Well its not a place i can take my 16 wheeler Party Truck threw, so my peoples liz, and my boy Mr.James im not trying it i think i took out a lil fence but it looked like it was half down anywayz.Does the manager trip on cool things or are the kool.

I love the environment and the neighborhood and parks and lots of fun people and easy access to shopping centers and restaurants that make it easier for me to make sure that people are safely around our grounds yes I love my life one love to the SKY I love your face .....

Park is clean but some trailers are literally falling apart. It has a much better look than 15 yes ago when I last had to enter the trailer park.

The management is outstanding and the place has alot of potential to look sharp

Worst place ever & manager Josie is the main reason. She talks about the residents to other residents like putting them down when shes no better.

Weve lived here since Nov 17 - relocated from San Fernando valley. Purchased a 3bd/1.5 ba for under $13k - we never thought wed own a home in Cali but this area made it possible. Theres older units in this park but theyre taken care of & maintenance staff is AMAZING (they help both renters & owners). Lot rent is less than $500 & incl water, gas & electric are affordable & this park is part of an energy saving program lowering the residents rates.... even in winter, running heat our total housing & utilities costs were just under $1k. Friendly people for the most part & kids play together all over the park. Waiting for spring to see how the pool looks, theres a laundry facility onsite & to wash & dry a load there is $2.50 total. Smaller units get 1 parking space, larger ones get two - most ever unit has some type of fenced in yard. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars just because management is charging $30/mo for garbage when we all use communal dumpsters (rate just seems high) & theres a few crabby old people who routinely harass the kids & theres someone who has abt 5 small dogs they dont keep contained & they yap quite a bit. Lastly, they need to trim the palm trees, the dead hanging fronds are a danger to anything below. All in all good place to live & quiet.

Honestly dont recommend buy or living there they sale home with no tiltes the manager there is truly unprofessional she talk to anyone about your account if she doesnt like you she will tell those she like about it also the drug traffic there is bad and one more thing I forgot to mention a few months ago she was looking for my neighbor but she wasnt home and she left a message with her eleven year old daughter that to let her know the papers for there eviction were already be processed who does that kind of stuff I could imagine the little girl thinking she was going to live in the streets.
