Not impressed at all. Went in for Halloween treat bag. With signs everywhere for free treat bags for kids in costume they said they didnt do that. They had signs online and in-store. They either need to remove signs or do as advertised. Place was a joke. Employees and management were very unfriendly in the situation. Avoid at all cost!

Great for kids!! Clean and well kept location with clean restrooms. Lots of games to choose from for young teens down unless you are a kid at heart then there is room for you as well. Pizza is pretty good and the drink selections has expanded! Salad bar is on point!! Good, fresh, clean, and fully stocked with a variety of flavors. Keep it up Chuck! This location has games, rides for smaller children and a tube maze. We just joined my niece for her 5th b-day and the host was catering to our needs and asking if we needed more! You just dont find that kind of service anymore. We had a great time. We got unlimited game play for 2 hours which was plenty of time for the kids and grown ups to play.

This place is one of my best get away places next to Alley Cat, 6 Flags. My parents take me there few times a week so I can physically play not video game at home. I like here. Clean. Polite managers.

Was a fun experience, employees were actively sanitizing surfaces and masks were used for the most part by all guests. Pizza was surprisingly delicious and it turned into the perfect spot for a young childs birthday party.

The improvements were great. The free play card is a great addition. Place was clean, games were fun, and we had a great time.

I was impressed with management at this location. The manager Cassy was cleaning and sanitizing the ENTIRE time we were there, and she was really friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job which was refreshing!

First of all I want to say we made it another day praise God. I am new to the community in Lewisville and you really cant go wrong living in the area that I live in right now. It is so clean over here where Im living at I am so blessed that I have someone thats care about my well-being. I am so grateful to her and these days of time. I was out enjoying the day and staying safe also so I looked up to my right and it had a pizza sign that you get a large pizza for $5 I feel like a kid again going to Chuck-E-Cheese but you can only go in there when you ordering to go but I was happy about that it brought a lot of memories back to me when my sons was much younger. I guess I can speak for others that feel the way that I do the bring back memories. Since I am a middle-aged woman. But I do love the community that Im living in right at this time. I will say this that you cant go wrong order a large pizza for $5 and from Chuck-E-Cheese I will pizza was so good my eyes roll back of my head I couldnt help myself but it didnt get stuck. I dont know of anyone out here experience the way I have when your food so good that your eyes roll back and then you close them also and then you just shake your head and smile. So all of the Chuck-E-Cheese lovers they will return again and just hold on and dont give up Chuck-E-Cheese is going to come back again stronger. I am a satisfied customer and I dont mind telling the whole world that I am. I have enjoyed my time in the past with my sons and my other family member. To all all the hard workers at Chuck-E-Cheese hold on and never give up and always always be safe in these times. Thank you for satisfying us may God continue on keeping us safe and also keeping us covered in the blood of Jesus Christ:-).

Man in a time of some less than stellar situations. Covid and social distancing ... this place and their staff really try. It’s no MainEvent but it shouldn’t be compared. I am very happy with our experience and the staff. Very satisfied.

AMAZING the staff tonight was so helpful. I loved how they cleaned every machine after everyone. Although it was one party & just us I actually enjoyed it more. We just moved to Lewisville & less then 5 mins away I was definitely happy with this Chuck E Cheese!

Had my kids birthday party here and it was a great experience. They had everything set up and helped as needed. Made things much easier on us and we were able to enjoy time with the kids. I would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome Chuck E Cheeses location, even though its one of the smallest locations in existence. Its got a great Studio C Beta/Cappa Mix show thats in wonderful condition. The tables are multicolored, I havent seen that at any other location its very cool. Theres also a very elaborate Sky Tubes system. I had a great experience and I recommend you visit this location as well.

Went for a birthday party here last evening. Spacious place but glasses, plates were kept in one corner and food was kept in other corner. Also food came very late.

We went when they reopen after the covid19 shut down. Great pizza and friendly kids games.

The salad bar is awesome! Pizza is great too! The manager, missed his name was EXCELLENT!! Fun for all.

Ive always gone to this Chuck E Cheese since my kids were little. Its always clean. I just dont like the fun cards because some of the games required two coins or credits for some activities.

Nice and clean place, staff is friendly. Kids had fun lots of fun especially with the unlimited game pass.

Low key has a great salad bar. Its kinda amazing, and the pizza is better than it was before.

Patient, well trained in the art of handling all kinds of kids. Tons of games and contraptions for kids to play with/in. The best part is the company of other kids and the minimal presence of electronics and screens!

