Love this theater! Its located in the Century City Mall and its gorgeous to walk around the mall and get something to eat before or after showtime. Went to see a movie with some friends before COVID and the theater was clean, great reclinable seats with a crisp and clear picture and excellent sound system. Will definitely be going again once the apocalypse ends!
This is the only movie theatre I go to when I visit Los Angeles. It’s close to Beverly Hills, so you know it’s quality. Plus, in addition to great picture and sound, it sometimes gets celebrity guests. I saw the cast of the ‘Veronica Mars’ movie there during my first visit.
Westfield Century City Mall is a great shopping center. One of the many great things it provides, is an AMC Movie Theater. The prices have plummeted over the past few years into a price that has become not worth it— $17 per ticket. . Luckily I am able to purchase tickets through an online email system in which I can buy tickets for $10 each.
Great place for a movie. The parking garage is very wide, spacious, and free. Chairs are comfy and the sound is great. And also, a wide variety of food and drinks. The restrooms are clean as well. Service has been all across the board. Hands down one of the best movie house Ive ever visited. Highly recommended to everyone I know.
This is one of my favorite theaters in Los Angeles area, close to Beverly Hills and the 405 and 10 fwy with plenty of parking space (with free 3 hours validation as a plus or a valet option). Last time, I went to see the Queen story in Bohemian Rhapsody and they had a display with the real costume. As a Hollywood journalist I come here a lot for the movie studios private screenings and that says a lot why they choose this five stars movie theater. By the way... AMC stands for American Multi-Cinema (ask around, and see if people know what you know now!)
Not a big fan of the way the seats are set up. I felt like i was in a college auditorium class. Its not convenient people constantly passing over you during the movie it can get a little old. I have been to other AMC theaters and the seating designs were a little better. But the staff is nice and helpful and the snacks were fresh.
Its a nice theater; but I prefer the Arclight. Movie I wanted to see was not playing at one. Great picture and sound - dont get me wrong. Also like the assigned seating. Now if we could just get a bar in there with adult beverages, it could go 5 stars.
Our favorite place to go to the movies for date night. Clean theater. Friendly staff. Everything is organized and efficient so we can get in and out without any issue. Plenty of bathroom stalls. Lots of places to validate for free parking. Lots of options for comfortable seating from standard to reclined seating. We never have to worry about how tall the person is in front of us.
Nice and clean theater with parking validation for only 3 hours now, which used to be 4 hours. Prices could be a little cheaper. Imax theater was nice, although I thought it was overpriced. I dont like the concession stand selections. They are all too sugary or salty. There is no healthy options. The workers are okay, except the one who checks tickets could be friendlier. I said hi, and there was silence... No smiles, no his, and no friendliness, period. Can the company pay the person a nickel more to be a bit more happier, not to sap the energy out of the guests?
Get your AMC pass because you’ll be coming back. One of the more up to date theaters you’ll go to. Modern, clean, amenities and lots of showings. There are many regulars here.

Despite the general disposition of the atmosphere and the crowds, I found the mall and the surrounding area quite pleasant. The theater is the only real draw for me outside of the all the restaurants. Eataly is quite something on its own. More to come in the review as I visit accordingly.
One of my favorite AMCs in LA. The Dolby and Prime theaters are a moviegoer’s dream come true.
Our go to movie theater simply for the convenience of it... Plenty of parking and its validated. Easy to grab dinner before the movie. Huge theater so lines go quickly. $5 Tuesdays. Clean theaters inside. Fast concessions. You name it they have it. We are Stubs Members and take full advantage of it. We love the perks, the slushies, and the points.
The air-conditioning is practically non existent. I have been watching movies here for a long time but comfort is not offered. Come here in summer clothes to be comfortable.Food of course is expensive. Special lines for AMC members. They dont offer the powdered flavors for the popcorn anymore. You have to buy the new flavors ex. Cheddar, caramel etc for much more money.Audio in certain theaters are way too low. A pretty useless Dolby surround sound. Maybe they need to sound check all their theaters. The prosBathroom is well maintained.Hot butter for your expensive popcorn.Validated parking.
Okay. Came here to see 1917. Great movie, but their popcorn was all crumbs and stale, and I always judge a movie theater by their popcorn. Staff was very unmotivated.
Clean theater, comfortable seats that all have good views of the screen. Prices are a bit expensive. Bring your own water and snacks.
