This place is so much fun! Kids ages 1-15 all had a blast here. We stayed way longer than expected because everyone was having so much fun. The space is combined with a gymnastics studio which is so much fun but also requires a little bit more attention to the young ones who could get hurt. Thankfully they have a super fun toddler area that is so entertaining. We’ll definitely come back!

This place is just about the funnest place to play indoors through out the valley. 12 dollars gets my family of four a days worth of fun. We took our babies 3 and 4 to play over 3 hours running climbing and jumping in many different bounce houses with huge slides and included is the gymnastics area with giant foam pit to throw your babies in or have them jump into if you dont have aggression built up lol. They include a little kids area with play house and little ride down car track and massage chairs for those who need to unwind. I left with almost every muscle screaming out In fun and a side of pain. And to super happy kiddos that went to sleep without a problem. Worth every penny to come here.

The new owner was really nice. We had a coupon from the cache valley direct that was just past expiration and he still let us use it. Cant wait to see what he does with it as he seems really adamant about the bounce and slide business. Highly recommend.

The place only has 4 bounce houses so it did not entertain my kids for too long after half an hour they were ready to leave. My kids did enjoy the ones they had though

This was my first time at the new location. I have to say I am very pleased at how well they have done with it. It is a little smaller but it still works great. My kids still had fun! We were there for 2 hours, and we were even still able to buy snacks at the same great prices. I like how they have 2 areas. The main area: toddler area and general soft play area. Then another bigger bounce area that is only open certain days and times of the week. I like how they have done the bathroom too. Very well done!

There are alot of positive reviews on here that are from years ago before the new ownership took over. I dont really feel like it is fair for these new owners to keep and take credit for the hard work of the past owners. The difference is day and night. I miss the old owners so much. We have gone to the new location a few times and were so incredibly disappointed. I know that they plan on building a bigger and better location, but in the meantime, they are alienating their customers. I wonder, once the new location is finally built, how many people will even care to go. Out of curiosity, I came back to their page to see how things are now and maybe giving them another chance, and I was appalled at the posts I found made by the new owners. I support their decision to open, but I do not support the kind of posts they made or the way they responded to the opinions expressed in regards to the posts they made. They could have been more professional and less sarcastic. Sad.

My toddlers loved this place! I had so much fun bouncing around too. They have lots of couches for parents to sit. Little toddler area with ride on toys and a play house. Just so pleased with our day there. Went for 3 hours. Great prices too!

Since this place was bought out by new owners this place hasnt been worth going to. After seeing their complete ignorance and greedy posts during this pandemic I definitely wont bring my kids here. Their comments to customers on their Facebook page has been disturbing, unprofessional and disgusting.

So. This establishment changed owners a few months back. Prior to new ownership 5 stars all the way...Under the new ownership we had gone and the new location is not ideal. The equipment is not as clean. Just seemed a bit less taken care of.But the. The new ownership slack of concern for others and their customer relations is definitely less than 1 Star ️ for sure.We will not be returning mostly because of the current owners/management’s attitude. But we were already on the fence whether to go back or not because of the cleanliness issue at the new placeIf you’re considering going during Covid-19. Please consider prior to Covid they didn’t keep it clean so you are really taking your chances if you go now.

This place is super fun for the kids. I have a 3 year old, an 11 year old, and a 13 year old. The 3-year old definitely loves it the most, but the two older still have a lot of fun. They have a great toddler section that is separate so the little ones are less likely to get hurt. Definitely a great place to go especially when its cold outside.

Great place to bring the kids to burn off some energy. Adults had fun too! Special area for toddlers, clean bathrooms, and fun inflatables. Indoor playground heaven! Wonderful for the family. Staff was courtesy as well. Couches along the mats for people to sit on.

I can’t believe people actually take their kids here. I watched in horror as kids played with extension cords, pulled installation out of the wall (because there was a huge hole in it) and everything looked like it had been picked up from a yard sale. Now, I understand it’s not the centers job to babysit, but it is there job to have safe conditions. On top of it all there was no one to even great us for 15 mins. I ended up just walking in because my son had to use the restroom. The girl at the front was on her cell phone the entire time with no sense of respect for customers coming in and out to pay. She didn’t even set her phone down to talk to people! Just stared at the screen. Get it’s cheap, so no one complains, but seriously this place is not safe for kids!

Awesome place! Great for the little ones and very affordable! They have places for large parties and sections for toddlers to pre teens. Can get crowded if you go at peak hours but still fun.

I live this place! Its so fun. Best place to take kids to play. Very relaxed environment. You get to play with your kids. The bounce houses are clean and really well taken care of. I really enjoy the manager. He is the nicest guy. There is a great party room.