Clean, small, hot food. Staff were courteous and helpful (though not super friendly). Food was made hot and fresh for our order, but I was peeved that a pizza took 25 mins to get to our table. That was unacceptable. My kids had a good time and I felt that I got a good value for my money. I love that the games are specifically for kids unlike D&B or Main Event. I would take my kids again and am even considering having the kiddos bday party here.

It’s a Chuck E Cheese... in the words of Rodney Carrington “thank god they sell beer at this place” we come here from time to time but most recently we went for a birthday party. I’m pretty good at ski ball so my daughter and I played it, we won about 9000 tickets and walked outta there with 3 pieces of candy and a spider ring but in all seriousness, they did a pretty good job for the little girl’s birthday party, brought out the cake and the mouse came out and sang happy birthday and did a little dance and ish.. I’m sure we will be back soon (yay!)

Chucke cheese was ok havnt been in awhile had fun playing games with my daughter liked that they had a deal this week and it wasnt super packed for a friday night.

The location in Dallas @ 35 and Hebron is awesome! Weve been several times now and the manager on Saturdays is great!! All the staff are friendly and always so helpful! This is a smaller location, but really great! Our son loves the indoor tunnels close to the ceiling and the slide!

It’s nice the cards are now time limits and optional credits. This one has a tube maze/slide. Salad bar is my favorite but not worth the price.

Great place, the lack of Karens onsite recently has improved the environment. Would recommend to my friends. Except, Norma, she is no fun.

This venue has great updates! Had a birthday party here and the staff was very welcoming, attentive, and made sure the birthday was a fun success. The food quality and selection has also improved from previous years, which was a major plus.

This is a great Chuck E. Cheeses location. The staff is very friendly. The payout on the games is pretty good too, not the best out of all the Chuck E. Cheeses but still better than others. During the middle of the day there are very few people there, which I like. Weekends can be busy but the birthday area is big enough to accommodate several birthdays at once. The prize selection is a decent size too.

Staff was extremely disrespectful, manager belittled me in front of my two young daughters.After eating pizza and playing some games I decided to purchase some dip n dots. I went to the counter, paid and was given a receipt to take to a young girl who would serve it. She barely filled the cups half way. I asked her nicely if she could fill them to the top. She turned to her co worker and said “she wants me to fill them to the top, how annoying” laughed and rolled her eyes. Literally in front of my face. I told her that it was rude to talk about customers, especially in front of them. She ran off to get her manager, Randolf or Rudolf. He came to my table where the first thing he said to me was “were you being rude to my employee” it caught me off guard. I explained the situation. He was defending his employee and did not apologize for her actions or his. I explained that in customer service the customer is number one. He said “thanks for telling me something I already know” and giggled.I felt so uncomfortable and so disrespected. Will stick to the Dallas location, or no Chuck E at all.

Kids dig it but there are a few things that could be better.

The place was clean and looked decent. But I walked in and said I wanted to see someone about booking a birthday party and the lady at the front said “that’ll be me, please have a seat and I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I proceeded to sit and wait for 45 minutes before leaving because I had to pick up my child. I won’t be booking at this location, I was very disappointed. Additionally, I saw several time where people went to the counter and had to wait for the kid at the check in to call someone to the front just so someone could order food. Overall the service was awful.

My daughter had a blast. This is a small location and from an adults point of view the game selection isnt all that great but kids love the games and playing in the jungle gym. I would come back if in the area.

I just calked up to inquire about a birthday party and there was this lady who was so rude in answering questions, she sounded like don ask meany questions because I don like to answer. And that department I was connected to are for responding to customer inquiries about birthdays. Worst worst service ever, I wish I had asked her name date - feb 02 2019 Eveving 5pm. I don even feel like hosting it there anymore.

Not enough help!! Waiting every time at counter usually waiting on a person to come back! Ordered a coffee waiting on pizza. She walked off while it was heating and never came back. Had to go tag a person to finish the brew! Sire these workers are a little ragged on a Sat and need extra help! Clean and food was good! Just lagging this morning.

Not well staffed . took 15 mins for someone to take our order. Greeter said she called someone over and over. With no response!! Very unprofessional service. Poor quality and they are very proud of their food!! Ticket redemption took so so so long!! Guy went to the back to find items we selected and never located anything we wanted..m kids we very disappointed!!!

This is good for kids. This was in a sense a little different from the other chuck-e-cheese location I had visited. There was a big pipe near the roof which my kid kept playing fr almost 2 hrs.This place did not have the famous Chuck-e-cheese Dance, as they were looking to fill in that position :).

Really unique location thats right off Interstate 35! Although its a VERY small location, it still is worth a visit! I love how they have LEDs around the store from some of the games to the showroom!
