Not sure this is somewhere I would comeback to, sad to say. There appears to be no maintenance on most of the activities and games. There are broken and empty arcade games everywhere and a layer of grime more fitting for a mechanics shop than a family fun center. If they dont turn things around soon I suspect that they wont be able to keep the doors open.
Ive taken my granddaughter there 3 times now and shes always had a good time. The entry fee and food prices are fairly priced. Theres plenty for her to do in kiddie town and she seems to enjoy the food. Just a couple suggestions to make it better. It could be cleaner. I know it gets a workout from a ton of kids but a good cleaning once in a while wouldnt hurt. The first time we went the pizza was very good. The last two times the pizza was overcooked and pretty tough to eat. A review of the pizza cooking procedure with your staff may be in order. Well definitely be back though.
I took my nanny kids here a few months ago and to be honest I won’t ever come back. It felt dirty and I kept and there were so many kids running around frantically with no supervision. Although this place is fairly priced and food was decent, a lot of the games were broken or not working. It was so unbelievably hot in there. It was fun for about an hour or two but personally won’t be coming back.
My family had a blast playing laser tag. Although the guns kept malfunctioning, it was an easy fix. We will definitely return. For a Friday night it wasnt packed. I feel its a hidden gem in our area! Staff was great, and pizza was good.
Was fun, theyre closed now and very sad about it because it was a family event.
My 20 month old loves running around Kiddie Town, wading through the ball pits, going on the slides and jumping on the little trampoline. We hadn’t been in a month or so and they updated the area with new fun rugs, made several repairs/changes and we like it even better than before! Good updates!
I love the closed off section for the younger kids
If your child is having a birthday YOU MUST HAVE THE PARTY AT DIZZY! We had my sons 8th Birthday party there tonight and it was such an amazing experience. Zach and Morgan were so helpful and nice! They took such good care of us and the kids. And its such a good price to not have to do anything, at all!! Zach and Morgan took care of everything the entire time. And, of course, the kids had a BLAST! Thank you Dizzy!
Staff (which were all high school students) were actually very polite and well-mannered. The MANAGER on the other hand was rude, did not handle our situation well or professionally. We overpaid because of miscommunication between his staff and us, and he made his teenage staff come explain everything to us and give us the bill while he hid in his office. He also charged us a deposit and never gave that deposit back, even after we called asking for it. The place was very cool and the kids enjoyed it, but price wise, its a rip off, they tack on unknown costs without consent.
My toddlers love the kid zone and we love supporting a local family friendly business and come often on Wednesday kid day, but its soo dirty. They could really use a good professional deep cleaning. Also my 1 year old fell between the giant blowup slide and the wall which could have ended much worse than it did so a better protector there would ease my mama mind.
Fun place to go with family. The ninja course is new since I was last here. Its fun! Kid zone is good. Still like the laser tag and arcade. Zombie laser house was scary but fun. :D
Extremely dangerous. Literally a bunch of playground equipment stuck in a warehouse. Safety features include a couple bed mattresses place loosely on the ground under fall off points... and thats it. There are tripping hazards all over the ground for adults and children alike. No staff present aside from the front counter to take your money. Staff consists of teenagers who cannot be certified to handle any situations. There are signs that remind you of a waiver that you never saw or agreed to. On top of all that, the prices are ludicrous for what you get. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my son had fun, although we had to watch him like a hawk.
This place is pretty awesome. The location isnt ideal; you have to drive to an industrial area behind a few car dealerships... not a big deal though, especially when you get inside. The Kiddie Town is a fan-favorite among my two girls. Price to play is reasonable and theres tons to do. They have huge play gyms and bouncy-style houses and slides, which they switch out every couple of weeks to make it interesting. Also, their wifi is fast and they serve BEER for the parents! This is the perfect spot to take the kids during football season, as there is a separate parents area with cushy couches... did I mention BEER?! You need to check this place out!
Affordable fun place for kids, with various installations. Theres a special area for toddlers. Its pretty clean and theres a lot to do. Its hardly ever too crowded so its great for little ones.
The kids 10yrs and almost 2yrs had alot of fun. Its pretty busy on the weekend. The ninja course was freaking awesome! The laser maze was small but pretty unique. The laser tag area was fairly larger. The kiddie area was great lots of variety. My only complaint is that some of the arcade games were broken and only a few were overpriced.Oh the food was classic cheap arcade food but not over priced. Overall, a very fun time for the kids and the hubby.