Easy to use online ticket. Very close to my apartment meant I could walk but they have valet parking there too. Very cool mall area next to it as well. Theaters were clean and show started on time. Was very pleased with my experience going to this theater. Fair prices as well for day shows which is nice for college students.
The facility is great. Unfortunately, service, customer service and general employee courtesy have gone way downhill. If it wasnt for their A List program, I would go somewhere else.
This is a good location when you’re trying to impress your date. We got served here while watching the movie. I was just impressed by the gesture and Glendale is magical around Christmas. It’s nice to walk around and also grab a coffee and then a movie.
Always a decent experience and with the way the Century City Mall is so greatly improved, its a nice place to grab dinner before a movie. I love the ramen in the food court, and its perfect when the weather starts to get cold. The reclining seats are definitely the way to go at the AMC here.
Spacious seats with armrests that lift, but if you want a hot food item, be prepared to wait! You might miss the start of your movie. Also whos buying a pretzel for $22? Thats not a joke btw, the pretzel is $22.
Rio is the greatest! Emily is wonderful as well. These women are the glue that hold this enterprise together like a tight ship.
I love the Amc century city 15.. great place to enjoy the movie theater. And eat great food.. party..like it 2020.
Beautiful cinema house and screen looks great. Ticketing system superb. And seats are comfortable.
Wow... MOVIE THEATRE AWESOMELY ... WONDERFUL.. FULL OF LIFE..10+10 thumbs up..thats a lot of thumbs up...and the whole mall the place got more beautiful...more stores...as always good foods
Love going to AMC Century City 15 I tell you its one of the most oldest movie theaters that I used to go to when my kids were young and now that they remodeled everything up to the modern standards I think its outstanding I tell the kids all the time it reminds me of the Jetsons I love how they purchasing stands fully automated almost its going to take some time to get everything right but its definitely going in the right direction the secret very comfortable and the popcorn with excellent thank you very much for an enjoyable evening out with the family
Decent parking spaces and it is free up to 3 hours with validation. My family enjoyed clean and spacious theatre.
Anytime I can go to a comfortable theater and no one opens their phone, its a great experience.
Great theaters. Service can be less than optimal at times but over all a good experience. Soda machines seem to be on the fritz pretty regularly.
We love this location! Only a few of the theaters in here are recliners but theyre all great. You can make a whole day out of shopping, eating and going to the movies.
Great surrounding and environment. Clean and not so crowded. The concession area is a bit smaller compared to other AMCs but its very comfortable inside. Theres an escalator that takes you up to the theatres and dont forget to validate your parking!
Movie theater was clean but 15 mins into the scheduled start time of the movie someone came in and informed us that there was a problem with the projector. Please remember where you park. Also parking is $3 with validation.
Shared armrests between seats in IMax theater, otherwise, theater was nice. Parking is validated up to 3 hrs.
AMC is probably the most corporate and institutional-feeling theater in the area, but with that comes a pretty great technical experience and a huge variety of options on a huge number of screens. ive been going to this AMC since it was on the other side of century city mall, and its still one of the most LA movie magic type theaters, in my opinion. just feels special.
This place is nice. The floors are clean and the bathrooms have proximity sensors. It has the parking pass validation scanner next to the soda machines.
The recliner seats are so big and comfy I would buy a movie ticket just to get some decent sleep here
Excellent theater and STUBS A-LIST is a savings that is through the roof. More movies you see the more you save. Membership is 23.95 per a month. Check it out. 3 FREE movies a week!
We enjoyed this three story theater very much. They have bathrooms and food stands on each level for easy access along with the validation of your parking. Food is great too.
Going downhill. The staff used to be chill. The girl that took my ticket stub acted as if I were a leper and she lacks any personality. Perhaps she is tired. When I brought it up to the manager he was also kind of a jerk. All good. Only come here because location is convenient. And they are good at keeping it clean... Lol. NOT.
I understand things get busy before a movie starts, but I kindly asked one of the AMC staff for an extra box to put popcorn in, and he rudely replied, Im too busy right now to take care of that. I saw a box within reach and just got it myself.
Tickets are crazy expensive (such is getting to be the movies these days), so yes they do validate for parking, but its clean and well run and safe. Can be difficult to get to the theater depending on where you park, so just leave enough time for the start of the movie if you have to cross through the mall or something. Bathrooms seem to be pretty clean. Have been a few times and overall the facility is nice and its a great place to meet up with friends.
