Awesome food. We had great service. Seated quickly. Clean everywhere. This was our first time. We had awesome service from our waitress, and the Bid D Tea is what you need to try if you like Long Islands. We has sliders, fry combos. Very good. Good portions. Got the Best Value game card bundle and did digital. It was great, my wife and I had a lot of fun playing games and winning digital coupons. We looked in the store and seen a few things we liked, but not all tokens were spent so we shall return soon for some rematches. Easiest way in is behind Bass Pro.

Overall it was fun! Only a couple games were closed to allow for social distancing, and the VR experience was neat! The food quality has just went down tremendously. I got the pizza pull apart, and it tasted literally microwaved. Other than that, we had fun!

Really fun place to go! They also have really good food! I got the chicken quesadillas and they were delicious! I suggest buying an hourly card so you can have unlimited play, more worth! Very fun to go and hangout with friends!

This location hasnt been reopened completely. The menu is severely reduced. Games that allow coop play are turned off from the maximum players. During the time we went there were hardly anyone there. We had fun, but only because we met friends there.

We went to watch the Packers play on Sunday and the place was so run down, it was extremely disappointing. As you walk up to the building the 3 large balls outside the paint is completely warn out and so many burn outs in the parking lot. When we walk in we always go to the bar and the social distancing was very good. The bartender however was so poor and inattentive and unfriendly. Made terrible drinks...and obviously needs some extensive training in customer service and mixology! He couldn’t remember what we were drinking and we had the same drink every time. The bar stools were old, discolored and the leather was peeling off. The restrooms were obviously not attended too either. This was such a huge investment for Little Rock and I just hate to see it have to close due to poor management. On the plus side the Packers won and the food was fabulous! Thank you.

Loved the arcade, food could have been better. I had the Philly cheese steak sliders, mostly bread, not enough slide to make the bread go down. Fries were hot and fresh. Glad the place is open to the public! Great day over all!

Dining experience was horrible!! Our waitress (Beth) was in la la land somewhere. Luckily Branden came to the rescue for her more than once. Food wasnt great either. Game floor was great though, appreciate the attempt at social distancing.

Never in my 53 years been in a D&Bs. I loved it! Great food. Not really expensive but the games are over the top! Kids and adult games. Adult beverages... whats not to love?!?

Your employees are perfect and the atmosphere is wonderful. There were many games I wanted to play but could not. That took away from the experience. I love Dand B though and your doing a great job.

Games are ok, the food is awful...If you’re going to take over an hour after someone ordered to provide them their meal. You would Atleast think you’d make sure it was good... I would’ve rather waited another 6-12 minutes for a burger that wasn’t burnt to a crisp than receive a burger that was hard as a rock.

My kids had a good time even though you have to wear masks. But quite a few games were not given the tickets/credits it should have been and it just seemed like alot of them games were not at 100% function. But as long as my 6 kids had fun is the main reason I go. Would be so much better if the games all worked better next time. As for myself I enjoyed the Caribbean Long island iced tea first one very good second one not so much think they missed something or added something else, but either way kids were out of my hair and I got a few minutes to myself.

This place was awesome! My son 5 and daughter 10 had a blast! The games were WAY better than other places, although the games cost a little more. We didnt eat or drink so cant comment on that but judged by how packed that was Id say it must be good!

We had a great time with family. Totally enjoyed the arcade games especially the older games. Loved the music choice, however too loud over the games and people talking. The food cost more than what I would like to pay for bar food.

Always a good time & good food as well but definitely expect to spend A LOT of money. As a family of 5 we spend over $300 every single time. It would have been really nice to know about the rewards program!!! I didnt find out about it until tonight while on their website. Why would the staff never mention this to customers??? We have spent thousands here & that would have been very helpful. P.S....the tacos are BOMB. And I dont even love tacos that much.

The games are great but the food was a let down. We got two burgers and they were cooked well done. I guess they only cook to that temp on the burgers. I got a steak and it was cooked medium rare and properly but yeah. The pretzel pizza rolls were like the bread sticks that you get at Olive Garden but they partially cut them into smaller rolls. I had to tear them apart so that was a let down. I say go for the games, skip the food. Maybe I went on a bad night *shrugs*

I felt like me and my group waited a while before we were greeted by our waitress. The food was good it just kind of soured the experience takind 20+plus minutes to greet someone in your section when there was no one else seated around us.

The facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Happy hour prices are good. My wife and I had a lot of fun.

This place is one of my favorite places in Arkansas.We have a good time here, servers are nice.I would definitely recommend this Dave and Busters if you are visiting Arkansas.

A fun and inviting place with great food to back it up. I went with the standard cheeseburger and the 100 token power card. For desert got their cheesecake dip and I have to say it really did surprise me. It had all the flavor of cheesecake minus the fork. The only thing that could have made this a better experience is the inclusion of more tokens in the $25 deal. That is what hindered my experience a tad bit. However, I will gladly go back some day.

D&b is constantly clean well staffed and the food is good for bar food....great place to watch the game

Game play is really fun and Wednesday’s half price gaming is a great deal. The food is pretty good and they have a lot of great options for drinks.

When we got there we didnt truly understand the process. So there is a line to get your play card and a line for the food. After placing in line to get our food we got in line for the players card. We were a group of 9 so we went on a waiting list to be seated. It took a hour... So during the wait we played the games ( I beat my son in basketball over and over) the waiting time went by quick. The food was great, my kids enjoyed there 1st trip to Dave and Buster as well as my husband and I

Went with my family last night, we were told it would be 1 1/2 hours for a table. We waited because we have heard amazing things about the place. We waited another 2 hours for food.I ordered the New York Strip, hubby and daughter ordered a cheeseburger, other daughter ordered Chicken strips and it was cold and my husbands cheeseburger was raw.Only reason I left one star is because I had to.I will never be back to this place again.

I took my family there once and got sick afterwards. It has been a while since then so I took my wife and daughters there last night. My kids enjoy playing the games. Our server was not really trying to serve us, Im thinking she isnt in to biracial couples. I order three cocktails at 15.95 each and I kid you not the drinks didnt have alchohol in them. I paid over forty-five dollars for drinks and didnt get what I paid for. I still gave the fifteen percent however I wasnt satisfied at all. Last night was my last time spending my money with this particular location.

I had never been to Dave and Busters before. My 2 kids were invited to a friends birthday party who also rented a room. The place was packed mid day on a Saturday. The kids had lots of fun playing just about every game. The place was like a casino for kid games. Haha. They offer good food and also have a sports bar.

FYI due to Covid they do have a limited menu. Also you must wear your mask if you are playing in the game area. Service was great.

Do yourself a favor and just stick to the games here! I’m so disgusted/disappointed by the bar and restaurant experience I had here. While the kids were playing games, I decided to have a drink at the bar. I asked for a glass of water while I decided on my drink. The bartender brought the water and I asked a question about one of the cocktails. The bartender didn’t seem to think it was the best option, so I told her I needed more time. She then aggressively told me she needed to see my ID. Okay, that’s fine, but I haven’t ordered yet…and what’s with the attitude?!? So I show her my ID and she goes on about her business. I sat there for a good 15 minutes trying to get her attention. Not once did she look in my direction or come back over to get my order. I finished my water and left.Later, we visited the restaurant to eat dinner. The server was extremely slow and we couldn’t find her at times. After placing our drink orders, she brought the water and never brought the other drinks. When she finally came back to take our order, I asked about the other drinks and she hurriedly went to go get them. The food was awful. The chicken quesadillas were thrown together and the peppers inside weren’t cooked. They didn’t taste the best, so I had to dip them in honey mustard sauce to make it taste better. The philly cheesesteak was the same, the onions were missing, peppers not cooked and steak/mushrooms overcooked. It was clear that they were both thrown together in a hurry. I ordered cheesecake dip for dessert. It was supposed to come with sugar crisps for dipping. It came with some chocolate cookie things. I asked the server about it and her response was that it came with 2 options. Well…the menu only lists 1 option. She went to ask the kitchen about it and said they only had the chocolate cookies. I’m not a fan of chocolate, but I liked the actual dip so decided to keep it. Another guest ordered the brownie tower. It was cute, but the brownies were tough and not warm. This was just a terrible experience all around. I will never eat here again.

Excellent server. Great atmosphere. Food and drinks were very good. Disappointed that they only run the unlimited wings on certain days. PR needs to do a better job of producing a clearer marketing plan.

I took my daughter today. Our food never came so after about an hour our waitress apologized and insisted i not pay. I really didnt care but she insisted so we ate our free meal, left a $20 tip anyway, and played some games before heading home. Fast forward a couple hours and Im throwing up my Steak and Shrimp pasta in my bathroom. I guess theres no such thing as a free lunch after all.

