My daughter has a blast at this place. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the facilities are well maintained and clean. We went on a weekend morning when it wasnt too crowded. Unfortunately, once other patrons started to arrive, it became clear that none of the kids (except mine) and 90% of the adults refused to wear masks, despite requiring masks for entrance. With people exerting themselves in a closed, indoor space, there is a VERY REAL RISK of COVID transmission here. I spoke to the staff about it, and they tried to remind people but I saw no improvement. Because of the high risk of COVID spread from adults who refuse to adhere to the rule of mask wearing, we will not be able to return to this business, which is a shame. Otherwise wed be repeat customers.

Get Air is so much fun! I have been doing flips my whole life, and I started diving 2 years ago. This place is so awesome to practice during the off season, and just to have fun. They have Club Air from 9:00-12:00 on Fridays and Saturdays with black lights and reduced cost. Its a great time to hang out with friends and listen to a live DJs music. They also offer birthday parties! This place is perfect for children (they have a dedicated area), teens, and adults to have some fun bouncing.

This place is big with lots of equipment. It looks like it is kept pretty clean, and the staff are nice. Buy your tickets online because they are expensive when you get there.

Super fun! Would definitely go back! Lots to do besides jumping, they have a balance ladder, slack line, obstacle course, dodgeball, and foam pits to practice jumps! They also have some massage chairs in the back if you want to watch your kids jump and you can relax!

We purchased memberships for our two children. Totally worth it! They can go for two hours every day of the week. I jump with them sometimes too, its loads of fun. If Im not in the mood for jumping, I can sit and get some work done or read while they have fun. We go every weekend.

I love your facility for the kids. Keep it up. However, I have a few complaints. The first needs to be fixed. Part of the ninja/obstacle course has been roped off for MONTHS. You need to fix this. Second, I waited in line half an hour today - and all the kids have annual memberships. Please offer a fast pass for annual members. Third. The dodgeball court needs more and newer balls. Keep the massage chairs running that’s great. Finally, please offer a bar! I’d like to have a beer and snacks when I’m bringing the gang here.

Here’s the deal... Great jumping amenities. However, we called ahead booked for my 7 and 9 year old to jump for one hour at 1:30. We drove a half hour from Johnstown to get here, and I have an infant in tow. I made the reservation over the phone. He said they were busy and that there would be room until the appointed time, so that is when I booked for. Convenient enough. We got to town and gave some business to the coffee shop next door for a half hour waiting for our time. We got to Get Air at 1:25, and were then told we needed to wait in line to get wrist bands to jump. THE LINE WAS A 30 MINUTE WAIT!!!Now, Ill admit I expected it to be busy since its a Monday holiday. But thats why I tried to pre-pay online (the system didnt work), and why I persisted with following up to book over the phone.They only had two computers open for check in. Heres the line.

Very organize and friendly staff. Great for get together. Obstacles courses, basketball, dodge ball, toddle and adult friendly. Also the foam pit. Whatever you do dont miss the massage chair. Best for plain relaxing while kiddos jump or to massage those muscles. $2 for 6 min or $5 for 15 min.

This is a really fun and great place to bring your kids. We just hosted a birthday party for our son. The staff was very well organized, they handled getting everyone setup to go jump, they did the pizza order, addressed any issues that came up, and just provided an overall good experience. Took a lot of the stress out of the party.

Definitely recommend taking your little ones here! Can have fun for hours bouncing and jumping around. Even fun for adults too!

ANNIVERSARY UPDATE: Cleanliness is still an issue, but weve been mostly happy with our last couple of visits; I just wish theyd offer the online Toddler Time discounts like other locations! However, its a huge plus that they dont herd kids out the door the second the clock strikes noon and that the staff looks the other way when they see moms giving their ravenous kids snacks at the picnic tables, despite the no outside food rule.Mid-Year Update: They have black-out dates (no Toddler Time, no discounts) all through winter break, like an airline! So sad.Original Review: Despite Get Airs cost prohibitiveness (roughly $30 with socks), I REALLY wanted to love this place. My boys definitely had THE. BEST. TIME. during the toddlers-only event; however, the bathrooms were filthy, and I guess so was everything else, as we all came down with a horrible, week-long summer virus shortly after visiting. If you value your health, dont get in the foam pits!

I had my sons birthday here today. It was not the best experience. My host was no where to be found most of the time! I was doing most of his job. I felt like everything was being rushed! Prices are not very fair for the birthday parties! To many people in a small area! NO one told me that we only had two tables or I wouldnt of put a reservation in! Most of my guests were standing, eating and drinking! The pizza made everyone sick because it was under cooked! Its not fair when you pay $250+++ for your guests to stand and cant enjoy the party! I think if youre paying that much for a party package you should be allowed two hours to jump and one to relax and ENJOY the party! I will not be returning or recommend anyone I know have a party there the price is not worth it! Very sad service!

