It is a great place for kids but dont go there without planning on emptying your wallet. Very expensive and the pizza is not even good.
Half The Games Worked & Half Our Pizza And Drinks Were Thrown Away While Trying To Play Them. Only 3 Stars Because The Pizza Was Good.
This Chuck-E-Cheese treated us very very very well. We planned a birthday party, and arrived on what we thought was the right date. It turns out we were at one week early, we had scheduled the wrong weekend. However, Chuck-E-Cheese did a fantastic job of taking care of us anyway they make sure that we had everything that we would have had at a birthday party, and although we didnt have a particular server assigned to us, one of their service took it upon himself to make sure that we were still attended to. With the massive amount of people that were inside of the store this treatment was a real surprise, and a real treat. If the server ever happens to read this, Benjamin thank you so much for making a great evening for us.
Not too many ppl and were able to play any game we wanted.
Its not my top choice for fun places to take my kiddo, but the pizza was pretty good, and kids had fun. It is an okay birthday spot for preschoolers through elementary school kids, and birthday packages can include unlimited use of the games, but several things were out-of-order, not working. 4yo needed help with most of the fun stuff, older kids had a blast.
I loved this place as a child, and I heard they maybe filing bankruptcy and closing. I wanted my youngest to experience Chuck E Cheese in the unfortunate event it closes. Although some games werent closed due to COVID we still had a blast!!
The staff is pathetic and sad. They have no business working around/children.
Our first time to visit. I would have liked to have given it 5 stars but the service just didnt meet my standards. We visited during a high occupancy time. Machines were out of tickets, ticket collection machines were full which caused more back up and only 1 you g lady working prize counter. Kudos and props to those working, they should have had more help for you guys!! I will try again but management needs to schedule enough people so wait times are more manageable, 30 minutes to be waited on at ticket counter is extreme!! When you pay for hour play and half the games are out of tickets it brings your value down when so crowded and you cant play.
Best Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to. Pizza tasted great and salad bar was nice and fresh. Kids had a blast playing games and collecting tickets. Staff was helpful and courteous. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Good clean fun. -2 starts based on cost and sub par food. 10 years ago Id probably give this place 5 stars, but other businesses have started offering better food/entertainment at the same price or better.
Nice staff, clean and safe.
Had my daughter birthday party there!
Fun place for kids but the prices are absolutely outrageous for what it is. My kids had a blast but my wallet did not.
My daughter Love this place, but I feel like I need to bathe in hand sanitizer once I leave.
Excellent Environment FOR Children and They Pay Full Attention too the entire area
Great place to go for the smaller kids with all the entertainment they have and the food is not bad either
The food is good... like the pizza is probably the best ive has so far in little rock. We went twice this wk and the same two games were not giving tickets after being played. Plenty of other games though. A good time
Very kid friendly. Great place, great fun.
Buying time is sooooo much better! The place is great to get the kids out and have some fun. It is cheaper than going to a movie and thats with food.
Well it is still not really like a real casino. The machines are not loose enough. You just cannot win like in mission and they dont stay open 24 hours and they are not real good with their visit tours and not kind enough be frank Arkansas is just not the best friendly loving peoples now in Mississippi they have the real love caring. About peoples and the Memphis Tenn n Alabama Georgia
Granddaughter and her friends absolutely loved it. Would be hard to find a birthday venue any better.
Crazy expensive. Bad pizza. Kids liked the mouse other than that. Will not be returning.
It was my granddaughters birthday and she had so much fun great games amazing place enough room for 20 different parties and no lines at the games theres always something open
I’m currently standing in line over 17 minutes trying to redeem tickets. Manager & workers are walking by without offering assistance. It’s 2/8/2020 11:26 a.m. horrible customer service. They rather assist people standing in line to order food. I’ll never come back to this location. They’re unprofessional, slow service, and lack basic customer service.
They do the best they can. It is a great spot for the kids to run around and get their energy out while you sit back and have a beer...if they have beer in stock. The pizza and salad bar are adequate. Kids should be safe as your family will have a matching stamp they check on the way out.
I would not go here during the lunch buffet. We paid for the buffet at about 11:10. There was absolutely NOTHING on the buffet until a few minutes before noon. NOTHING. Then when they brought pizza out, they brought out 2 pizzas which were gone before everyone in my family could even get any. The prices are outrageous. Several of the games were down with no out of order sign. If a buffet starts at 11, there should be food ready at 11, at least one pizza. Not wait until the buffet is almost over to have the full offering available. Also, the staff needs to be trained to have some enthusiasm. They are working at a kid place and looking like they hate their jobs 100%. The only employee who looked like she liked her job was the kid check lady when we first came in. We wont be back to this particular Chuck E. Cheese.