Weve loved Dizzys since it opened. I love that they are locally owned as well. My son adores the Ninja course and laser tag and my little loves all the bouncy houses.
I have a 4 year old and a 12 year old. This place is great for younger kids as they have an entire area for little ones. There are also activities for older kids as well so everyone is entertained.
My kids love this pace! Everything looks likes a childs paradise. I know where we are spending our family days.
Daughter and I have been going here for a couple years. Younger staff but they do pretty good. Great day activities for kids! Not too pricey either.
Fun for all ages! This was our first time taking our 2 year old son to a play place and he loved it! We especially like that there is a special area for children under 4 so they wont get overwhelmed by the big kids. Our teenagers are wanting to try out the laser tag and the arcade now after hearing about it. Will definitely bring the kiddos back.
A 13th Birthday party. Epic !! They had our tables ready for us beautiful decorations and a great night of FUN for the Adults and the kids. I would give my highest recommendation. The Laser tag, spider laser crawl, ninja warrior it was really fun
What a great place! Kept 6 teenage girls busy for 5 hours. What more could you want? Great parent lounge too...
After having attended quite a few other kid parties and because he always had so much fun, I planned my sons 2nd birthday here! Their employee Isaac was our host! He was amazing and courteous and made the entire party so much fun everyone! My son had a blast jumping and playing and every picture we had he was smiling! We will definitely use them again in the future, I loved the cost of everything combined with the 2 hour party slot, unlimited jumping and jungle gyms for the kids, 10 kids each get a $10 play card for the arcade for the, 2 large pizza and unlimited fountain drinks all for under $200!! I was one happy mom to say the least. THANK YOU DIZZYS and your awesome employee for a spectacular time!!
I am sad to hear Dizzys is closing down. I want to thank the owners for giving Longmont a fun place to take the kids. We really had nothing in town when you opened and my kids had many good times there. I really appreciated seeing Dizzys at the local festivals with your bounce houses and activities. Hope you will still participate in those. Will be recommending you guys for rentals, love to support local businesses. Thanks again.
My 4 year old has a blast here. The obstacle course were a good challenge for him. Slides, games, and good times.
Great value. Not the fanciest place in the world, but super fun for our young kids, and they have good beer and edible pizza. What s not to love?
Spent 60$ and felt it was worth it. Ninja course was too hard for both my four and my nine. Wasted money there, but everything else felt like a good deal. Didnt eat the food, however noticed beer..good beer at that! They had several birthday parties happening but it didnt feel overwhelming. We will definitely return. The young guy behind the ticket reward counter was really great and extra patient with my picky girls.
One good thing, its cheap. On the other hand it looks like its never been cleaned and its a friday night and no one working is old enough to sell alcohol? No paper towels or soap in the womens restroom either. Also, most of what is advertised at the snack bar is unavailable. Basically the only thing we can get is pizza and a soda, why even have a sprawling 3 page menu, one of which is all alcohol, if you cant purchase the items? I hate to think of the amount of lost sales due to simply not knowing how to run a business.
Looked like a cool place. They sold all there stuff yesterday though
Fun if everything working. Went on a Tuesday 7/12/16 and laser tag down, ball guns down and couldnt find an employee to reload cards for over 10 minutes. Worth a try if youve never been. My first experience was better.
The Good: Great place to take the kids. Great pricing. Very nice ownership and staff. The Bad: The owner is adding new attractions but not taking care of the basics. The place is absolutely filthy to the point of caked on dust, piles of garbage behind everything, and broken things such as trampolines get patched with 2ft x 2ft sections of duct tape. Staff members walk around for hours on their phones when they could be cleaning.
We are so incredibly lucky to have them around! Be sure to give them support on the summers, because you are going to appreciate having the, around once winter hits! I take my toddler there and let her run wild, it’s ever child’s dream.
This place is awesome too take your kids to play but its CLOSING down the end of this month
Management honored the website hours, even though they were supposed to be closed that day, and let my kids come in and play!
My daughter loves this place sooo much, plenty for everyone to do. From a kids okay area to a ninja course and arcade. They also serve beer and food.
Cool place family run and owned. Games need some attention and could offer a better selection but overall a fun place in a small town.
The kids love this place and so do we!! Its a perfect place to take the kids to have fun and its not expensive at all!!! I recommend this place if you wanna take your kids to get tired! Big jungle gyms n inflatables, laser tag, nerf wars and arcades!! Not to mention a great place to have birthday parties.
