Our local. Decent theatre with plush leather seats but most of the big screen auditoriums don’t have the footrests on the recliners. Booo. Reserved seating though, gotta love that Fandango. Go see a movie! Oh, there is beer and wine available here, gotta love that.

Best movie theater. Each patron has lots of space. The seats are reclining with a swivel tray for food and drink. There are no rowdy or loud groups. One can just relax and enjoy a movie. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and cool theater. The food are reasonably priced and tasty. Parking structure is just a cross the street.

We found this place by accident, because we missed a showing at the theater close to our house. But we’ve been going the extra miles out if our way ever since. It’s quiet and well kept, great service and reasonable prices. Reserved seating means I don’t have to wait in a long line for a decent seat for new releases and how do you argue with reclining chairs and personal tables? Theaters like these redefine the theater experience. It was years since I’d been to the theater. Since finding this place I’ve gone 4 times in 2 months. If you live in Livermore, this is the place to go. If you don’t live in the area, its still the place to go.

Very comfy and spacious seats, bathroom had some problems like big paper rolls outside and due to that a little messy. Ticket price is good, fair enough for the area. Just a few seats though, but its due to the comfort you get. Has a half price promo on Tuesday which is also pretty awesome.

The staff was amazingly, nice. We went and saw Sonic. Seats are so comfy. And with my broken back and neck and I perfectly comfy.

My favorite movie theater. Recliner seats are good and vision is mostly clear, no one in front of you may block it :) .. staff always friendly and smiley. It feels cozy.

We live in Livermore, but wed come here for movies even if we didnt! Best recliner style seats with trays for your snacks, beer and wine and the staff is always really nice! Best part, tickets are cheaper than anywhere else in the area! Looking forward to the movies tonight!

Actually a really nice theather with reclining seats and tables. You can even order drinks if you want to. The staff is always friendly, too.

Very comfortable chairs. Offers a variety of different types of ways to watch a movie. Keep in mind that there are reserved seats for people who bought tickets.

Went to their flash back viewing of The Fellowship of the Ring. The audio quality was horrible. Way to much treble not enough low end. So sword fights and armor clashing was ear piercingly loud, if they turned the audio slightly better that would be awesome and worthy of a 3-4 star rating. Also someone may have forgot to turn a light off in n the projection room so my section seemed to be dimly lit.

I was avoiding answering my front door every 5 minutes for Halloween, and this theatre had two interesting movies at the right times. My experience was better than at the Dublin theatre, the seats here reclined and the exact seat was easy to pick during ticket purchase. Parking in the next door city garage was easy and free, and I got the senior discount. Even though its a longer drive for me, Ill go to this theatre again. There were at least 4 places to eat dinner between movies on the same block.

Overall nice experience but probably not good for kids 5 and younger.The theater has recliner seat option with decent ticket pricing. The seats are comfy and comes with a tray to hold your food and drink.Your purchase of soda and popcorn (large size only) comes with free refill.Before you go:- Finding a parking spot is not easy and you may have to park little away from the theater hence keep provision (4-5 min walk).- Roadside parking outside the theater is for 2 hours only.- Kids age 5 and younger may find it difficult to view the screen. We were in Audi 5 (row G) and our son’s view was blocked by the seat position.

I love coming here because its not usually busy. However, I have found their rocker seats to be very uncomfortable. You really have to sit back in them to be comfortable but if you do, your vision is blocked because the back of the seats in the row in front of you are too tall. My boyfriend is not short 62 and even he had to sit at the edge of his seat to see. Its to bad cuz I love supporting our community but in the future Ill be going to the Dublin theatres.

Love this theater, great small town vibe, but hey upgraded all their seating and sound so you get a fully modern experience. The popcorn is tasty. Reserve seating. Not overly busy (but can be!)

Im 6-2 and still had someones head blocking the screen. Also if you dont want your ears to be ringing after the movie because the volume was waaaaay too loud, then dont go here. Would give no stars if I could

It is hard for me to really draw a comparison as I have not been in the theater for a really long time. Now with that said, I truly fee if all movie theaters are like this one, I can say things have change a lot and in a good way! The seats are amazing and very comfortable. You do not need to fight for elbow space and you will have enough space and more. I have a very active kid, he was able to move around without bothering anyone. My family and I had a great time.