This place is horrible now!!!!! We definitely wont be coming back dirty and not organized at all. You could die in this place now and know one would find you. Before the employees did a walk around constantly the only time I saw someone was when we paid and left. This place will not last unless they get a location like before. You cant play tag at this location like before. If you have kids under 4 this location is ok but for any kids older than that probably rethink it!!!

I agree with most reviews. The original place was worth looking forward to. I understand they ate trying to get a bigger building which is fabulous, but until that happens $9.00 for a 7 year old???? felt a a bit exorbitant for what you get. $5.00 flat rate for all ages would have been more appropriate.Well come back when the building accommodates the slides and there is space for everyone. I cant imagine what it would be like in this place if it was a busy Saturday afternoon! Even on a low volume day it was sketchy and no control of big kids in the 3 and under area.I did appreciate the lack of wifi, it kept parents off their phones

Bounce n Slide was so awesome! We took our field trip group here and the kids loved it! They were able to play for hours, it’s hard to find a place where kids will be entertained for more than a short amount but here they played for a solid 2 hours and were upset when it was time to leave. The facility was clean, and so cool!

Used to love this place but new location is way smaller but same price! Although I was given a discount after expressing my concerns. Also website was not updated to reflect new location address and still shows old location pictures and still says over 10,000 square feet which is very deceiving. I wont come back till New location is up and going cause it wasnt worth the price.Was clean and well ventilated though and not muggy at all.

Our kids love this place!! Gets a little busy on the weekends but even then the kids dont care. We held our daughters birthday party there and there staff was very helpful. They have a play area for 3 and under which is perfect for the little guys. They also have snacks available for a good price.

Love bringing my 3 year old here to burn energy. I love that they have couches placed through out for me to lounge on. I love to bring a book and read while my kids play. I also love to hop on one of the slides with them every once in a while. This place is on the smaller side...so teens might have a tough time having a good time. But perfect for toddlers up to age 12 I think. My suggestion would be to get some good Wi-Fi and a soda fountain and I just might move in:) The toddler area is great too...but they dont seem to enforce the 3 and under rule and lots of big kids come thrashing through and bombard the place. They do a good job keeping the place clean even when full of all the little tornados:)

This used to be one of my favorite places to take my kids year round. It was always clean, parents played for free with their kids, you could bring your own food and drinks, restrooms were always clean and a nice big drinking fountain. The new location is crowded, smelly, hot and stuffy. There is only one small bathroom and a tiny run down drinking fountain. Its the same cost for a worse experience.

Ever since they changed ownership and location, prices have gone up and cleanliness has gone down. Only 4 small bounce houses and a tiny kids area that the mini roller coasters ride into. Disappointing.

I had to delete my old review and change my review. How they handling the covid-19 pandemic is horrible. They only care about money and not peoples lifes.

If you are looking for a fun, affordable, clean place for your kiddos...this is the place to go. Managers here are responsible and manage the place well. Always making sure the facility is well taken care of and safe. My daughter could spend hours here!

Great fun and reasonably priced! My kids really enjoyed the 2+ hours we spent here. I appreciated the cleanliness (seriously, the staff were either vacuuming or mopping or cleaning the restrooms every 30 minutes)! Staff was also very friendly! Well definitely be visiting again.

Things I appreciated: I was a paying customer and very frustrated about paying 15 dollars when there was a lot of people getting in free and I had a two year old. They promptly gave me a free pass for another time. Thank you.My two year old had a great time.However, I feel there are very negative setbacks to this location that need to be addressed. The pictures that are connected to this business are from the OLD LOCATION. The new location is much smaller. You are paying the same amount for much lower quality.As a parent I am very happy my child had fun, but having fun isnt the main priority as a parent. The place was very hot! I am concerned that when it gets hotter this summer it could be dangerous.Also, there is no one watching or monitoring what is happening throughout the place. There were older kids being VERY rough that were in the 3 and under section, but no one there to enforce it. If parents are to be the ones enforcing that makes it very difficult because all the bounce houses are so close together it is hard to see your child.It is a connected to a gym, which makes it smell. It also makes it confusing to know what parts are for the gym or what parts are for the bounce and slide. Possibly have a sign put up by the trampoline to inform parents and children if that is off limits or not.Looking on the bright side, I hope the new location is fabulous!

My kids love going to the bounce n slide. I always leave feeling a bit dirty but its not because the establishment is dirty - there are just 30 kids running around sweaty and shoeless. It can get a little loud with all the kids and blowers but for $6 its totally worth it to get all my kids energy out.

Fun place for children to play in a safe environment. It is kept clean and regularly patrolled by employees.

Extremely fun! Theres all different kinds of bounce houses - tall ones, small ones, ones with slides, etc. Everything was clean and well-kept. I really liked that they have a whole area for smaller children - it lets them have plenty of room to play (there are tons of toys) and their own place to bounce safely. My two-year-old and four-year-old both had a great time. Well be back!

