Very polite and helpful staff...and loved the way they were concerned with your health, giving out disinfectant wipes for your hands to prevent from spreading germs....
I was super excited to see Hobbs and Shaw over the weekend. Ive never been to this theater so I was excited to try it out. Upon entering the doors you see the concession stands directly in front of you and the movie entry to the. We walked up to the concession stand to place our order however the team member(Mason) at the counter was very rude to us. He literally just stared at us in what look like disgust as we stood there asking if he could assist us. After we pretty much got the hint, we moved over to another team member and he assisted us. Though the customer service wasnt great, we were happy to finally be assisted. We grabbed popcorn and a slushy in made our way to our seats. Entering the actual theater, it wasnt what we thought it would be. Granted it was not an XD or 3D screen, I still expected the seats to be comfy and the space to be clean. Shortly after we were seated, more people entered the theater. It was a group of what looked like younger teens and they said right next to us. They were being loud and obnoxious and to be quite honest, the disturbance was too uncomfortable to bear. We ended up leaving the movie theater after only 15 minutes of viewing the movie. This is not the kind of experience that we appreciate and will not be returning. Sometimes there are things that are unavoidable but customer service and cleanliness should not be one of them.
Love this place. I usually watch movies like twice a month and this is by far my most favorite theatre. Always clean, the people are always super respectful and helpful, and ticket prices arent that bad. The membership program is definitely worth it.
Very sweet and compassionate staff, great popcorn and nice seating. Sonic the Hedgehog was awesome and the volume was optimal; many theatres have the volume during the movies so low that you cant hear either the dialog or experience the events unfolding with the sound due them. Overall great experience, thanks so much!
The experience was good. The Theater was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I will say that its been a few years since weve been to a movie. That being said.. $42 for 2 adults and a kid for tickets. $32 for 2 large drinks, a large popcorn, and a handful of nachos is crazy. Like crazy crazy. That being said itll probably be awhile if we ever go back. Just not worth it. 5 months from now you could own it on digital for $20. Then go out for steak and lobster before you come home to watch it on your own comfortable couch with popcorn you didnt have to take out a second mortgage to afford, lol. Seriously though not worth the money. Like at all.
I liked the building and I went during the daytime, so it was pretty nice to have a mostly empty room. The chairs were soft and fit my back nice, but were designed for a short armed person or something. It was extremely annoying to grab my drink out of the cup holder. I had to reach across with my other arm to grab my drink. Imagine your arm on the arm rest and the cup being at a point up your arm you cant reach back and grab. Im 62 though, so many people would be fine. Ive never had problems like that at other theaters. The projector seemed a bit dimmer than most theater projectors too, but it didnt bother me much.
Screen 6 is blurry. Asked to have them adjust it but said it was screen resolution. Left the movie it was that bad.
We love seeing a movie on Christmas or Thanksgiving. This place has the greatest seats and atmosphere
Great big movie theater with awesome screens and many different viewing options. The only down side is the extreme high prices it cost to see a movie. Several smaller theaters in other towns much cheaper.
Normal theater. We had fun.It was really warm in there though. We expected to be chilly, instead my sister was putting her hair up to cool off.
Very nice people and they helped us figure out the cheapest way to get our snacks.
We just went to the theater and there was only one employee at the theater. She said a board was propping the door open when she arrived. Her manager was no where to be found and that was not his character. The police have been called but there are no movies showing as of now. Crazy. Praying he is ok.
Went on the first of many father daughter dates and watched Dora and the lost city. Excellent experience with a 4 year old. Altogether good family fun.
Its what youd expect for a movie theater. Its clean. The seats are comfortable. Ive never had problems there. They have a few arcade games in an easy to spot corner.Regal has an app so you can get your tickets online and sometimes I end up qualifying for free popcorn. I dont get the popcorn or anything else, so I couldnt really tell you anything about the concession stand. Sometimes there are discounts on the tickets, though, and thats nice when that happens.
Went and saw childs play. The theater was clean and well air conditioning. I got there early to watch the trailers. The lights dimmed precisely on time and the feature started immediately afterwards. It was all a good experience and enjoyed by me and my date.
I attended a 12:30 matinee and the ticket cost was $7.09 plus tax. Large clean parking lot. There was a large selection of movies and times to choose from. There were about 6 people in line and one cashier. The same on the inside at concessions. You butter and season your popcorn at a separate station which means another line to wait in. The medium size popcorn cost more that the cost of admission. The staff was friendly and courteous and the theater was clean. The picture quality and sound was excellent. The seating was the usual comfortable stadium style with no extras… no cup holder, no recliner, no plushness, no spaciousness. The restrooms were clean but the soap dispenser was empty at all three sinks.
