100% run by a slumlord. Rent is crazy high for trailers that should have been condemned in the 90s, everything is in constant need of repair, the only way to get the landlord to answer your call is to pretend like youre seeking legal counsel (no one forced to live here would ever be able to afford an attorney). Mary (the slumlord) is preying on disadvantaged and desperate people. Save yourself and stay away.