Great kids play area. Pizza was ok. Went for a kids birthday party. They have bouncy castles, laser tag, arcade, and a small ninja course. Everything was clean. Service for the birthday party was ok. The party planner could have been more attentive.
A little worn down/dirty and expensive party packages. But the kids had a blast and the staff was very nice. The laser tag was very cool too.
Excellent place for young kids and the young at heart. The laser tag rocks!! Bouncy castles, big slides, video arcade. This place has it all.
We had a group get together on Dec 31. They gave us a great price for laser tag and offered an up-sell with games and food...We had a blast
Wow, this place is so run down and unkept, managment is terrible... all the games are broken, they no longer have nerf wars, complete let down... laser tag is ok if you can get the staff to start it up, but even if you did you have to go get someone again just to restart... for unlimited access, i got to go 1 time in the 3 hours we were there, after paying 35 dollars for unlimited, and its not packed full of people, its just thst hard to get someone to do their jobs around there... the pizza oven hasnt been cleaned since they opened, so the pizza is horrible... no joke... no pop machines working, no slushy machines working... this website is completely false advertising... the games dont even work, let alone looks like the picture... hasnt been kept up. Needs an investor to pick up the slack and better management and employees
Pretty solid place for kids to hang out at (as well as your eternal teens). Great deal for what they have there. The laser tag is exceptional and a nice choice of arcade games.
Evey time we take the kiddos,They have a blast. Can get pricey with the arcade but the whole famly can have fun. They have good food for a small fun center.
Really affordable and fun! Great local place to take the kids for a few hours throughout the week! My kids enjoyed the Nerf gun wars, laser maze and play area the most!
Great place for younger kids. A little ran down this last time we went. Alot of the game are out of order. I will keep coming back be I would like to see them clean it up.
My kids LOVE this place! I love this place! From laser tag to the new Nerf Wars, we always have a GREAT time!
This place is so much fun and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Great laser tag!
Very bad service, crappy games, crappy food if they have anything available, nice laser tag set up if you can get anyone to run it, very bad management, very dirty, nothing works, very unkept... pictures are completely opposite of what it is... NO GOOD
We were invited to a birthday party here by a friend of our daughters and I was so blown away by everything! She was only 2 at the time so I wasnt sure how much she would actually enjoy a place like this but the kiddie town was so much fun. She had a blast! They have a bounce house, 2 ball pits, slides and a bunch of other stuff. PLUS they even have an infant area where there are baby walkers, toys and other fun stuff to even keep your itty bitties occupied. We actually just booked our daughters 3rd birthday here in a few months and cant wait :)
Kinda hard to explain to someone how to find it....but.....once inside hours and hours of entertainment. Kids love this place, and I know my wife laughs at me try the Ninja course.
I wish we were locals! Great employees, fun arcades and fantastic under 7 play area! Well definitely be back!!!
The kids had a great time and our party went super smooth. Thanks Dizzy Fun Center!
They have so many broken games in the arcade and just slap an out of order paper on it rather than ever fixing it. I spoke with someone there but I just got brushed off. Games need to be fixed. My son has fun with the ninja course and laser tag though.
Fun place to take your kids. The playground area for smaller kids is great. Both of mine just disappear in there.
Its that place to take the Rugrats when you cant afford Chuck E Cheese. The kids are doing their thing and you can have a cold one and jam out to the live DJ music! Margaritas now too! Whats up homie!?
My life love this place! I like the staff. so helpful.
The best place to take your kid to. So much to do and easy on the wallet
Kids had a blast. Lazer tag is fun. A little pricey. Great help. We Will go back.
Our kids from 7 to 2 all had a great time. Nerf War and Laser tag were especially fun.
Kids enjoy playing here for a while but limited selection of entertainment options grows old quick. Good for an hour or two of entertainment.
GREAT place to have a kids party and relax as a parent. Love it thanks Dizzy fun centers
Great fun for the whole family, birthday party, team, or any group. These guys have great customer service.
I didnt really have that great of a time here. There was a very large party of kids and it seemed like they were understaffed because when I went to the register and waited there for like 10 minutes and then had to find a person and they were all helping that group and I couldnt get anyones attention. The money that I gave them went really really fast. One of my kids were 10 tickets under and I found hard to believe that they couldnt spare 10 tickets every other fun place Ive been to has been able to give me that if needed. So we spent 20 dollars and wasnt able to get a tiny plastic yoyo... The prices of there redemption is ridiculous like extremely overpriced they have these giant hammers for 400 tickets however if you go to another fun park there 145 tickets. Just letting you know.I respect that the owner responded to my review and was very helpful. Will come again! Thank you!