I only give 5 star reviews to a once in a life time experience.
Seats are comfortable, concession prices are not bad, friendly staff. Twenty minutes of commericals is ridiculous.
This was my first time going to Regal to see Toy Story 4, and I had a FANTASTIC time overall; the staff were very helpful and nice, the areas were clean, the food was reasonably priced, and of course I loved the seeing the movie too. Im enjoying going to the movies again, I have built up a to-watch list, and cant wait to go back when I can.
I do NOT like the fact that the seats for a regular show are now assigned. Our seats were taken. They assigned everyone there to seats right next to each other. The leg room was very cramped. When we purchased tickets it didnt show where other people were sitting. Will never go here again
4 stars because I have noted that staff try to clean and be friendly as possible. Missing a star, because management of the lines for food and drink is not good. Many times Ive waited behind 10 people at one register while the other 5 or 6 are empty, as the 2 poor kids scramble to take orders. Then I see 6 people cleaning on the way to my theater. Maybe...pull the two in the hallway to assist during high traffic times, then reassign?Im back to reassign stars. Staff ignoring me, rudeness, taking forever still with orders, ignoring or not following through on noise issues--straight up walking right by the guy yelling the whole movie during security check. Plus, last 3 times it was gross. I blame people some, but spilled food and drink swathed about is ridiculous for an almost 15 dollar ticket. You guys still have a staff problem, and I definitely order online now that there is nobody at the window and the same number of people behind the counter. Reception and cleanliness was better the last 3-4 times. Good enough for 4 until flow is improved.
There is nowhere in the lobby to sit down. When it is painful to stand it is very inconvenient not to be able to sit while your companion buys your tickets. Thankfully it was not extremely busy or I may have had to leave. We had tried to call and get ticket prices a computerized voice referred us to a website which said on Tuesday the price was $7.09. It did not mention about signing up for something to get this price. We were charged full price. When I told them they just simply told me about signing up for next time. Thete wont be a next time for me.
Good sound....comfortable seating...RPX is not cheap.
Well obviously it is dependent upon what movie you have decided to go see as far as the atmosphere aside from that it is a very clean and comfortable movie theater, seating is more akin to a leather recliner that reclines almost in a laying position very nice.
This place was awful! When it was our turn to buy a ticket at the outside ticket booth, we were told we had to choose our seats first. We had others meeting us who werent there yet & wanted to sit together. So we had to step out of line from the ticket booth and wait on the rest of our party in order that we can all choose seats together. It was very cold that day. When the rest of our party arrived the line was longer and it was colder. Next we went to the concession stand to get our popcorn and drink and since Regal bought them out they no longer have popcorn and drink meals deals except for kids. They did have a kids popcorn and drink meal. we definitely will not be going back there as we dont like the idea of having to pick out our seat from a chart ahead of time. If Regal would like some people to have the opportunity to reserve a particular seat then that should be an online option & Regal can put reserved signs on those seats for those people. But to have every wait in line while each person selects a particular seat on a chart before they can buy their ticket and go in is ridiculous. Takes much longer to get a ticket and get in where its warm.
Very nice theater. Seats were comfortable. Screens have nice, clear pictures. Typical admission prices and of course like most theater snack bars, its insanely over priced so Id recommend eating before going. Bottle of water is $5, for example. All in all its much better than the theater over by the mall. Well definitely go again.
I paid $7.68 for a matinee. A medium drink was $6? Movie theatre was hot as heck and we had to tell them twice the sound wasnt on. They said wait until the lights go down and itll connect to the main projector. Well, it didnt and the movie started????? Told them (management?) again. It finally came on and it was was the loudest it could have possibly been. And the movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, was awful! And this is why we hardly never go to the show. Lol!
Mostly go to regal for the rewards every time you swipe your card you get chances for free stuff love so free stuff and its the nicest theatre iv been to so far great place for date night or bring the family
I love that they have $1 kids movies on Tues/Wed this summer! My son loves them and it gives us something safe and fun to do!
Went to see Secret Life of Pets 2 tonight with my daughter. The theater was clean and staff was nice, but I was overcharged. Looked at my receipts when I got home. I was charged for two adults tickets. My 7 year old does not look like an adult in anyway, so I’m not particularly happy about paying more than I should have. It’s already expensive enough as it is.
We were visiting family near Longview and decided to go to the movies. The Regal cinema was really nice and clean. Prices are comparable to most major theaters. The concessions had lots to choose from and the theater was very clean with comfortable seating.
