Lived here for 20 years. Its passes for decent in this town.However, if its not chained down, its going to be stolen. We constantly have people trying to break into our garden & shed.There are also some odd rules about parking. If you need to move your car, you cant park in guest parking. Instead, you have to park out on the street.20 years living here & suddenly, this year, the park in the middle is prohibited for walking your dog.Finally, neighbors. You will always have someone trying to find a reason to report you.In summary, this place is better than living on the street, but I hate living here. Cant wait to leave.

We lived there for almost 6 years and while it is old and in not such a great neighborhood, the neighbors are very nice in the managers wonderful!

It is pretty quiet and management is very friendly and flexible. Most spaces are for mobile homes for permanent stay but they have some RV spots too. It is very close to Elementary school and High school. Weather is very nice here although some people think it is cold to live here. Fresh breeze is coming in everyday and you can leave your windows open all day. It feels nice to live here. Also there are many foggy days but I like it.