I LOVED IT HERE!! The food and games were amazing, and the prices were fair. The drinks were pretty great too. The bathrooms were spotless, and there was a lack of a musky smell. Great place to take the wife and kids!

Company I work for rented the building out for our company picnic, we got 2 game cards and I won 1000 tickets on one game alone. I played numerous other games, asked the guy at the counter how many I had. He said 1540 on one card, 200 something on another. Went back to buy something maybe 30 minutes later and he said you have 0 tickets. But yet he just told me I had 1540. He did not attempt to make it right, just said you have 0 and we had to move along. I think he switched my card or cleared. Something shady definitely happened. We just left after that. Won’t go back.

The overall experience was fun and the food was ok but with the drink sin tax, prices were a little high. Some of the games didnt work too. The App on my phone worked really well though !!

Food is ok (salmon the best), but service a bit slow with a detached attitude. Actually would have taken a picture, but was too hungry by the time the food finally arrived. Tad odd that even asking for directions to restroom for son, hostess was not too friendly. Bartender cool though. Games are decent, but surprised the selection wasnt bigger based on their other locations. Not overly impressed with the place, especially considering how much money was spent there.

We love Dave and Busters as a family day. Both kids enjoy the games and mom and dad have fun as well. Food is fair nothing tonight home about but when you take advantage of the eat and play combos food is very reasonably priced.

Came in tried to make it quick easy on server just wanting a drink to watch game and burger to go! Well food came before drink then 10 min later got my $10 drink that seemed like a virgin didn’t even leave with a beer buzz for $10! I had my doubts that I would like this place... I went with a few friends, had lunch and played some games. I really had a good time. Then we decided to take the Jurassic World ride, virtual reality. Oh my gosh that was awesome! I cant wait to go back again.

I love this place. I brought my son here to go on our mother/son date and he had a BALL! The food was amazing (with the exception of my fries). Our waiter, JD, was extremely helpful and a wonderfully polite and patient. I will continue to be a customer. Just get those fries right and Ill be changing to 5 stars.

Dinner was amazing. Best salmon Ive had in years and the chicken and shrimp pasta was perfection. The games were fun but I thought there would be more variety and more active games. Laser tag would be been nice.

Great food and great games! More games than I can play in one go! They’re always adding new ones and new food items to the menu! Tonight I tried a worm slush- it was delish!! I love to play the games and use the tickets I’ve won to purchase coupons for free food at the restaurant— purchase a drink and leave a good tip and you’ve had a great time, a great meal, and a great waiter! Highly recommend!

The prices are (not surprisingly) pretty steep for the food and drinks, but we went for happy hour, which I definitely recommend if you want a cocktail. The gaming credit system is a little confusing for me. It was clean and the food was okay. If you have kids and are looking for a safe place to enjoy the evening its great, but expect to spend the money for a food time.

Came in as a family there were 6 of us we were never greeted we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though it wasnt busy we had to wait an additional hour just to receive our food and by that time it still wasnt busy in the restaurant. The food tasted great but at the same time it tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamps for a little too long almost as if they forgot about us, also we waited 15 minutes for a manager just to come over and talk to us and he never came so we just left thats why Im writing this review. Terrible!

Will never eat there again. Hour and 35 minutes total time spent there to order, get our food and get the check to pay. The server spilled a glass of water on my husband, blamed the straw for it, but no apology, towel or offer to replace the glass of water was ever made. Got the wrong food brought to my kids but I was so upset about the entire incident that I just wanted out of there so I made them eat what they could from their plate and took them to play games while my husband sat there and waited for the check because I could not handle another minute in there. Great place for a family to play games but poor service on the food side.

Pretty fun place. There’s still teens running around like a hip Chucky Cheese but the overpriced beer is supposed to help us adults with that I guess. The food was good but way overpriced as well. I guess it is supposed to be an experience thing so that’s why it’s expensive. Just be prepared to spend about $50 bucks a person, teen or not, beer or not. Playing games alone is pricey. It’s fun to try though. They have pretty much every game you can imagine and then some. I was thankful for some of the nostalgic memories that came to me from seeing some of the machines. It’s a shame there’s not an adults only section. Teens are ruthless in these places. Be prepared.

Have reasonable expectations and youll have a good time. Of course its not the cheapest place but still allowed my sons and i have to have fun, connect and get fed. Will return.