There are many choices at this theatre. The theaters themselves are not very large but big enough. The chairs are really cool and recline with a foldable table to hold your food and other items. However, it is best to buy the tickets once you get to the theater instead of online because of the extra online fee which is inconvenient at times.

The theater is rarely crowded. Very comfortable, reclining seats, friendly staff. Pus, I love to walk around downtown Livermore as I wait for the show.

Great theater. Consistently friendly service. Theaters are clean and have spacious, comfortable seating. The overall technical presentation of the films is fantastic (top-tier audio and projection). And their prices are easily 15-20% lower than other local theaters.

The reviews are true - its hard to return to other cinemas after youve tried Livermore. If you have a choice, imho, the luxury electric recliners are the best. Combine these electrically powered lay-z-boys with $5 reserved seats on Tuesdays and its hard not to love this theatre. Reservations online at their website is a reasonable fifty cent extra. I live much closer to Dublins Regal Hacienda Crossings with true IMAX theatres, but I nearly always make the drive out to Livermore.

The Livermore 13 is a very well-run theater. It has modern equipment to provide an excellent viewing experience. The staff does a good job and is polite and friendly.My only objection is the common practice of assigning seats. You take a chance of waiting until you get to the theater, you may find no good seats, even 40 minutes prior to show time. Or you can buy tickets on-line and pay a significant service charge, only to arrive to find plentiful good seats available. Lastly, it can greatly delay ticket purchase as Ive had people discuss which seats to buy for several minutes.

Just went to the ladies room at 8:15 pm on Saturday and it was disgusting. Probably not a fun job on A busy Saturday but...as a soon as I mentioned it they sent someone in right away. Thanks guys!

Old fashion cinema but lovely place in downtown. Loved the reclining seats and the tables for comfort, they make you feel at home with a large TV. Clean spaces and friendly staff.

Whats not to like about the movies. Always a good experience. Only once was an employee not very friendly when I asked about if I could use my rewards. I just asked to use my free movie and they gave me attitude about it being a pass not a free movie. Talked down to me like Im an idiot. It says free movie ticket, not pass for movie with restrictions. But havent seen her since. Otherwise everyone is friendly. Its always clean when I go.

A decent theater located in the heart of Downtown Livermore. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was EMPTY. You can reserve your seats in-advance online, but you may not have to and can save a few bucks on the online fees. Check how many seats are available for your showing on Fandango to know for sure.

The chairs were nice and comfy, and its much less crowded than other theaters. It was also really clean!

Went on a Tuesday to watch a movie in D-BOX. For the price ($13), it was an amazing experience. Their Tuesday tickets for reclining seats are just $5, which is impressive for a theater in East bay. Had no complaints whatsoever the staff was friendly, the hall was clean and tidy, and restrooms were well maintained too.

The woman at the ticket counter scolded me for standing in the wrong line.We went to a 2:30 matinee and the Women’s bathroom was a mess. Overflowing trash cans, toilet paper on the floor, water all over the counter.Once the movie stated they forgot to turn down the lights. We sat though half the movie before they finally turned down the lights.On the plus side... the theater was clean and the electronic recliners were comfortable.

Went here with my bff I forgot what movie we saw but we had a good time and drinks. It was luxurious you got a picture on chair and they were wide and they recline it made for a nice comfy experience. Purchase your tickets ahead of time if possible.

Recliner chairs, planned seating, and open walk ways ensure no awkward butts in you face as you watch. Plus they have beer with an ok selection. The theaters are just a tad warm for the leather chair but its always very clean.

Great med sized theater with wonderful leather seats. Seats are assigned too so no need to line up. Oh, and the popcorn is delicious.

What I did not like is I ordered tickets online and choose my seats (5 tickets) and it did not tell me some of the seats do not recline. We would have gone somewhere else if we knew that. They need to someone display which seats fully recline.We paid $75 for our tickets, so you expect recliners at that price.

Best movie theater Ive been to so far. You select seats online, and weve never had a disappointing experience.Outside of the theater, you get to choose your seat before a movie. Concession stands are typical (and pricey) for a movie theater, but thats expected, however, the price of movies are extremely reasonable for the location in the bay area.Movie wise, screen and acoustics are excellent, though I dont have a great detail of either. Seats are leather-recliners that are wide and not close to the person next to you. They have small tables and drink holders as well.

Get to watch a movie in one of the ultra luxury seats. These seats can go almost all the way flat, with an extra support for your feet. This is how to enjoy a movie!

