We love the Jump Zone! We have had fun every time we have gone. The staff is very kind and happy. My daughter has begged to have her birthday party here and last week we made her wish come true. I am completely blown away! It was AMAZING. The room was decorated so cute and there was even a thoughtful birthday note drawn on a whiteboard. Even though there was a little mix-up with the email that was sent out for the party invites, the staff was more than accommodating and was quick to compensate with extra time in the room and extra jump time. My daughter had the best birthday thanks to them ️

Great value for a birthday party!We were able to bring in food and bought a package that included the birthday cake (which came from a fabulous local bakery... it was seriously so great!) They provided decorations (lots of color options available), paper goods, trampoline socks, and a gift card for the birthday child.The waiver was a little tricky to find online... that was the only snag we hit.We would go again!

Brought all the cousins (all 18 of them!) who are in town and had such a great time! Kids 1-18 tuckered themselves out! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean. Next time we’re in town we’ll definitely be back!

Seems very expensive for an hour. And they definitely haven’t cleaned for COVID 19. That fan has 2 inches of dust on it.

My son Noah LOVES LOVES LOVES this place. The whole staff knows him by name. Sometimes I think my son only wants to go so he can hang with the staff. They are always so Friendly and have a great attitude.

I would totally recommend this place and its is totally family friendly the staff is awesome I only have one complaint it was time to my kids are already asked me when are we going back as soon as we can go back I have heard them ask me already more than I can count thanks for being there for all families to enjoy a great night of fun God Bless you all and your families

My kids love this place! And for a trampoline park it is VERY clean. I appreciate that they make everyone wear socks and maintain the place! Good prices and my kids enjoy the snack bar as well ️

Very fun. I took my 18month old and it was even fun for him. They require you to wear grip socks so if you have some, take them. There is an area for kids under a certain height which makes it easy for littles to play! They have hoops for basketball and a dodge ball area. There is ropes and jump pits. They have ledges for cool tricks. They have fans going so its not too hot. There is music playing for some extra fun. They also have a small candy/drink bar. Would be a great place for a birthday party. Or just to go have some fun! Its $10/hour but have party/group rates.

My Kids love it. Getting in can take time if you havent prefilled your waivers.

The whole place is just a ton of trampolines. There is a fun little swinging rope in the little kid area and another swinging rope that needs to be longer elsewhere. Great place if you like jumping!

We had my sons 4th birthday party here last night. Leslie and the entire staff were more than amazing! Top notch customer service. We got the deluxe birthday package and it was PERFECT. It includes 2 hungry howie pizzas, a cake from shaffers house bakery, and up to 10 jumpers. We also got the room for 2 hours so after our hour of jumping, it left plenty of time for our pizza, cake and presents! My son left saying it was his “best birthday yet” and he already can’t wait to get back to the jump zone. Highly recommend for your kids party! It won’t disappoint!

A great place to tire your kids (and yourself) out. Staff is a little disconnected both times I went. But you go for the jumping.

Now this is a fun place! They only let you jump an hour, but I believe you can pay for extra time now. Super fun place for the kids to get energy out for a while!

Best trampoline park ever! This place is so fun for the family! I have personally met and know a lot of the employees and they are AWESOME!! It is much much cleaner than every other trampoline/bouncy house facilities I have ever been too! It is friendly to all of the kids in the family, from toddlers to teens! And even parents have fun jumping with their kids! I would prefer the Jump Zone over any other activities to with the family in town!

Awesome place to hangout. It was super clean and the employees were kind. I would recommend coming to their black-light night to save money. Its $12 for two hours, pizza and a drink! will be coming back

Great place to hangout. Staff is generally friendly. Place is kept clean. Only downfall, at least for me and my experience, was the bathrooms have been closed for cleaning the past two times Ive gone. Other than that, would recommend.

Pretty fun place. They divide up a spot for the younger kids, have couches to sit on if you arent jumping.

Friday night with black lights is fun for the kids, but it seems like you could run another computer to check people in. We were about 12th in line and it took 20 minutes of the kids jumping to get checked in and paid.

My son always has a great time. Wish the furniture is more sturdy. They have replaced it. People I guess are rough. Like to go every week if possibly.

A little pricey, but not much more than you would expect than a place like this. It has a fun lay out, and with the new management some subtle but good changes have happened. The staff is pretty young, which in a lot of cases may be better. Kids love it here, and playing dodge-ball with dad is the best.

The Jump Zone has excellent value especially for a big family, and its fairly affordable for a full family to come here for an hour or so. It is very safe, has a bunch of areas to play in, and is great for the whole family.My grandparents paid for three generations of our family to play here and it was one of my best memories, and is highly recommended for big family reunions and such. Be forewarned that it is extremely tiring!

Teenagers that work here are in their own little world. They didnt care that older kids were playing in the little kids area. As a mom this is concerning because my toddler was scared of the older kids.

Was wonderful for Granddaughters 6th Birthday. Not so fun just having surgery and had to travel up two flights.But it was so fun for kids.

Fun place! Need better hours listed on website. Toddler Time is from 1:00-3:00 on weekdays, so no bigger kids can jump then. Not too crowded after 3:00 however and my kids had a blast!

Really enjoyable place to get exercise and have fun while doing it. If youre a part of the older crowd, Id recommend going later in the day where there are substantially less little kids running around. Overall extremely fun and a great date idea!

