This place was great for a small indoor wedding venue. It has a kitchen area separate from the event room. Walls are bare so you can add your own personal touch for your event. Bathrooms are also clean. All in all a great place.

Been going to this facility for over 30 years for wedding receptions, and parties for different things. Place still looks the same, and stays nice and clean. Highly recommend this place if youre in the area, and need a reception hall.

Clean place inside. Outside the building and adjacent park was a large homeless camp. Couldnt let any children play outside at the park.

It was a nice place we had a wedding there and it was fun.

Great place for a wedding and/or reception, avoiding the over-the-top cost of most other wedding venues. Large area, kitchen. Check it out !

They seem to have a wide variety of Activites & Classes for Kids. But I go almost every Saturday Night when VanCity rents (or leases) the Center for Ballroom Dancing.VanCity offers a half Hour of Dance Lessons - Tango, Salsa, East & West Coast Swing, Line Dancing, Waltz, Fox Trot, and many more - from 19:00 - 19:30. It changes each Week.Then the dancing begins. A different dance each song but you are free to do whatever dance you wish. For example, when its the Nightclub Two Step (I believe), I have a regular partner who dances the Foxy with me.Singles are welcome which is why I drive 45 minutes to get there!

I dance here almost every Saturday when VanCity rents (leases?) the Center. Its a 45 minute drive from Saint Helens to Vancouver for me but its more than worth it. Especially since Singles are welcome so I dont have to try to find someone to go with me. Not that I havent tried. [smile]I get a Dance Lesson from 7-7:30 pm. A different dance each week. Waltz, Tango, East or West Coast Swing, Salsa, several different Two Steps, etc.Then I can practice my dancing from 7:30-10:00 pm although I leave early since its a long drive back to Saint Helens and I have to get up early for work.All of this for an $8.00 Cover. And they even have Finger Foods available.

The dance classes are awesome, the facility is a little dirty.