The movie was really good but i had a grown woman behind me and pushing my chair and putting her feet on the back of my seat really crazy wanted to move or curse her out but i kept my cool.Thank you a good place
Went to watch Harriet here since AMC was sold out. This place stinks compared to the new and upgraded theatre. I think I’m spoiled as I use to not mind it, but now I cant watch movies if they arent in a recliner!
Theater is usually really clean. Prices are ok. The new pick your seat is good until someone doesnt use it right. But overall its the better theater in town.
The food & drinks were good. The theatre & auditorium were clean & there were no problems during the movie. Will always come back
Decently priced and good quality video.
Very good place to go see new movies. It was clean and everything at the concession stand was decently priced.
Great seats and good customer service
This is a good place to watch a movie. The staff is great and the environment is clean, you can feel good about taking the family here.
Nice and clean good for family tame
Great movie viewing experience and a little more expensive than others, but, it has been a pleasant experience with regards to the staff and overall cleanliness of the establishment... If it is a really late movie there tends to be some young, lower IQ people come to just sit in the back and cause problems... but I guess thats at any place that is open late...
An ok theatre with ok prices. The movie ticket prices are average and matinee prices were a little discounted. The concession prices were high, like most theaters. The could definitely do with an update to their stained, loose chairs and gross floors. My biggest complaint: I took my 2yr old the see a kids animated movie and was still charged, under 3 is supposed to be free, because they told me they had to charge for his seat (That he sat in for about 15 minutes the whole time). I could understand if it was a big blockbuster movie at a busy time that expected a crowd, but it was not and there were maybe 15 watching the movie with us. I didn’t complain and just paid the ticket, but I won’t be going back to that theatre.
They charged $11.66 for the upgraded theatre and the seats and they didnt seem any different than any other theatre.I wouldve gone with the regular seating, but that movie time was all that we could fit into our schedule. This being upgraded theatre seating was not available through Google. And when arriving, the 315 showing for Aquaman wasnt even listed on the box office board. It wasnt until the box office personnel was about to sell us the tickets that we found out. We werent the only people who were taken by surprise. All resources where the movie info and time are posted, should have all info about the movie posted accurately. Then consumers can make a choice and plan accordingly. The theatre was clean and the personnel were courteous.
Nice movie theather with ample parking. I will be back
This is easily the nicest theater in Longview. I went there the other day and my popcorn was burned along with all the rest of the popcorn in the machine. They refunded my money and I ultimately went back later and got fresh popcorn that was delicious. The theater is clean the seats are in good shape and I always have a good time when I go here.
Seats aren’t all that great but overall I have seen better and worse theaters. Pretty average but not bad!
Lots of choices and great prices. Friendly and helpful staff.
Always enjoy watching movies at Regal. Super comfy seating
We paid 15 per person to watch a 3d movie which is outrageous in the first place. When we started into the theater there were no glasses available. The young man just shrugged his shoulders and said of well. The he was not competent enough to ask for more glasses. The group of us had to instruct him to pick up the radio in front of him and call for more glasses. Instead of telling the manager what he needed he just asked him to come there. Then we had for wait for the manager to come out to see what he needed AND then go get the glasses. Really?
Phenomenal Movie - Overcomer.... Highly recommend...
Cant wait til there back open i have a membership
Really comfortable seating. Not a real big fan of the assigned seating protocol but if you get there early they will let you pick where you want to go.
Best theater in the Longview area but pricey.. :( like they say.. you get what you pay for.. definitely worth the price
Love RPX, decent selection of food. Wont complain about prices, its about the experience. Usually fairly clean.
Everything is great but the popcorn. It doesnt take it long to taste stale!!
Nice staff. Paid $6 for a medium diet coke. Seems like video screens are lower definition than most modern theaters.
I enjoy movies and I can see pictures of other movies and movies coming on in the future!!
The people are really nice and friendly. The lobby and bathroom were a little messy but not too bad. I went to a late evening movie on a Saturday night.
Major improvements the ticket purchase/concession could be better and more organized but the theater is awesome.
Took the family to see Aladin, good movie and funny too.
Love picking my seats
So I really wasn’t satisfied with the theater. The same company theater in Waco offered student tickets and and was still cheaper with adult tickets. I spent $21 here but in Waco I could’ve spent $12.
Cost too much at the concession stand. Wont be back.
I’m 11 and I wanna see spongebob sponge on the run
It would be nice to actually be able to SEE the previews. BLACK SCREEN Then the lights come back on and NOTHING!!!