I love taking the kids here to have some fun. I even enjoy it lol! Some of the staff is not so friendly, but we put that to the side and just have fun!!
The little.manager guy I think its David, hey u ... Have a great day... Cute cute ...
My grandson had his Birthday party there and it was amazing! His mother was soooo pleased at how organized and easy it was. We had a personal attendant who kept everything moving right along, cleaning up, and taking pictures if needed. Well worth the money to have a party there! The kids and the adults all had a good time and the pizza was hot, fresh, and good too!
Food isnt good. And its extremely expensive. So we wat elsewhere then go for the games.
Meh it wasnt that good nor bad. I just keep saying the more minutes Im in here the more brain cells Im losing or my name is Jupiter because when Im here I get stupider. Well I just like the pirate game because I got 150 tickets 3 in a row.
Cool place for kiddos to burn off the energy I wished I had.
Very basic Chuck E. Cheeses. The guy that manages the parties is awesome and really into his work. This makes this CEC stand out among the ones Ive visited. Will definitely go here for my kids birthday parties if this guy is hosting them.
Not quite organized
Love the new system the cards way more fun for kids
The fundraising set up process was very disappointing. Many transfers of calls and staff that did not know what was going on. The day of our event the mascot, Chuck-e was supposed to come to our school, after 30 minutes of trying to talk to someone who knew what was going on they informed me that the Little Rock, AR (Shackleford) manager did not schedule people to allow this to happen. I asked why they did not inform us of the cancellation and they did not know. The manager was on vacation as well. We also received Multiple requests for the same information.
Great visit! No more buying tokens! Check their website for digital coupons. They now sell cards for 30-60 minutes of unlimited play. Kids had a blast & when the card ran out, we were done. They also have great child protection measures (matching hand stamps when you enter).
My daughter goes once a month. Im never let down by how happy and excited she is to go.
We love this place it office sensory Sundays the first Sunday of each month they open 2 hours early and we enjoy the games in a much quieter environment! They employees are great very friendly to us always talking to my son it very nice he is pretty much non verbal but sometimes he will say hi he love the games and end ever visit will a push up ice cream
Of course this is a fun place for kids, even I have great memories. I will add that the pricing is rather steep, a pizza, 2 salads, and 30 points was more than we spend at a steak house. There was a rowdy group that banged on the machines for tickets and one kid shouted a profanity, but that isnt the fault of the establishment. The staff were super friendly. Its worth it for the kids to have a good time.
The atmosphere was cool but some staff acted rude as if they didnt want to be there.
Ordered four food items, only received one, was provided a refund for the items not provided, but will not be returning.
My grandbaby had a wonderful time there
Good place for small children.. Could be larger had several birthdays going at once. Should be in a larger build for more space for each family.
The hosts were helpful and it was also clean
Super friendly staff but bathrooms were horribly dirty, Clogged another a whole roll of toilet paper in it and another stall with no door!
Chuck E. Cheese is certainly not what it used to be. Not sure why it took my one Pizza Roll an hour and a half to be served. Another guest in our party ended up having to get a refund due to her food never coming before the 2 hour birthday party was over. We ordered as soon as we got there. On a bright note, our party hostess Teirra was fantastic and the children enjoyed the games.
Pizza is actually pretty good. Unlimited play pass is worth the money.
Had a good time with my husband and brother and his wife winning tickets for a prize for our little boy while he was in the Arkansas childrens hospital he loved his chuck e cheese stuffed toy and his yoyo thing ..
Way over priced but every location is the same so its not the owners fault. You now have to purchase play cards instead of tokens. And you must purchase cards for each individual child unless they share. 30 minute play card is $10. Pizza and drinks are now purchased separately. This makes it very expensive. 2 pizzas and 6 drinks is $46. 5 play cards is $50. Its ok if its a small family but pricey if you have a lot of guests. Oh and every slice of pizza may not have meat on it. They are very restrictive with the toppings.
This is our #1 “go to” place for my grandchildren. They love to come to play. The pizza is good but the salad bar is better.
Great place to take your children
The most disgusting Chuck E. Cheese. Ive ever seen in my life. Didnt see things like this back in Chicago. Little Rock needs more individuals to step up and teach on Customer Service Skills! So traditional and stuck in their ways!
Good but never have employees at register who can sell beer lol. Place much cleaner and not so many crazy folk during the week
My first time at this particular one. Very nice, fun, and clean
Not nearly as traumatic as I thought this place would be. Keep in mind this is my first time at this location with my last experience being at the Rodney Parham location circa 2000. No more stage, ball pit, tokens... I did take a class on a field trip on a Wednesday at 11:00 on a school day, so we were practically the only ones there. I like the card they use for the games now and there is a separation between big kid and little kid games. My students had a blast and I am planning on taking my 2 year old on a Sunday morning when they open. They do have sensory friendly Sunday once a month.
