Ill keep it short and sweet:everything about this place is awesome.. the workouts, the trainers, everyone at the gym. its addicting to go workout because theres such a good vibe and it feeds off everybody. the trainers keep it real and push you physically and mentally past the point where you think youll give up.

I had a free ticket for a book presentation I was surprised that they gave the book away at the beginning! The auditorium was comfortable and there was a nice reception at the end. I will come back.

Exceptional care is practice each and every time my little one attends a karate class and parent night Event. Get a personal trainer! Great pricing. Joey D. helped me get on track and I couldnt recommend him more. This is a great gym and the staff are proof. Its also clean and spacious.

My son started at 3 months and loved it! The teachers are wonderful and modified everything for him. The classes are non stop fun and theres always something new at every class.

This is a simplistic, not fanny, neighborhood gym which has all the equipment necessary to get a good workout. The staff is really nice, and the price is cheap compared to other gyms around.

My daughter absolutely enjoyed the hip hop dance class! There is free Wi-Fi for waiting parents.

My son and I had a terrific experience. the staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. the activities are fun for both child and parent.

The facility is a little industrial not very cozy but the classes are awesome and the teachers are really engaging. The bday parties are really fun!