Great movie theater! This will be the only theater that I will go to. The sound, picture quality and seats were all excellent
Nicest theater in the area. I come here often never had any complaints.
It would be a 5, but the air hockey machine was not working properly. We always play when we come there. I hope its fixed by next time we visit. I informed the manager and he said he would pass it on to the people that take care of the games. I feel that even if they have people that generally take care of it, they could at the least get a cheap puck from Walmart until the maintenance people are able to get to it. Im sure that would help a lot.
Besides people sitting in unassigned paid for seating ....the experience was great, security and management quickly resolved the matter and me and my kids were very pleased with our visit .
Nice and clean theater. Employees were friendly
They made a change that I am NOT a fan of. They make you pick your seat outside of the theater before you come in the movie. It’s cold and rainy and people are taking forever to pick their seats and so you just have to wait and wait. I think you should be able to pick and or change your seat when you get inside the movie. What if the seat you picked is directly behind a tall person with a big head?? I guess you’ll just have to miss seeing part of the movie. I don’t think I’ll be back if they don’t change this!
If I could give it a negative 5 star I would. Came here to watch DBZ Broly. Purchased tickets online. And apparently they double sold the same tickets. While the movie is going the manager comes and asks us to walk outside with her. She than makes up up that our tickets where canceled and that we had to leave. I asked for a refund and was told that they where not a loud to give refunds. Never again will I set foot on this cinema. Save your money go somewhere else.
I dont like this new ticket deal its a theater that you meet people not a concert !! A lot of people need to be able to meet friends that you want to sit with !!!!
Great service only problem is the lighting
Reserved seating is fantastic. Place is clean, people are nice. Sound is really good.
Longviews nicest theater.
Great place to go to the movies. Helpful employees. Nice and clean.
Long wait time in line to get tickets, but all around great service.
I loved the selection of movies they had! Just like every other movie theaters I did not like the snack bar prices. Yet, they do have a small drink that is allot larger than any other movie theater Ive been to along with slightly better prices. I would def recommend this theater to a friend because they had a great area for wheelchair users that I enjoyed and did not feel like I was blocking anyones view and I was able to get in the center of the screen and not off to the side like others Ive been to. Enjoy!
Amazing place to munch on popcorn and watch a nice movie
Very very relaxing thats important to me when I.go to see a.movie....
Its good just the prices are extremely high! I wish that reconcider lowering the price on popcorn and fountain drinks for some family that would enjoyed but cant afford it!
Very nice, clean, and friendly staff, we always have a good experience here
Sorry mustve accidentally done a review. Changed it to 5 I love this theater lol
A good theater in Longview and I recommend there is 3D and RPX and standard movies. I really like the RPX and the prices are pricey but worth it.
Its a really good movie experience, but the prices for concessions make professional sporting venues look affordable. Be ready to spend at least $15 for a medium Coke and medium popcorn.
Ive always had good experiences at Regal Cinemas. Their RPX Movies are amazing! This cinema is always very clean, they have nice bathrooms, and my favorite thing about this place is that I get to butter and season my own popcorn. How cool is that?
Went today for a matinee. The theater was clean and the price was average $15+ for two adults. I didn’t give it 5stars because the popcorn wasn’t very good. It wasn’t hot or fresh, neither was the butter. Not worth them price at all.
Very nice and clean. A bit odd that i had an assigned seat. Recommended
Uncomfy seats, expensive tickets, limited concession.
Great, clean theater, but unless you are a wiz with coupons, the concessions are ridiculously priced.
Enjoyed the movie MIB sat high up
Amazingly clean great customer service decently priced for a movie concessions great viewing as far as audio and visuals
Removed 4 stars because they never have regular RPX showings past 7pm for the big hits like Avengers Endgame. Because of my eye problems I cant watch 3D. There should be more 9pm-10pm regular RPX showings so people with actual jobs can get off work and see a quality movie with good seating without having to endure migraine inducing 3D.
Clean theatre. I sat in the back row, volume was good and the popcorn and coke were tasty. Four stars because the food is so expensive; more than $5 for a very small coke. Large combos are in the $20+ range.
Terrible. I havent been to a theater in years and now I remember why. Concessions Way too expensive!! Popcorn, Junior mints and Soda $20. If ivhad gotten the med or small it would have only made a 1$ and $2 difference. My Popcorn was cold, and the butter from the pump was not hot either. Seat was cramped. Im a bit over weight but not that much!! All around sucked. Maybe just me, but I wont go back.
Very comfortable seats wonderful staff