The jump zone is a fun place to go with your friends/family. You definitely want to be careful to try and make sure that no one gets hurt. I wouldnt go when its really busy (late at night/weekends) because of all the people but other times it can be really fun. I dont like their replacement for the foam pits (some giant air pad thing) but theyve tried to add other things to still keep it fun (blow up balls, mini rock wall, etc.)

Love this place!! Once you buy or bring your own group socks, pay the $10.00an hour fee (older kids & up) you have accessed multiple trampolines. A Climbing wall, ropes to swing on to big air bag, snack bar & drinks with tables to eat at. Drinking fountains & bathrooms. Great staff, with fun extras to rent if you need that extra umph!

Friendly staff and great facilities for bouncing around with your kids. I would recommend paying the extra few bucks, getting the socks on and start jumping with your kids. It is a great workout and you can throw balls at little kids, bounce higher than your little ones and show off as you jump into the pits.

This is a great place, the employees were really nice. Clean facility, great area for parties and to watch the children. 1-1/2 hours and my 7 year old was wiped. Nice open space to run and jump. The kids really liked the play back screens!

Best trampoline park Ive taken my kids to in Utah

This is great place to bring the family. They have an area just for younger kids. Also the prices for kids under 48 inches is only $5 rather then $10 for adults. They make you buy grip socks for $3 if you don’t have any. I brought some and they let me use them even though they were from a different trampoline park. They have an area for dodge ball if you have a group. As well as basket ball hoops and other cool areas to jump.

Went to the jump zone with my kids and found out I had to pay $15 more just for socks!!!! No way, especially when we have our own socks! We as parents should be able to decide if we want our kids to wear grip socks or regular socks. You lost our business today. oh well, well go play at the Fun Park instead.

I love the jump zone. But the prices to enter are high and you need to buy jump socks. It is also very easy to get hurt on the trampolines. But it is very fun, if you have good common sense and dont try anything crazy on the equipment.

The kids had fun but they dont have ac wich is stupid litterally they shouldnt expect people to roast. I was at a birthday party and it was 90 degrees up top where we were. They have fans but that doesnt help at all.

This place is great! Lots of space with not a lot of people especially during weeknights! They have a kid zone, dodge ball arena, pit, and large trampoline area to just play. You do need to bring grip socks or they can be purchased at the door.

I have enjoyed every visit and my kids beg me to take them when they think about the Jump Zone. It gets to be a little pricey when you want to do a birthday party or take friends but it is also a blast. They are. Good to help out with local events and an asset to Cache Valley

The place was semi clean. They made us purchase their logo special grip socks even though we had the same socks from another jump zone, just another color. It was obvious they really didnt care about the kids safety and were more concerned with making more money. When I voiced my concern the employee just wanted to argue with me. Very disappointing.

Excellent place to get some energy out and tire out the kiddos. I love the separate area for the toddlers...it does get a little frustrating when no one in forces it though and bigger kids play land at in that area...knocking little kids down and getting in the way. But otherwise lots of fun!! I love the comfy couches to sit in and watch. My kids love the concession stand and there is a decent selection of packaged treats and drinks.The big orb balls are fun too!

Probably one of my favorite places to go. Reasonably priced and a really fun way get exercise. Fantastic for winter when its difficult to get outside because of the colder weather. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the amount of people there. Almost had my daughter run over a few times by larger kids but there is a decent sized kid area, although it can be just a bit small for 4+ year olds that like to roam.

Our kids love this place!

Our school scheduled a trip to your facility to reward the kids who worked hard and met certain goals this year. This was scheduled way in advance and also recently confirmed. So 2 bus loads of kids show up to your facility today and what are they met with? Locked doors, no lights on and no answer to any phone calls. Thank goodness for another fun place in town that bent over backwards to accommodate our kids and make their day fun (and they had a blast) after waiting at the jump zone for 45 minutes. Very unprofessional behavior on your part Jump Zone. Not impressed at all!!

Kids had a blast here

Will NOT be returning! The system is inefficient. I understand that you need socks, but there was no notice of it. The employees are no longer allowed to jump with the kids which makes the environment less fun and less playful. The employees are trying hard to make it a fun place but unfortunately the system is making it so that it isnt.

I take my 3 and 2 year olds here almost weekly. Its a riot. Theres a snack bar with drinks and candy. There are some tables for sitting and enjoying your own pizza. Im grateful these guys are in town.This is a great place to get toddlers some exercise when its freezing cold outside.

Came here for my 2 year olds birthday. Was fun and she loved it. Theres a dedicated child section, and lots of room for older kids/teens. They sell hour blocks of time, which doesnt seem like a lot... But I was exhausted by the end of mine.

Lots of fun. Especially nice if you have kids of any age. They no longer have foam pits. They were replaced with some sort of bounce house style pads.

Just took my kids here and I loved it! I;m new to the area and heard this was the place around Logan to check out. The staff is friendly, prices are cheap (way cheaper than LA) and the building is clean. Recommend!

Staff was friendly. Took ages 4 and 13. They all had a blast. I felt like it was comfortable for the parents and the ventilation was good. Most important the kids loved it and stayed unhurt!

Had my sons birthday party here. They messed up the cake i wanted and even spelled my sons name wrong and turned him into a girl some how. Service was unhelpful. Like that they have jump socks but its complete chaos. NO regulation. Does have sizable party rooms to accommodate big parties like ours.