I hate to give the sort of low rating, but the loudness is just attending to be an excessive amount of. I examined the decibel degree on my iPhone app and the sound degree become hitting chance area stages repeatedly, in the course of all the previews specifically. Which brings up: How do you play extra than 20 minutes of previews prior to a 2 hour and 10 minute youngsters movie: Mary Poppins Returns?! Thats 2 and 1/2 hours kids are supposed to take a seat nonetheless. Disney is off, and so is AMC on all this.
Cleans seats. Clean bathrooms. Friendly ushers. I’ve never had a bad time watching a movie here.
Brand new, comfortable seats! Finally! They dont recline but at least theyre roomy. Parking is always a bear and expensive but the theater does validate some of your cost.
Love this place, friendly staff, food isnt the best but can never go wrong on popcorn.
I love watching movies with the Amc Stubs Alist and my friends and I love this theater a lot. I saw so many screenings here
Its a movie theater. But modern, and niceornaments, and props. The prices for food is standard.
One of my favorite theaters. Lot of food options within steps of the theater. Staff is friendly. Clean. Great location!
Watched Bohemian Rhapsody tonight in the prime theater. Great comfortable seats will plenty of room. However, the theater wasnt cleaned prior to the showing. Or at least it didnt look like it. Cup holders had trash on them, popcorn was thrown on the floor and the seats we sat on had popcorn. Not a huge deal, but enough to point it out. Screen looked great and the sound was just as great. Sound was clean and bass was low and thumping. The mens bathroom was a bit on the disgusting side. One of the urinals was clogged and urine had overflowed.
Not as nice and clean as the amc in Westfield Santa Anita but still better than any regal or arclight cinema. The theater where our movie was showing has seats that are a bit uncomfortable. They are not the updated leather recliner seats yet.
Nice place but paying too park after spending 35.00 is not right. Spent 5.00 to park my car so it became a 40.00 movie.
The theater is first rate. Just wish the tickets were a little less expensive.
If you havent seen Century City since its been remodeled, you should def go and visit! Love this mall.. this AMC has a lot of theatres, which is the best part.. i just wished all the theater seats were the reclinable ones..
The employees were not capable of explaining to guests where they are supposed to go or what procedure is for special screenings. After paying $17 and waiting 7 min for a pretzel, they told me they are out of pretzels and would I like some pretzel bites which would not have been the same value at all.My husband grabbed a bag of popcorn and a cup specifically labeled as being for our screening and an employee told us we were at the wrong spot in the theater after accusing him of stealing. We were given no documentation of our pass to this screening, we gave our names and they crossed us off a list. We were told ahead of time to go to theater 15. When we did we found out it was theater 3.When we first arrived, a man told us to stand in line, never mentioned this. Two people crossing off our names never told us which theater. One employee waving her arm toward the escalators said nothing as we went the wrong direction. We missed the first ten minutes of the movie and whatever came before it, even though we arrived early.
Great location, easy and abundant parking. Seats are comfy and crowds are respectful during movies.
I hadnt been here in yrs. So much much has changed with so many new shops and restaurants to choose from. Movie theater is very spacious and fairly clean. Restrooms are pretty clean as well.
Rude and obnoxious people. Almost everytime I come to the theater its a bad experience. Twice I reserve my seats and when we show up random people are occupying them. Even the manager couldnt do anything about it. Another time a big family shows up and starts yelling, singing along, laughing obnoxiously, and answer the phone to have a full blown conversation in the theater. I understand small children but these are full grown people. The remodeling of the theater is amazing and its sad because its a great and local location. But id rather drive somewhere else to enjoy my movie experience.
Ive been to this movie theater several times already. Great place to watch Korean and American block bluster hits with subtitles. Theres no waiting in massive lines, free 4 hour parking with validation, friendly, and courteous staffs, comfy seats...Im down. the only downfall is that they show a few selections since they only have 3 screens.
Nice, clean, big theatre. I prefer the Dolby theatre for action films. Seats recline, vibrate with the movie, etc. The IMAX theatre is nice also. Prices are kind of steep. They validate parking. The mall is pretty nice (actually really nice).
Its one of the best AMC cinemas in L.A. since they have Prime 3D, Dolby Screen & IMAX in same building. Also its 15 screens, So options are really good for other movies. The view from the Top of Mall is Nice since its next to Cool Art, unique restaurants. The only downfall is parking has to be validated since its inside if the Century Mall.So you have to make sure you take the ticket to the scanner they have on the walls there, at least they have easy access for them.
