I recently did a large upgrade on my tank. A couple hour job turned into a 3 day adventure after some issue with my equipment. LRA staff was amazing through the whole experience. Took a lot of time out of their schedule to drive to me and work diligently on fixing my issues and making my upgrade everything I could ask for and more. Not only are they the best customer service experience if had through my years with marine tank but also very knowledgeable and professional at completing the task at hand. They are more than reasonable with the price on everything as well. If youre looking to start a marine tank, upgrade, or just add some new fish to your home you wont find a better place to do business!!! I will definitely be doing all my future marine purchases with LRA! Thanks guys for making my upgrade amazing

Great selection of corals and fish, knowledgeable staff and great prices . Ive been salt and fresh h20 fish for 35 years and ive seen a lot of shops ... this is a very nice shop. Best of they support Vets, 10% off.Ty LRA !! Will return and highly recommend.

Poor communication. After going in store, they agreed to purchase a tank set for resale. After numerous unanswered calls, we arrived at the store with the tank. They did not have the money and wished we had called. Work is tough, I get it, just be straight forward.

With my experience today with Lonnie via Facebook I will never do business with such a joke of a person. Very rude and sarcastic and I will continue doing business with the Fishtank as they take their customers and customer service serious! I wasn’t aware until today there even was a new saltwater place in LR but after today And seeing how I was treated this place won’t be there long. I recommend everyone to go to the Fishtank in LR amazing prices and way better customer service then dealing with Lonnie and his condescending attitude.