Wonderful movie, several current movies to choose from. The most comfortable seats by far anywhere, you could fall asleep in them. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. If you are going to sit somewhere for hours, do it here.The seats are five star. Very enjoyable.

Theater has great recliners and parking near by.

We bought our tickets several hours before the show so we were able to choose our ideal seats. The recliners were so comfortable and the table and cup holder were a bonus. Definitely would recommend our theater.

My favorite theater by far. It has a small theater feel but has many screens. The chairs are comfortable. Its not a movie palace but for a local theater it is great.

$5 TUESDAYS is awesome! As expensive as it is to go to the movies nowadays, I have to RAVE about Livermore cinemas offering a $5 Tuesday ticket sale day. All movies, all day are $5. The popcorn and beverages are still ridiculously priced, but I normally dont buy anything.

Moderately priced and decent seating arrangements - rockers with good leg space and fairly comfortable recliners. Giant Screen + Dolby Atmos for some of the theatres and these are my favourites. Some 4D experience seats as well. Food options are good too - not too expensive. And $5 any movie on Tuesdays !

I know people from Pleasanton who come to Livermore for the theater because its so nice.

They have upgraded to nice plush recliners. They also allow you to select your seats. There prices are decent for the matinee and they have discounts on Tuesdays.

Convenient, clean, and great flicks! Concessions lines move quick and it’s usually not very busy. Parking is a breeze in the nearby parking garage.

Best theatre Ive been to in a long time

$5 Tuesday! It was a friend who told me about the deal, and ever since that we start coming here. I like how comfortable the seats are and with the fandango app I can purchase my ticket ahead of time and pick my seat. They offer alcoholic drinks here too, some local craft beers and local wine. Not bad at all. The theater is located at downtown Livermore.

Easy to get good seating. But I do not like the way it smells.

Garlic cheese bread was terrible.. chicken parm was pretty bad and it was extremely overpriced. Sorry but not sorry. Had much much better.

I’ve lived in the Tri-Valley since 1982, so my husband and I and our friends have seen many, many movies here. Today I am sorely disappointed that the sound in the Lion King 12:30 showing (delayed 20+ minutes) was so loud it was painful. I am hearing impaired. One hearing battery died, so I removed that hearing aid. Thank God I’d managed to turn the volume down before the one battery died. Listening with only one very quiet hearing aid plus none in the other ear wasn’t as bad. BUT STILL TOO DAMN LOUD. Oh, and the lights weren’t turned off when the movie began, so they restarted it with the appropriate theater auditorium lighting. When the movie ended, the lights did NOT turn up, so I brailled my way out of the auditorium. After these many years in the area, I will not attend this theater until it is clear that the theater is being run appropriately. The two stars are for my memories of what used to be a well-run theater.

Super comfy chairs in Theater 2, only downside is theyre squeaky! Cant complain otherwise.

Pretty good prices for movies, somewhat expensive for snacks. If you want candy or soda just buy it at a nearby gas station and bring it in a purse/bag or your coat. They dont really check you. The theaters themselves are always comfy and clean, same with the bathrooms. Have had a lot of fun with friends and family here, definitely would reccomend. :)

Love this little independently owned movie theater! They have super comfy chairs, that recline! Theres also a pretty wide selection of beer and wine to choose from to enjoy while you watch a movie. Make sure you get online and order your tickets well ahead of time because the theater is smaller than a lot of other theaters, and sometimes if its a newer movie it will sell out pretty fast. But conveniently you can get online on your phone, and go ahead and purchase tickets for your seat. I would definitely recommend this location over the one in Dublin.

Most theater areas have reclining seats in the first several seats. The seating area is steeped enough to not block the whole screen from a lower seat if you stand up. Kids can easily see the screen without having to move due to tall people sitting in front of them. Sound is very loud, sometimes too loud and screen is clean and clear no blurs or age spots showing on the screen. Reclining seats also have a swivel table to put your food on and the floor is clean. Restrooms are always busy with no waiting lines and supplied well. Snacks and drinks are expensive.

I used to be able to buy tickets on their website, but I think they got rid of that (or effectively hid it). So I had to use Fandango with their added fees. I am also not a fan of their chairs which are very upright. You can lean them back, but you have to constantly push the chair to keep it reclined. Is there some mechanism to keep them locked in the reclined position?
