge on my credit card.

This is a waste of money. Its a complete rip off of Museum of Ice Cream. After going to the event, I needed to write this review to let everyone know not to waste your money. First of all, its far away from the Los Angeles area. Its literally out in the middle of nowhere in DTLA. The actors are terrible and they also dont know how to take your photo. Afterall, if this is an event that capitalizes on taking instagram worthy photos, not only should they ask to take your picture, but they should direct you on how to stand and position you. They should be schooled in photography. (None of which I really cared for.) They also hardly put money into the project. The gifts they give in each room were 25 cents. Cheap and trash. I threw everything out at the end of the event. Its also 6 rooms that comes out to a gift shop where there are expensive gifts because they want you to spend more money.