Fun place for the kids to play. Pizza was pretty good and all the food was reasonably priced.
Great fun for my son. Entry fee went up quite a bit
Didnt this place close lol
Our kids always have so much fun here. The place keeps things interesting with periodic upgrades and the price is competitive.
The arcade games were malfunctioning and couldnt find appropriate staff to help. Wasted more money than planned
I really want to like Dizzys, especially since it is really the only place of its kind in Longmont. And to be fair, they have added a lot of new attractions and activities over the years, like the nerf battle section or the ninja course. Sadly, the place is always run down and dirty. When we went last week, only about half of the arcade games actually worked, and the selection of games isn’t stellar to begin with. You get the feeling that no one has bothered to even wipe the grime off the games in the last year. And the area around the arcade, which has picnic benches and seating, was filthy and half the tables had trays of pizza crust and other food items. I’m unsure why no one bother to clean this up since we saw several employees wandering around and chatting with each other near the snack bar. While I appreciate the addition of the ninja course and nerf war areas, they are both small and over-priced. The ninja area is also underwhelming with a lot of pieced together items hanging over foam pits. When you compare Dizzys to similar establishments, like Gateway Family Fun Center in Boulder or Loveland Lazer Tag, they rank at the very bottom in terms of fun, cleanliness, helpful staff, and quality of activities. Both Gateway and Loveland are worth the drive for much better service and family fun time.
Come here for the Lazer tag. It is very cheap - unlimited Lazer tag is $20 for adults and $10 if you bring your student ID. Games have good length and you get more than your moneys worth. The Lazer tag is worth 5 stars. The rest of the activities are good for small children. Ie. a small arcade and Lazer maze.
Great, fun staff. Great place to take the kids.
Fun place for the kids. Nerf wars, laser tag, pizza parties, ninja course, little kids playground. Food and snacks and the ever popular beer.
My family loves this place. Great spot to let the kids run wild.
We contacted Dizzy Fun Center to hold a client appreciation party for our clients. A huge success! Everyone loved it.
My kids love it here. Been to lots of birthday parties and its always great
Fun place for the kids and adults. They less busy in the summer so dont forget about them then.
Fun times with kids of all ages, we had a blast with laser tag including a session of black out everyone against everyone!
We had a corporate event at Dizzy and it was a blast. It was hilarious to see adults running around playing laser tag, but everyone had fun.
Great customer service, clean equipment and the kids really enjoyed!
This place is fun, even for adults that play games lol.
I really wanted ro like Dizzys but honestly it was dirty and I spent $17.00 on what amounted to frozen pizza. Also, several of the arcade games were broken, the nerf guns didnt work and there was a large hone in the toddler trampoline.
Prices are ridiculous. Although my kids had fun the bathrooms were gross and the prices were just too much.
This place is awsome.if you got kids you gotta check this place out.
My 5 year old daughter loves this place
Best Place in town to have a good time. Laser tag is awesome.
Great fun for the kids. Needs better security at the door.
The staff person I delt with was very unfriendly and acted very annoyed when I said we have never been here and asked if she could explain it to me. She mummbled through everything and was very unpleasant. There is too much crammed into the tiny space and its pretty overpriced for little kids. Theres no where for adults to sit and have a snack while the kids play because all the tables and chairs are reserved for birthdays. And the music isnt sensored.
Prices were reasonable. Our kids had a blast.
Its priced well and my son loves it .
CANT GO WRONG, FOR $5!!! IF YOU HAVE A TODDLER ..... Its a tons of fun for them!!
First time and enjoyed it with my 3yr old and my 2 yr old
Good choices for tweens/young teens and a well-run, convenient place. Great, rainy-day fun.- Games run off keycards and you can add whatever amount youd like, add more later, and/or save anything left for another visit.- Same with tickets won- Arcade games, prize games, skee/basketball, etc.- Air hockey, pool tables, even a couple of pinball machines- Nice specials at different price points and on specific days/times.- Laser tag has cool gear, automated scoring, and a digital leaderboards.- Snacks are small portions but inexpensive and tasty
Fun for the kiddos, foods not great. Could use a bit of up keep, but overall okay.
Great place to bring the kids on a hot day!
After having my sons birthday party. Kids came down with strep . Not clean
Ok, not great. Kinda scuzzy, but the kid had fun
Pretty unruly (I didnt see any of the rules being followed/enforced) but good place to kill a couple of hours with a toddler!
Their birthday package is amazing and the kids had a blast
