I love this place!Every time I come here to visit with friends, its been nothing more than feeling like I was visiting Utopia.I was wondering if unicorns were going to fly out of the sky and embrace me it was so much love going around and you can buy beer within walking distance.... I will be returning soon.

Actually i live here so this may seem bias but i think this is the nicest mobile home park ive ever been too. Clean and lots of friendly people and its safe and close to stores.

A really chill place i love it

Nice place and staff!

Clean and people are nice I went to visit a friend in a prefab home and was surprised how nice and appliances very nice and spacious home w large bedrooms and a back yard quite large and side access.

Nice place for small to medium functions. Came here for a birthday party. It was most enjoyable.

Lived there for 15 years. Great mobile home park! Well kept, clean and safe.

I feel bad for all the residents that live on the freeway side of the park its so loud from traffic an it feels like earthquake tremors rolling through the trailers from all the semi trucks passing by. No good parking for guest or for Tennants and over population of possum,racoons an rats. And if you have a pet cat management will trap it an have your pet euthanized or poisoned by there traping stages throughout there property
