We are so impressed by the whole Lifestrokes family! All of the staff is incredible working with the kids, and both of my children look forward to their classes and have excelled in the last few months we’ve been going. We spend a lot of time around swimming pools, and I am so confident now that my toddlers could safely make it to the side & pull themselves out of the water if they ever accidentally fell in due to the diligence of their instructors.Jessica and the rest of the staff keep their building incredibly clean, social distanced, and follow all of the recommendations provided by the health department. I feel extremely safe watching my toddlers in the lobby & entrusting them to the care of their instructors. Thank you Lifestrokes for excellent lessons to the Lincoln area! We are thankful for you!

Our whole family loves Lifestrokes!!!! Our oldest started at 8months old and is 8 years old now. He knows how to do the Front stroke, back stroke and is working on the Breast stroke. Its a huge relief to know they were properly trained when we go to any body of water. All the instructors and amazing and the owner is fantastic!! We recommend them to everyone we know.

My daughter loves taking swimming lessons here. Shes been taking lessons for 4 years and each session has been great. She loves seeing Ms. Jana every week and she has learned a lot. The lessons are high quality lessons. The teachers do a great job with the kids. The class sizes are limited to 4 students which helps keep the students engaged. The quality of the lessons and staff is 5 stars!The reason they do not get a 5 star review from me is because of their decision not to enforce the mask mandate. This is odd to me considering they could be cited for this. My daughter has a compromise immune system and their choice, and the choice of the 1 mother who refuses to wear a mask, puts her health at risk. I spoke with them about my concerns and accommodations were made however, requiring masks as most businesses do - as well as customers following the mandate as they should - would be far simpler for everyone.

Lifestrokes is an amazing swim school with a Director and Instructors who care deeply for the children and their families, and have a sincere and commited desire that everyone learn safe water skills and grow in their swimming ability.

LifeSTROKES swim school has provided a wonderful swim experience for our family. My sons have all attended and loved their swimming lessons. We just completed lessons for my youngest two. Both have commented on different occasions how they have enjoyed their “really nice teacher” and the warm pool temperature. The facility is very clean and classes are well organized. Even with this challenging Covid situation, I watched the LifeSTROKES staff continuously cleaning pool equipment (i.e. pool noodles and the like) wiping down door handles as well as all the seats in the parent waiting area. When lessons were done each day the kids were brought back to waiting parents via a back hallway to provide the additional “social distance” suggested due to Covid. It felt great to have my kiddos back in lessons!

I have been taking my son to the baby classes since he was a year old and its been amazing to watch him learn skills in the water to keep him safe.The staff is amazing! We love Miss Jana!I have heard other parents experiences at other places and they do not compare to ours at Lifestrokes. It is well worth the price!

Even with the mea culpa put out today, although I can only find it direct from what was sent by text, it is not acknowledged on their website or Facebook, I do not trust this business any further. They mention a full refund, but have no timeline for that. I feel from the poor handling of the situation and complete cut off of communication, this business should not earn your trust either.

We have been so impressed with how well our 4 yr old daughter has improved in the water in such a short amount of time! Within 2 sessions we saw a dramatic improvement in her level of comfort in the water! She went from being unsure of the water to absolutely loving to swim and she can’t wait for swim lessons at Lifestrokes every week! We couldn’t be happier with Lifestrokes!

We have had such a fantastic experience with LifeSTROKES. The instructors are great and it is a place that truly cares for everyone. Our daughter needed surgery and they sent her balloons while she was in the hospital. It made her day and it made ours too. We cant say enough good things. Also, the water yoga is fabulous!

What fantastic instructors! My littlest had stranger fear and they did SUCH an amazing job getting her comfortable. She loves going now. All of the teachers have such joy and happiness in what they do. It makes all the kids have fun. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else.

Every single one of these ladies are incredible at what they do! Miss Jessica, Miss Jana and Miss Mikeyla have all been amazing with my little boy since 6 months old. We had a rough transition to independent lessons and these ladies went out of their way to help us and make my boy feel safe and happy in the water! He loves coming to swimming now! Lifestrokes is a must if your in the Lincoln area or even close! Our family would drive along way for this swim school! Thank you all for what you do and your dedication to teaching our children about safety in the water!

Absolutely the BEST place in town for lessons !!! The instructors are AMAZING!! My four year old is so confident and LOVES TO swim now! The progress made in such a small time is amazing! We had her birthday party here too.. such a great experience!!

Both my family and my child care center utilizes LifeSTROKES for their swimming lessons. Our experiences have always been nothing short of exceptional. Its amazing how quickly the children progress! The instructors ensure their students are having fun, while always emphasizing safety. They will go to the greatest lengths to help their students overcome fears or struggles and manage to give them individualized attention every time, even though the class consists of a small group.

We love Life Strokes! Our daughters are excited every week! Theyre swimming becomes stronger with each lesson we take.

Lifestrokes is great. My son cries at the beginning of every lesson this section and they are so nice about it and work with him so well. Hopefully next session he will be more comfortable without having mom or dad in the pool with him.

Love small class sizes ensuring student safety and engagement. Our son usually has anxiety with unfamiliar people/places but warmed quickly to patient and caring instructors at LifeStrokes. We love watching his lessons and seeing how quickly hes progressing.

What an incredible place! My son had participated in swim lessons somewhere else and was still anxious around water. Within two lessons at Lifestrokes, my son was looking forward to his swim lessons and begging me to take him to the pool! I have been amazed by his progress and am impressed by all of the skills he has mastered thus far. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Upon the first day of trying Lifestrokes I fell in love with their philosophy & how caring every single teacher is with the kids. Fantastic staff and all around great facility! We have been coming to Lifestrokes for three years and my son looks forward to his swim session every week!