So fun go bounce around with your friends and have a good time! Seriously such a good work out too they should advertise it as that I was dead by the end of an hour. The obstacle course is hard and really fun, and the foam pits have a replay camera that shows you what you just did. Check it out!

Small area for toddlers, at first i took my kid to the bigger area and this rude employee made a big deal how she couldnt jump on that area. I didnt see any signs no kids under 46 could jump in the bigger area. I told him he didnt have to act so rude and could be nice about it. I really wanted my money back but my child was to excited to jump. While i was in the toddler section i noticed a toddler jumping in the section and same employee ran to her and made a big deal about it the kid look scared. After that i didnt see if the parents went or what happened.

Went here for a kids birthday party. Lots of kids juiced up on sugar jumping on trampolines! What could go wrong?!

Get Air, Longmont is a great new facility for a kid’s birthday party. I stopped in to check it out and Levi Sage gave me a full tour. Levi Sage and the crew at Get Air keep the place immaculately clean. I’m impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism.

We had our sons birthday party celebrated here this evening. It was not the best experience. Party time was 1-3, they didn’t get my table ready until 1:30. The pizza didn’t arrive until 2:50, then the party scheduled after me came at 3 and of course they expected me to move. They were being extremely rude about it in front of the children. The manager came over and told me it was time for me to go. I explained to him I paid for 2 hours and I was definitely using my 2 hours regardless. He continued to argue with me while my son was in the middle of opening his gifts. He blamed me for his next party being late. I did refuse to leave until 3:30. If you pay for 2 hours then you should be able to use your full time considering the parties are very pricey. Pizza was ordered at 1:30 and took 1.5 hours to get there. The manager of course blamed the tardiness on Toppers instead of taking responsibility for his staff placing the order late. At one point they didn’t know if my pizza was ordered or not. Staff members were blaming each other. It was very unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be celebrating another birthday at this facility.

This place is great! It looks very clean and well kept. I have been to other places like this and the staff all seemed very young and not very attentive. Max, I believe was his name, was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Had my sons 5th birthday here today it it was amazing!!! They made it so easy checking all the kids in and getting them socks, they let me pick what time I wanted the pizza brought out, and cleaned everything up. They really impressed me though, when they made a mistake and forgot to bring out the ice cream cups we purchased, by the time I noticed most the kids had left and it was too late. When I was paying at the end I informed the staff I never got it, and they promptly apologized, and discounted my total, and offered me some free ice cream for the birthday boy. Fixing a mistake really shows a companys integrity and the staff at Get Air today nailed it!!! We will be back because of those employees. Thank you from Abels 5th birthday party!!!

I used to really love to get air when it was cheaper is getting more expensive now so we dont go very often.

I took my son, sister and grandpa there on 9/7/18 and after waiting 10 minutes while the front desk guy (long hair) flirted with the girls in line in front of us, he rudely stated “if you haven’t done waivers, go do them over there. Go on now”. So after completing this, we then waited again until he was done flirting, and we stated that just myself and son were jumping - the rest of the family was just watching. He RUDELY stated 4 times that they were not allowed to jump or we’d be asked to leave - and as I was confirming that we understood, he kept interrupting. He was so rude and nasty I will never go back and continue to tell those around me to spend their money at Sky High in Fort Collins. They are so much more relaxed, happier and more polite - not to mention HALF the price.

Loved it! We went in on a weekday afternoon and there were only a few kids there. My daughter pretty much had the place to herself. Super nice staff and the place looks clean too, which isn’t always the case when it comes to kids entertainment.

I think $15.00 a hour is expensive when you have mire than 1 child.

Toddler time is the best. Unfortunately it sucks that my 4 year old cant jump where my 7 year old can. They should change the rules to where they are allowed to jump their as long as parents sign a separate waiver. MY son says the toddler area is boring and not as fun. He is a wild boy it is unfair and expensive to just let him be in the toddler area.

Excellent place for kid birthday parties. The kids love the trampolines. New facility, and quite clean, with a bar (Wild Game) next door for parents who dont want to stay and watch. Or a Target nearby if they want to squeeze in shopping.

We use to love this place. Unfortunately over the past week both my kids caught hand foot and mouth disease. I am almost certain it came from here. Obviously not their fault but just a heads up to other parents. It’s not very clean, or seems sanitized often. The bathrooms are disgusting and there’s just trash everywhere. Not going back unless they do some clean up.

I would have given this place 5 stars because we had a birthday party there for my daughter and she loved it BUT they over charged me $60 when I left! I’ve called back twice to get a refund for what they overcharged and was told both times that the manager would call me back but it’s been over a week!! Loved the place but management and service seems to be way off. Bummer. On top of that it took 15 minutes AFTER we had signed all our waivers for my guests to be checked in and allowed to jump (no extra time was given to make up for this) and they charged me for 2 more pizzas than we ordered which I discovered and they corrected BEFORE I learned about the $60. I expected better customer service after we just spent over $300 for a birthday party there.