We love this place! Great for times when kids need to get energy out, but its too cold to go to the park. It has been our saving grace this fall/winter. Price is reasonable, and I love that you can bring your own food and drinks. Toddler area has lots of great activities and keeps littles safe from getting squashed by bigger kids.

My son had his 4th birthday party at Bounce N Slide and it was amazing! Ive never seen a cleaner play place. The price is incredible and everyone had a fantastic time. The owners are so friendly! We try to go a few times a month and we are never disappointed! Plus, the no time limit is perfect for kids. I definitely recommend this place.

The staff is very nice, not sure if it was their fault but theres an unpleasant smell all around, we left cause we couldnt handle it anymore

This used to be a great place at the old location, now it it is just a shell of its former self.So disappointed in the reduction of size. Not enough room during peak times anymore and easily overcrowded. The price point is not equal to the services you get either.Staff not as friendly as before.Combining part of the bounce and slide with the gymnastics makes it more confusing.Play areas and the bathrooms are not as clean as they were before and smells.

My little girl loves this place. We always pack a lunch and spend a couple hours there.

I appreciate what theyre trying to do... But the execution is bad. Theres just not enough space to play. Once a few kids show up, theyre running into each other and having to wait to play with anything. They dont charge for infants, but then ask you to play what you think is fair (guilt trip?!) Would love to see this place improve.

I visit this place with my little cousins all the time. It is fun for all ages and can keep little kids busy for hours. There are big bouncy houses and slides, like the name suggests. There is a little place for younger kids, its smaller. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place for a childs birthday party!

Bounce and slide is great. The toddler section is the best. Its nice to go a play and not have to worry about the older kids getting to rowdy around the littles.

Best place in town. Good for little (2yrs-ish) and big kids. Plenty of places for parents to sit and relax. My kids usually spend 2 to 3 hours there before running out of energy. Great for winter when the outside parks are too cold.

This place is awesome for getting kids (and parents) energy out on cold days. Its not too expensive since adults get in free. Doesnt stink too bad like similar places. Lots of seating close to the action so you can easily keep track of kids. The toddler area is awesome, lots of toys so kids dont have to argue over the same thing. Theres a nice area with tables if your kids need a snack break.

We use to love the bounce and slide at its old location. We had a little party there today. I called earlier in the week and asked about renting a room. I expressed and asked if the layout and rooms whree the same as the old building. Whomever I talked to said yes they still had two party rooms. I also asked if they have a waiting area like in old building with tables so if we choose not to rent a room we could just sit at a table (which I understand first come basis), they said yes just a little smaller is all. So me thinking okay we are only having like 7 kids dont need a room. Wrong, I feel very disappointed at this new location. They do not have any waiting table areas like old. And there is not enough seats to sit for parents. Yes I know we went on a saturday but still they cant accommodate for what they have. And like others have mentioned they still charge same price and wasnt worth it. Half my party went home in 30 Min cuz no seating for parents. Not to mention the 3 and younger area had alot of kids who werent 3 and under playing in there and my 1 year old was getting trampled and pushed. They uses to have a huge little area to play and was monitored better. Very disappointed. And like others mention it was hot muggy and only one bathroom which stunk. Please move locations and or change pricing. So sad I have to write this. We want our bounce and slide back.

Always a fun place to bring our grandchildren. Probably best for ages 3 to 10. The best thing about this place is that they do not charge for the adults to come in and they have a place to sit and watch the kids as they have fun.

We love this place! My toddler stays in the little kids section while my oldest plays hard in the main area. Such a great place and surprisingly clean.

Would have been 5 but I didnt like everyone being able to wear their shoes all over the play areas. My 1 year old was crawling around putting her hands all over the floor and it grossed me out. Maybe have mandatory booties given out close to the door with no shoes allowed in the play area.

Took my 3 year old granddaughter. She played nonstop for 2 1/2 hours. Loved it! Will definitely go back. Also with a group of ladies with kids ages 1 to 6. They ALL had a blast!

Amazing! Very clean and friendly! This is the cleanest location for kids I have every been to! I will definitely be going again. My 18 month old and 3 yr old and 8 yr old had a ton of fun! They even have a section specifically for tiny humans.

This place is really fun for kids. We took our daughter and grand kids there for a couple of hours and they had a blast. It was reasonably priced. They have couches for the adults to watch the kids from and a separate play area for toddlers. There are tables for eating and having birthday parties. Some of the equipment is a little worn from years of abuse.

