Use to be great 10+ years ago. Manager is over bearing and rude! Makes it hard for anyone to Sell. Makes everything a nightmare for Sellers. Took out all beautiful shade trees. Looks bare! Looks like a RV stop over park. Park needs a new manager. Wonder if park owners realize how manager treats everyone. This park needs a more softer look. Go elsewhere, manager makes life hell in here. Move! Truly

I used to live here with my dad before he passed and the whole process of selling his home was HELL! And the manager wasnt the nicest or most helpful but over all living there was great until we had to sell my dads home.

I lived in the park for 3 years. I was miserable. I was a young 56 year old. My neighbors were my age but acted old. They complained about everything. Where I parked my car. BBQ smoke, talking outside of mobile home during the day! And there was 10 pages of rules. And the rent is not cheap. Definitely not worth living there.

I live in the Mountain View Mobile Home Estates. It is an over 55 mobile home park that enforces the rules. Some of the mobile homes here have the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! One of them on Maple Street has every color of rose there is and some I have never seen. The people here make the most intricate and inventive display of flowers I have ever seen.

A resident here for over 10 yrs. We pretty much keep to ourselves, my husband and I. Its a nice place not too happy about parking around here though.

It was an ok drive through when I did Meals on Wheels. The place seemed clean and there wasnt any run down homes. All alright with me.

I like the great & clean homie atmosphere for family living. It is also close to schools, restaurants and shopping.

Lousy mgr tho.
