I contacted Hallie and hired the lollipop performer for our law enforcement holiday party. This is a MUST HAVE if you want to take your party to the next level. The performer was top-notch, skilled, professional, and understood her audience.... and highly flexible. It was like having a Cirque de Soleil at our party. We provided the performer our own uniform shirts that they tweeked and wore during the performances... which made it even more special... and unique custom entertainment.