They charge once and you can stay as long as you want. Prices are super fair. Although they offer drinks and snacks, you can bring your own food (like a few little ceasers pizzas) and use their tables. You can get a sectioned off area for birthday parties so your stuff is out of the way. Everything is really clean, in fact they clean it routinely throughout the day. The staff is constantly walking around making sure kids are safe and are being good to each other. They even check the restrooms often, too. The bouncy towers themselves are pretty durable. Adults are constantly going on them with their kids and its no problem. Lastly, they have a really good toddler area with a big flat bouncer for toddlers under three. I went on a rainy Saturday and it was not too crowded. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with kids.

It was super fun! We had a birthday party there, the staff was pretty great, it was easy and really well priced! The kids and adults had a great time! The only Complaint I Have is that When You Make The Reservation They Ask For A twenty dollar deposit. A deposit by definition should be returned, however it is actually a reservation fee, as you dont get that back. Its still completely worth it, just needs to be reworded so that the communication is mutural and there is less confusion.

The whole place is well taken care of and cleaned regularly. I saw the owner go around every hour or so to wipe down dirty surfaces and to organize the toys in the toddler area. The Toddler Area is really nice too! Our 14 month daughter sure loves it! Really nice place, and well definitely go there again!

This is one of our go-to places that every member of our family loves! We have 4 children ages 2-8 and there is something to do for every age (and even younger ages as weve been going since we had a 12 month old!), even us adults love to have races through the bounce houses. It has always been clean, including the restrooms and we loved it when they broke out the popcorn machine!!

I love this place! The first time we went was for my daughters fourth birthday. I chose this venue over others because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed, and weve returned several times since.All the staff are professional and kind. Customer service is a huge thing to me and every employee Ive spoken to has been genuinely caring and lovely to work with. They walk the loop of all the toys, making sure the kids are being safe. Theyre very helpful and on top of things.Everything is clean! They mopped and disinfected the tables after our party. All the surfaces and bathrooms are clean every time Ive been in. Ive been through all the bounce houses myself (grown ups get to play, too ^_^) and theyre all very well maintained.The hours are great, the prices are the best Ive found, the environment is laid back and fun, and my daughter has a blast everytime we go.**Edit**Its been a year and weve had another birthday here and its still amazing. This year my daughter had a giant unicorn balloon that came off its string and floated up to the ceiling. Id already decided it was a lost cause when one of the staff members walked by and said he thought he could get it. He got a ladder and duct taped several brooms together and saved the balloon and the day. Im continually amazed at the customer service here.

Usually I dont like going to these places because you can see and feel the germs infecting your entire family for the next 2 months. Although Im sure germs still roam, this place was the cleanest and most kept up bounce house I have ever been to. The owners are friendly and on top of keeping it a good experience. Im sure it is a lot of work on their part. We could even use the bathrooms! We will be returning. My kids had a blast. Also love there is one enter and exit so as to not lose any children

So much fun!! Nice to get out of the hot/cold. Best qualities: 1- clean. And not smelly!! 2- parents are FREE (as long as you are helping a child or little one) 3- NO time limit! (Better than the trampoline park where you pay by the hour) 4- reasonably priced. Oh and if you needed another selling point, the kids are wiped. Can anyone say nap time??

Clean, and fun. We usually get the monthly pass every so often. Thats about how long it last until the kids get tired of going there. Then a couple months later they are ready again. Nice for during the winter for sure. Owners are kind and people are very friendly that are there. Really clean restrooms, and eating tables. Totally cool place to just grab the kids a cheap little craters pizza, and go hang playing tag with the kids.

Bounce N Slide is a great place to play when its cold outside, hot outside, anytime really! What I especially appreciate is that they dont charge for adults. Its clean, well maintained, and great fun for the kids.

Very nice place ... floor was padded with exercise mats throughout, they had six large structures (mostly obstacle course/slide type), many couches for parents (who get in for free) and there was a play area for toddlers stocked with toys. Everything looked very new and clean. The guy there was super easy-going and we really liked the fact that you could stay as long as you liked. Will definitely come again.

I really liked the pay what you feel its worth for really little kids.

Really fun center for kids and adults of all ages with a good variety of bounce houses and slides and such. Socks are required for everyone, which is understandable. But they got mad at me for taking my 1 year old down a slide twice without socks. So just come prepared.Overall its quite a bit of fun for pretty cheap. And currently there is no time limit for the price.

Im pretty cheap, so the $6 for each of my kids felt steep to me, BUT we only had to pay for the kids, which I felt was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank GOODNESS they had a fan or two running!! Even without running like a crazy person it got hot! The place was clean, and there was enough for my 2yos to do. ...In fact, they had so much fun that my daughter threw her first real, true, full on tantrum. The kind that lasts the whooooole way home, and sends Mom into tears. But Im still so glad they had fun!!

We needed a bounce house for an event in the park. Bryan was awesome. Came and set it up and took it down. Also got us the paperwork we needed to keep the city happy. No problems. Would have no reservations using them in the future.
