Clean, went to see an old movie but it was great, wish more people would come support movie theaters during this time. Once you select your seat they block both seats on either side so there is plenty of social distance. I didnt realized how much I missed movie popcorn.

Decent prices! Great place for family and children! Environment is clean. Popcorn is good. Staff is helpful. Staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location. Attached to the Vista Ridge mall. Good selection of movies to choose from.

We went to watch Jumanji. The entire hall was so packed that we got our seats on the very first row. But it didnt hurt our neck that much because of the seats. The recliner seats were very comfortable and cozy. And the stadium seating was also very convenient.The sound system was just perfect.They have separate theater for digital and 3D movies too. And one can even host a birthday party in there. They have room for family functions as well.

This place has loungers, a great sound system, and, in this time of COVID, a very small number of customers. I went to Tenet the Friday it opened and there might have been a dozen people in the theatre. Had there been much more, I might not have stayed around

Neat place. We were pleased by the ambiance and cleanliness. The screen was wonderful and great audio quality. Seats were as good as new and very comfortable. It would have been a five star experience, if they had a decent ticket counter or self checkout kiosks. There was only one ticket counter by the snack bar. Long queue was not expected from a place like this.

Nice, clean, good selection of movies. It us in the Music Mall, which is the updated Vista Ridge Mall. Very active, busy and nicely decorated for Christmas. There is a merry go round near the Cinemark theater. There was a live band this day in the center. I saw no empty shops. The mall seems to be doing very well. So I enjoyed a movie and browsing the mall. The prices were lower than for my local Cinemark.

One of the best theaters I have been to around DFW. The hall was huge, Seating was recliner styled, big and comfy. Had a good evening. I truly enjoyed watching movie in here.

The pro to this movie theater is that the tickets are cheap and if you bring in a student badge (your school ID) the movie tickets for just one student will cost $5 if you bring it in with you and you wear it. The movie times are also amazing as well as the supervisors, workers, food makers, and employees. The con to this movie theater is that the snacks is expensive. Whenever you dont feel like buying popcorn or pizza in there, you get a snack and its not at a bad price, its just that youve already played enough for the tickets but you also have to pay more with the bottled sodas, and the can teas as well as snacks either in a box or in a bag that costs around 5-7 dollars. Other than that, this theater is really great.

This theater is just perfect. It has nice relaxing lay yourself back seats. The other cinemark in Plano has better seats. They are the same but they lay back just the right angle. These arent quite the right angle.

We enjoy going to the movies at this theater. The seats are very relaxing and the price of admission for seniors is very reasonable. Very courteous staff . Great experience!

Great experience! Excellent reclining seats, picture and sound were perfect with the movie we were watching, clean bathroom (although that should be typical; it was a 9 a.m. show on a Sunday), courteous teams at concession and ticketing. All around great time!

I hate to say this, but this is probably one of the only good things left at this mall. Im 6 foot 5 and fit pretty well in their comfy recliners. We come back at least once a month from Denton for a movie.

Its an average theater. Nothing very special about it. The chairs were comfortable and the theater was clean though. But, like all theaters, they think their food and drinks are made of platinum plated gold

We like going to this theater because of the reclining seats. The Digital XD theater is really spacious. Food prices are like most theaters... expensive. They do have pizza, though. Free refills on soft drinks if you purchase a large (Side note - AMC in Hickory Creek has self-serve Freestyle machines... get as many refills as you want regardless of size.)

Leather recliners, very comfortable seats. The kiosks to buy movie tickets do not work, you have to buy your movie tickets at the main window which is outdoor or by the concession stand. Fresh popcorn. They carry regular Topo Chico and lime flavor Topo Chico. Clean restrooms. They have a party room for birthday parties.

I love this theater. With low price comparing other theater, this one cannot be beaten, but XD theater is kind of disappointing. Screen does not bright enough.

Been coming here for years. Its been newly renovated within last 2-3 years. But current management is not doing a good job at creating great movie experience. Understaffed for a busy Sunday afternoon which has happened before. The lobby was a filthy mess. Popcorn and trash everywhere!! The butter and condiment stations just a total wreck. The theater was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The recliners were comfortable and the popcorn and drinks were good. We saw Downton Abbey and enjoyed it very much. We like this theater and prefer it over larger ones.

This is my favorite theater! I belong to the Movie Club, and like to go often. I love the reserved seating in the comfortable automatic recliners. The movie prices are less expensive than other theaters. With the Movie Club, you get a 20% discount (I believe) at the concession stand! When you go, just remember to reserve your seats on the Cinemark app or online and make sure you do it early because the good seats will go quickly. Sometimes I find myself in the mood to go to the movies and may go by myself if my family doesnt want to go. We always get the large popcorn, and sometimes go back for a refill before the movie is done. Will be going again soon.

Movie was good but when we had a VERY disruptive person close to us and we called for a manager all she did was give him a large drink. He moved but was still very disruptive. When he left it appeared he was going to another theater. Really ruined the movie. We did contact another manager before we left. Not much concern on her part either

They have a cool Asian market that recently opened on the north side called Zion Marketplace.