Some new games but overall still the same. Fun for the kids. The food lacks much flavor.
Too many machines not working & employees were clueless
My 1yr. Old grandson was there to play for the first time for his birthday. They have the best play area for toddlers we loved it!
My 3 year old son was in heaven.
Im sure the kids would give this place 5 stars but Im giving a very generous 2. Food prices are insane to me especially for the quality, but the gaming isnt too bad unless you take 5 children. You can purchase game passes by the minute or on a points system. Each game is a certain number of points to play. I chose the points method. I was ready to leave long before the kids ran out of points.
My son won 1065 tickets and was accused of stealing and he is four years old .. not only did he not get his prize but we did not receive our money back for buying him a play card I will never recommend anyone go here again
Excellent facility, great Salad Bar, good Adult-ish Arcade Games (Aliens, Terminator, basketbal). Kid appropriate rides and knee level arcade games. The CheckECheese costumed headliner engages kids and parents for Bday parties, the attentive Show Room Host lavish attention on the parents to make sure birthday kid is happy. Recommended location!
Impressed with this Chuck e Cheeses. Well managed and maintained, and food came out fast and fresh.
Unorganized and rude staff. And 1 out of 3 machines werent working and there was no notice or anything.Waste of money
The pizza was delicious and the staff were so sweet and friendly.
Waited behind one person for 20 minutes to order while it seemed like the workers had no clue. More than half the machines were out of tickets or were out of order.
Crowded but fun so far, will update if experience changes.! Nice atmosphere and staff
Kids had a blast Pizza is a course overpriced but for the overall experience it was worth the money and if you get the right coupons the play passes are not that expensive.
Because of time of day we went and the staff was helpful. Pizza was surprisingly good for place like this.
Kids had a good time, but food took a long time coming out and a lot of the games need to be serviced.
Excellent venue for a birthday party! Great staff!
Love this place for my kiddos!! Always have a great time. Food is a little pricey.
Great first birthday party with my son the employees were fantastic
The pizza was one of best we have had, and all if us had a great time in the game room, we would definitely come back again, awesome.
So crowded but fun. Game cards little pricey. Games dont give lots of tickets. The matter of fact is the kids had fun that is why I give it 5 stars.
Very clean great staff very friendly
Not too crowded. We found it better to go with the count instead of time
Tonight the restaurant was dirty. We didnt receive the wings we ordered. My children loved the games.
Well now, I didnt actually go in. The Central Arkansas Transit Authority-Little Rock City bus just had a midway line break. He allowed a GREYHOUND-GREAT DANE smoke break.
So much fun for the children
Had a great time with the granddaughters
Wed my Grandson Party everybody got sick.
Not as much fun for the kids as it used to be SO definitely not worth the price especially with ALL the other options around!
Awesome place for the KID in ALL of USNEVER A DULL MOMENT!!!!!! FOOD IS AMAZING
We had so much fun!
Fun place to let the kids run, play and win prizes. I recommend that you eat somewhere else before you go. Most definitely if youre doing the lunch buffet. The salad bar is salad mix and dressing and then you get to choose between four different pizzas on the bar. Games are fun prices are nice the kids love when Chuck E cheese come out great place to kill time.
It was just a so so visit. no sweetea, salad bar not stocked continuously. Trash to the top rim. no clean tables open. not enough prices selections available for kids to choose from whats the point of trying to get ur kids to win TICKETS if they cant even spend it. This is my 3rd visit here by far the worst. definitely not having my 3yrs bday here. clean up much needed here.
Very small. Needs more entertainment for ages 2-3. Buffet could be improved
I’ve been taking my kids to Chuck E. Cheese for 8 years and have been going since I was a kid. So, it’s safe to say that I’ve always been a loyal customer. Birthday parties every year and all. However, the last 3 times I went there, there was a young lady that was very rude to me. When I first came in and tried to order our food and point cards the girl kept walking away from the counter. She literally ignored the hell out me, even though she kept looking directly at me. She acted as if she had other more important things to do. She walked away from the counter like 4 times. I was finally helped by another young lady. Then, when my boys were “trying” to cash out their tickets for prizes, the girl kept putting other children in front of my boys. She did this twice until I finally asked her why she was doing this. She and I literally had a small altercation. I stopped myself from getting loud, because I didn’t want to upset my boys nor the other people there trying to have a good time. My encounter with this young lady with glasses almost made me stop going to Chuck E. Cheese in Little Rock. Luckily I have kids that love the place.