The kids really enjoy this place. It is clean and not as busy yet as other jumping places. The staff do a good jump of being out in the jumping area without interfering. The price is a little higher than other places but my kids enjoy it more. Bring jumping socks if you have them to save a few dollars.

Very interactive, max and cam were very entertaining and fun to talk too. This place was very fun and the employees were very involved and seemed to do there job very well, in my opinion they should get a raise. Boss person if you are reading this give them something for doing so well.

Always have a good time getting some air with my boy Levi! Hes a straight chiller and had some mad flow. Sucks that hes a deathcore fan, but his ability to balance encouragement for pushing your limits and his concern for safety easily makes up for it. Nothing but respect for Levi who makes every time the best time.

Way too many rules you cant lay on the trampoline you cant jump with your toddlers I understand there has to be some rules but thats why a waiver is signed! You have to buy socks and theyre $3 I have been to other places that give you the option to not wear socks . I went for my sons birthday so we could jump but it was too much money and too many rules! I would rather drive to fort Collins where we can have a good time.

BVery clean. Doesnt smell. Well supervised by the employees in the ref uniforms. The only thing keeping this place from an A grade is the fact that the kids can easily leave the establishment if they wanted. This place needs a stamp system similar to Chuck E. Cheese so no one can leave with someone elses kid (God forbid). Other than that, its a fun place for kids.

I dropped off my boys tonight at 10min to 6 for the Tuesday special. The young man at the counter banded them and told them they could jump from 6pm to 8pm. I arrived to pick them up at 7:45 and found them both sitting on the curb, crying. The staff had kicked them out at 7:30 saying their time was up! I went inside and confronted the same young man. He said, yeah, my bad. I gave them the wrong wristband. I responded, really? So you kicked my boys to the curb at 7:30 because you accidentally banded them wrong? He said, um, yeah..but I was just about to go outside and get them. Total garbage! He didnt say sorry or even offer me any kind credit, or coupons...not to mention the fact that my boys told me the staff wouldnt even allow them back in the building! They werent allowed to call me. Now they dont ever want to go back to a place they LOVED! Thanks a lot, Get Air! Way to ruin their reward I had arranged for them after being good and meeting expectations at school. Now were home and theyre both very upset.

The place is great, kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very vigilant. I just didnt like to wait over 40 minutes in line to get in, during morning. Afterwards the lines died down.

This place is extremely fun but be very careful! The first time we visited i ended up breaking my toe on the surf board looking thing and the next time we came my wife ended up rolling her ankle on the slack line!! But then again we are almost 30 and not kids. Our daughter loves it though!

My 1st time taking my kids here and I was not happy with the way how my kids were the only ones being singled out. Not cool. I will never take my kids back there. And the looks my husband was getting from people just let us know that we were not welcomed.

My mother came in with my son and nephew. She was in one other time with no problem. Both kids were able to play around on all the trampolines. She was followed around the entire time today by an employee telling her what the kids were not allowed to do. I guess there’s certain times for toddler time? The kids were super disappointed because they went there to have fun and they just kept getting told that they can’t play around on certain parts of the gym. For $9 an hour the kids should be able to play how they want and not followed around by employees telling them they can’t do things.

My daughter was here celebrating a friends birthday party and was having a great time until the manager rudely kicked my 6 year old daughter out of the small kids area with her friends signalling that she is bigger kid with his arms and not height wise. Im very disappointed and will never waste the time or money coming back here again I would give it a zero star if possible

I went yesterday and it was a lot of fun, great workout too! Expansive interior with plenty of trampolines so you wont be running into anyone else. Has a couple foam pits and a fidget ladder. A few areas I didnt get to explore yet as well. I will go back.

I scheduled a party for my sons birthday in April. Unfortunately, he hurt himself at track and ended up on crutches. As such, I contacted Get Air Longmont to explain. The woman I spoke to was amenable and said that there was a $75 non-refundable fee, which I understood, but could still use the party for up to a year without recourse or additional cost. I shared that I was unsure when he would be off crutches, so would call back. I was told that wasnt a problem and the account was noted.However, my card was then charged another $149 (an arbitrary amount, not even the cost of the party) in error. I called and spoke to a man this time (that was supposedly a manager) but was very short with me and unprofessional. He said that sometimes the cards will just be automatically ran by corporate and said that he would refund.No refund, so I went in person, this time speaking to another manager, Josh. He couldnt find the transaction so called corporate. After waiting for quite a while, I was told that he needed to speak to a supervisor that had left for the day. He committed to call first thing today, after speaking to this individual, which he did but no voicemail. At 4:00PM, I called to follow up and was told that only accounting could reverse the transaction. I asked how long that would take and Josh wasnt able to provide any sort of timeframe.The service and follow up is below sub par. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What a blast! I was afraid this place would be PACKED with children and it was but its so big that there was space for everyone! I went with my family to celebrate my brothers birthday after The Wild Game put us through the ringer (see 1 star review for Wild Game). There are so many different things to do than just jump in one spot. We had so much fun with the foam pits! Recommend forever and I will be back!