Its a great theater! Their leather seats are big, they recline, and are very comfortable. I always enjoy seeing movies here at this location. Good for big groups or to just enjoy a movie by yourself.

It is rare that I attend a regular theater these days because of people talking and/or cell phones. But, this theater offers 9am movies and most dont go that early. While I cant recall his name, the sight challenged gentleman who takes the tickets made the experience even better with his kindness and insight on the movie I was seeing. He deserves a raise for sure.

This is my favorite movie theater, mostly because of the awesome, reclining seats. Its worth the cost to upgrade and see movies in XD here.

Favorite theater to go to. Less expensive than other Cinemarks in the area, so ticket prices are still reasonable here. Great handicap accessible and seats. Love XD and 3D here. Seats are comfortable, roomy, and there is still enough of a walkway so you dont have to stop reclining because someone wants to go to the bathroom. Always well staffed enough that concessions are fast and bathroom and theater are always clean. This is a first run movie location. Luckily the Cinemark 8, their dollar theater its just down the street for more viewing options between paychecks. Buy the refillable cups for all year discount. And enjoy walking the mall after your movie to burn off all the popcorn and Candy you just stuffed yourself with.

Luxury recliners are very relaxing. The price is right for seniors. The only problem I see is the self serve butter on your popcorn; you cant get butter in the middle because the bucket is full when you self serve.

A great movie theater that is nice and clean (including the restrooms) and has a wonderful XD theater. The popcorn, as always, is a must!

Caught this place on the last day before theaters were closed due to virus restrictions. Was clean, staff was helpful, and practically had the theater to ourselves.

Awesome and cheap tickets. Concession stand was horrible. 3 workers and I was standing next in line. Cashier took the guy behind me and didnt say anything at all, as if nothing happened. Ridiculous and incompetent. Get your snacks and drinks for much cheaper elsewhere.

Reclining chairs are really nice, with plenty of space to walk past people who are fully reclined, if you need to go get more popcorn during the movie. Sound, temperature, everything great. Very clean.

Ok This was my FIFTH trip to your theater. And EVERY..SINGLE visit, the hotdogs were NOT ready! This is VERY ANNOYING and frustrating! This last visit the guy behind us wanted a hot dog as well. They were ALSO OUT of COKE ZERO! I dont care what time the movie starts! If youre going to offer hot dogs...then you gotta have em ready! I may start going elsewhere next time.

I love this movie theater! The movies are not expensive compare to other theaters. If you are a student in high school or college they have discounts as long as you show them your school ID. They have assigned seats with PLENTY of room. The screens are huge and they have quality sound and picture. I will definitely come back to this location.

The XD theatres sound was set very low and the up escalator in the mall has been broken for almost a year. Are the owners so cheap they refuse to fix their own escalator? Ridiculous.

Facilities are nice, but we walked up to the outside entrance and the ticket booths were deserted. No where outside did it direct customers inside to buy tickets. They could have put up a sign.

So far so good. I wish the specific coordinates and entrance to the theatre were precise. We had to walk a little ways but no big deal. Everything has been great so far now we are watching the movie. Customer service so far has been good. Seats are comfortable and retractible.

I always go to this theater when a new movie comes out. The theater is updated with plush seats and the service is very good.

This theater was clean and not crowded. The seats were awesome leather cushioned recliner type seats, you get to pick your seat at the counter. A wall was in front of each row to block the view of the row in front of you leading to fewer distractions by other movie-goers. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because my popcorn wasnt fresh. Matinee was $5 and you cant beat that. I will be back.

Large, clean theater with lots of screens. Tickets were much less than I expected, which made the popcorn price not as painful. The screen was large, the sound was great. The seats are comfortable with tons of leg room.

Theater was nice and clean, but when we got to the cashier, the workers waited till the guy on shift walked from where they check the tickets to the cashier, didnt give us proper straws and when we got to where they check the tickets, none was there, so we just walked in.

Staff was nice, I’ve been to much nicer theatre’s though.

I go here several times a month. It is always clean and relatively uncrowded. They have all the bells and whistles neccessary to make this a great place to enjoy a movie. I highly recommend this theater.

Quality picture and sound. They do not do the best job cleaning between films. Concession prices have steadily gone up over the last year so water is nearly $5 a bottle. Better off sneaking in your own drinks at those prices.

Definitely not helpful. Sat with the lights on for the first 10+ mins of our movie. When I went to tell the lady she was rude and said they knew the lights were on. Paid to see a movie with a BTS feature and they cut it off 10 mins in. Now waiting 30+ mins and theyre saying they are working on it and to go sit back down and wait.

You have to give good points the crew here. they were on point, clean theaters due the fact the manager utilizes the cleaning crew efficiently, a crew of no less than four people ready and waiting outside every theater as soon as the movie is over, concessions workers communicate to each other and hustle in a way that I haven’t seen at other theaters no long lines due their hustle and hurry and get it done mentality. Will be choosing to return this theater over one closer to my home because of these reasons.

One of my favorite theaters in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Ticket prices are reasonable even for an evening show, the theaters are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. And the reclining seats! Completely change the movie experience when you can lean back and relax and not worry about the people behind you. Definitely my number one choice for seeing a movie.
