This mobile home park has a resident who uses industrial sawing equipment multiple times a day for years and bothers neighbors with his perpetual use. The management will not correct the issue, they pawn it off to the police. This guy is on your property, fix the issue!

Nice people older folks lots of families

They need to take care of their fences along the property of the park! Roots lifting and causing damage to fences.

I love the people here. We have raised a family here. We feel very safe. Lots of hard working folks. People with small buisnesses and are contributers to our city. But, more and more perks are being taken away. Wondering if our pool will be filled in with dirt soon?

Nice place

Not a good place if you have visiting family. I went there to visit my cousins and I parked in front of their house for two hours and I got a warning on my car, then I found a place in the visitors parking and I stayed there overnight and next day I got another warning threatening to tow my car because that was for visitors, What in the world am I then????NOT VISITORS FRIENDLY.

Lived here for 5 years .nice affordable living .Property manager thinks hes God and just keeps extra funds​ for him self instead of up keep on park..
