Excellent place for kids birthday party. The staff are super helpful with everything and even helped us cleanup and provides carts to get all the extra food and presents to the car. Very clean with lots of trampolines, obstacle course and placeground equipment and dodgeball. Highly recommend.
Kids had fun but the workers were not enforcing one at a time when kids were jumping in the pits. This made it hard for my smaller children to have a chance to jump in. They still had a great time.

Once you get through the safety forms to fill out (which you can do online beforehand) this place is a load of fun for kids!Theres a dodgeball area, obstacle course, foam cube pits (which are now covered due to Covid but you can still just onto the tarp), a couple basket ball hoops, a little indoor jungle gym for the smaller kids, and a really cool interactive projection game. And-of course- plenty of trampolines to run around on.You have to have grippy socks which you can purchase at the front for a very low cost :)I recommend checking their deals online because theyre worth the saved money, our favorite is Toddler Time on Fridays.Lastly I recommend keeping a good eye on your children!! Accidents can happen and kids can get hurt so if youre looking for a more hands off experience make sure your kids are old enough to be aware of their surroundings

We had my daughters birthday party here yesterday and it was great! My party host Justin was very friendly and helpful. He had the kids ready to jump in no time. The facility manager also came around to check things out; obviously they care about customer service. The party was great and all the kids had a wonderful time! Some of our party spilled over into the neighboring area since there was not another party...I thought it was nice they were flexible and allowed that. We would definitely book here again!

Place was very fun and actually wasnt too crowded so we had plenty of room to play. Only thing bad is the cost is pretty high for 4 people. Other than that I would recommend going here.
Best place to let kids run run run then jump. Floors are all trampolines. Neat obstacle course with a super cool play are.Easy to watch your child here.Highly recommend

Went here with a friend. She had her 2 kids with her and got hot from jumping. She took off her shirt to cool down. Have workout wear underneath (Sports bra). Was told she needed to put a shirt back on or leave. Way to go! Body shaming people.
The business hours posted online are NOT the actual business hours..... these are SUMMER hours only! Please make sure to call this place to verify that they are ACTUALLY open! My family drove almost 2 hours to enjoy this place during the hours posted online, only to find out they were closed!
They really had it together there. There was plenty of staff on the floor enforcing their rules and making sure all the children were safe. Especially the small ones. Thank you air u for such a wonderful experience

I enjoyed the place as well did my eight year old and three year old. We all jumped around and the staff we very nice. I do wish that they would put in more water fountains! We will be going back!!

My 2 year old LOVED it.The staff was professional considering theyre all teens, except one. Theres a girl with light brown hair that decided to play ball pit police. I can understand rules but when you let someone and their family (this girl knew this family) do whatever they want then be rude to the rest of the people. Yeah you need to check your job skills because that isnt professional AT ALL.
I was unaware that i had to pay a deposit that did not go towards the purchase of my party package... Was charged for 7 pairs of air u socks that i did NOT receive since they had their own air u socks from their previous party attended there... Kids enjoyed it but paying parent got ripped off !!!NOT to mention....NOW i cant even get anyone to answer norreturn my calls... The jokes on me so i will NOT be making any positive referrals!

This place is awesome if you are just going for fun. However, we went yesterday for my sons 3rd birthday party. This was the most inefficient, expensive, ridiculous waste of money. All the guests were under the impression the money they paid before jumping was the money for the actual hour of jump time. This was not the case. The woman at the front desk had no idea what she was doing and this resulted in double charging of quite a few guests. The party terminal set up is not at all like the pictures or descriptions on the websites. The website tells you everything you will get with certain packages for birthday parties and does not give it all. While opening presents, they start taking presents and other items down to a cart to get you out of there as soon as it is possible. You only have 30 minutes anyway and they rush every second of it. On the way out, most of my party was charged again and not very happy. I will not do this again for a birthday party. If not a birthday party, then it is great and the pricing is pretty upfront.

Ive been to dozen or so trampoline parks and this one is pretty bad. Mainly because of the staff, I felt like my daughter was pretty restricted in what she could do. Theres no signs directing where specifically someone should jump regarding the foam pits, instead were greeting by a whistle. Theres no areas separating older kids from younger children, so I constantly felt like my daughter was bordering getting hurt. Interestingly enough, none of the staff cared about rough housing. Given that this is supposed to feel like a family friendly location, i felt the rules were all over the place and the general direction misguided. I wont be returning.
We had my daughters birthday party here last year and it’s was great but this year was a disaster. Reserved for Upper deck 3, 10 kids and 13 adults= Total 23. The party next to us, about 3 ft away from us had almost 40 ppl including kids, when they filled up there 2 small tables their guests started sitting at our table and the putting there coats on our other table in front of us. When I reached out to the child man manager, he was so unprofessional and had the audacity to ask me what was the problem. We might as well been at chucky cheese.
Came here for a birthday party and at first the experience was great until more kids kept showing up and running around unsupervised, crashing into my 4 year olds! There was no where for us to go where they werent being run over and knocked down. There really needs to be a designated toddler/preschool area so they can have fun too!!

Fun place for the kids to play and have a large time.However, making you pay extra money for their socks then watching other kids run around barefoot and in their own socks because they know the kids that work in there. Then, watching them get on to certain kids while letting other kids do the same thing is just crazy... rules should be for everyone.
Great for kids (and adults) to get some fun exercise. You have to use their socks, prices are ok.

Fantastic family fun. There are alot of smaller children here so you have to watch out for them, but it is always some great fun for my family and my 9 year old brother.
Went there a few weeks ago and they wanted to charge a pair of socks per child, non slip socks they REQUIRE them to wear. I didnt this policy in writing and even after I requested to see more information on when this policy was put in place and I could see it in writing. They couldnt answer my questions. I didnt see anything on their website, or waiver forms about required purchase of socks that day. I do see it on the website now, but I wonder if the email i sent about my experience there had anything to do with it. Which by the way they didnt even respond to. The gentleman were not very pleasant, they were having a conversation of their personal life while i signed the waiver before I questioned the FORCED purchase of nonslip socks. I took my money to Gforce and their much bigger facility and if you want to get your moneys worth you would do the same thing. Same price better environment and nicer staff. If we are signing a waiver,why on earth would we buy non slip socks when other places dont require them and even if the child slips the waiver takes care of the liability on their part.

Great place to entertain grandchildren! During slow times some of the teens who are to be watching and fair(dodge ball)Do not pay a lot of attention. Have had to say something a time or two.
Did not have a good experience this go around as I did before. Hostess did not help, parking was horrible, kids couldnt jump after the first hour, asked for manager 5 times, he was outside talking on his cell phone, the list goes on people!