Amazing theater, clean, and high tech! Checked out an early showing of Captain Marvel. The sound was insane and rumbled the reclining chairs! That Mall is a beautiful place so we took an afternoon stroll through after the movie let out. New to the area and Ill no doubt become a regular at this place.
Great place to enjoy a movie. Seats are comfortable and the place is kept clean.
Large theater that has many new feature films playing there. Parking is validated but sometimes difficult to find.
Always have a good time. Nice service all the time.
Reasonably clean. We went to the doby digital, very nice!
This theatre is fine for what it is. But it is very much behind the times. Almost every other modern theatre is upgrading to recliner seats and in theatre dining. Its almost the only way to experience a movie now-a-days. This theatre feels outdated and therefore makes the experience of seeing a movie less than stellar.
Only thing bad here was their choice in names! The food is great and always a fun experience
This theater keeps movies a little longer than Burbank AMC 16 and it is also very big. Free parking is validated for the first 3 hours, no lines and their small screens still feel big. I saw Creed 2 here last night and it was still as good as the bigger theaters. Highly recommend it and the staff were helpful directing me throughout such a big place.
A bit hectic but I did appreciate the premier line available. It definitely cut our wait time in concessions down.
Great place to watch a movie after some shopping. The theaters are kept pretty clean and they offer many different movie options (digital, IMAX, AMC Prime). They also validate parking, so it drops the parking price to about $1.50 if youre just coming for the movie. I would recommend not getting food unless if you really want it because the portion sizes are not worth the price.
The theater is a little older. I feel the carpet and the seats could be a little more clean. The tickets are pretty price. Nearly 20 bucks for a ticket. I remember when they used to be much cheaper. Dont regret it entirely because the movie was good, but probably wont return
Parking is a bit tricky, remember where you parked, otherwise a great theater.
Good movie theater, good seats. A bit pricey since i use to go.
Typical modern multiplex. It has an AMC Prime and IMAX theater.
Its become our go to movie theater...just gave ot 4 stars because i wish they had reclining seats
Nice, clean stadium style theaters. Plenty of seats, lots of helpful staff. Not quite to the level of the newer lounge style theaters with the semi-gourmet foods and recliners, but still a very good Plan B theater to patronage.
This is a great mall. If u pay for parking at the stations, u dont have to put ur ticket in the machine to exit. It reads your license plate, and sees you have paid and lets you go out quick.
Best seats in town! Never crowded.
AMC member for 23 dlls a month you can see 13 movies a month you can beat this deal!
The seats didnt lounge back, but were very comfortable, clean atmosphere and awesome movie experience!
The theater is nice but they need to do something about their parking validation. At least four times this year I have validated parking in the theater only to have the gate machine charge me, or at least attempt to. This is very frustrating and annoying, not just for me, but for the other people trying to get out of the garage at the same time who are behind me.
Great sound, but seats dont recline. Pricey, cuz its LA. Concession stand only, parking free if you bring the ticket inside for validation.
The theater was nice says staff was real friendly and it was really sweet and the movie was really good (dont let go)
Nice big theaters. Service with smile just wished they have recliner chairs. For the most part it clean unlee you use the blue light
Nice place to see a movie. The mall is very nice. Lots of good food near the theatre. The Dolby movie experience is a must. Well worth the extra couple bucks.
I love this theater! Staff does a good job keeping the venue clean.
Pricey at peak times and concessions are steep even for movie theater pricing. Very nice inside and great location. Separate lines for A-List movie club members and everyone else somehow slows the process down for both.
Great movie theater, love the location, and will definitely go there again
Movie theaters definitely need to up their game, comfortable seats
Love the IMAX. Clean theater, even the concession stand area. I would definitely recommend.
Very clean and fancy movie theater. Plenty of self service kiosks in the lobby, staff were all very friendly, and nothing looked out of place. The theaters themselves were also spacious and clean with excellent effects. Only complaint would be the high prices and line cutting options for higher tier members.
Worse experience ever. Went to see IT 2 and the movie stopped some one pulled the fire alarm. They were handing out tickets for next visit but by the time I got up to get one they were out. Was told we had to wait for the manager to get more tickets but the wait was long and ppl who had already received several tickets were the reason why. We decided to leave. Not even worth it.
