This was our first time at Jump Around and we really enjoyed it! Our kids are 3 1/2 and 2 and it was great for them. I feel like older kids would also really enjoy it. Everything is clean, it is spacious and has the AC on high (which was chilly as we came in but great after you start playing). The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They have tons of options for food and drink, a designated space for toddlers (3 and under), adults are free and can play with the kids. Their birthday packages are appealing and worth checking out, especially since they close the facility during your rental.We’ll be back for sure.

Great place to have fun. Affordable. They allow parents to help their children if needed and have fun along side their children. Grandparents also can enjoy this.Super fun place.The punch cards makes it 5 dollars for kids three and older, for unlimited time (private events shorten the hours, so look at their website to confirm). Also, might be best to fill it the waiver on their website before going there to save time.

Went there for a birthday party for my sons friend. Such a fun place! My three year old had a blast! Recommend socks with grips on the bottom, but normal socks are fine. Just make sure you have socks. Wash hands after just cause ya know, its a germ playground, but the place was clean! Just cant always keep away the germs. Fun place to get out all that energy.

Loved it. Had a private party for my nieces birthday party. It was really fun, they need sticky socks so you dont slip, maybe a little arcade area if you get tired but overall I had a good time

Pro: Very new and clean.Con: Too HOT to play. According to the front desk, the owner is too cheap to buy an air conditioning unit. They only have two fans in the building, and one of them is pointed at the front desk personnel, not even toward the play area. The temperature is a deal-breaker - we wont come back. Most parents bring kids to places like this to burn energy on a day that is either too hot or too cold for outside play. Its a borderline safety issue to have kids exerting themselves and climbing 10 ft high (to where it is even hotter) in a hot muggy warehouse to go down tall slides.

Great physical fun for the whole family. A good selection of obstacle courses, slides, and general bouncy things. Surprisingly clean for a kid environment. All equipment was in great shape. Snacks and drinks were generously priced. Overall a wonderful experience.

Came here to take the kids out since they have been stuck @ home since COVID. Facility is very clean and spacious. It was only my little family of 5 along with another lady and her small 3 children. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The gentlemen working seen my groupon was for a group of 5 and stated parents were free so he gave me 2 free passes to return. He was continuously sanitizing throughout our visit Snacks are a good price and my kids had a blast! Coming back again.

Ive been here 3-4 times with kids of various ages, my own being almost 2 and a little dude. This place is great for burning energy! The price is fantastic, especially since if you are watching your kid(aka jumping around with them to make sure they are okay) you dont have to pay for yourself, which is not the case at most of the trampoline parks. The price on the snacks/drinks is great, but you have to buy more than $2 worth if youre going to use a card. This place is probably PERFECT for the 4-5 year old crowd and they could easily spend around 2-3 hours here. My only complaint was the heat this Summer! This winter the temperature in this place has been perfect. We will be back!

My kids loved it here and we will definitely be going back! The worker was very nice and explained things well. He helped me make the most use out of my groupon I bought by splitting the admissions up for me. Very clean facility and snacks at a great price. I would definitely recommend people to go here.

Great place. Love that theres finally a bounce house place in Lehi. It was clean, the owner was kind and accommodating. Were going to have a birthday party for my son here in a couple weeks. We came in the morning and it does seem like it heats up by afternoon. Im assuming once they get AC or another swamp cooler in the back that itll be the perfect place to have kid parties in Lehi. You can rent the entire place for a reasonable price.

We had our girls birthday party here a d it was fantastic. Easiest party Ive ever done. We show up with the cake and drinks and ice cream and thats it. Kids were all entertained. Plenty of room and space for family and parents to gather and watch or play too. Thanks JAU!

I purchased a Groupon to take my family here I live in Salt Lake but their location was closed for that day so we drove to Lehi and it was worth it. Staff was very friendly we got in quick and it was not super busy. it is not a very large bounce Warehouse but it serves its purpose and it was fun. I do recommend you get your waiver online before you show up to the location

Brought my kids here for a birthday party, we had a blast! There is a large jump area in the middle with an obstacle course, a small slide a medium slide and large slide inflatable arrayed around it. There is also a more toddler friendly inflatable near the front. I would recommend this place for a good time with the kids.

First time booking a party with lehi jump around for my sons 4th birthday party 3/9/20 scheduled it for 3/22/20 because of resent events they had to close there doors completely understandable but never called or sent an email I started calling a week ago trying to figure out what to do about the situation they have it posted on there website that they will still host private parties or postpone still never got a call back after leaving 3 voicemails. Finally received a call back 3/22/20 around 12 pm when I explained to the Male that I didnt feel comfortable doing a private party and dont know when things will go back to normal that I would just like a refund for the deposit I put down and the Male said they are not offering refunds at this time would have definitely rebooked to see what it was like and for my son to enjoy this new establishment in our area but with the way I was treated on the phone that wont be in our near future I understand they have policies and its both out of our control but because of the situation I dont think that I shouldnt receive a refund because we cant have a party over 10 people for however long this last Im very disappointed and wont be coming back

Awesome place for young kids to get a bunch of energy out. My kids are definitely napping this afternoon.

A great place for the children. My grandchildren had a great time and asked to go back. It isnt a big place but very relaxing for parents to allow the children to play.

It was a really fun place. Not quite as big as the one in SLC. But still a lot of fun. Especially for kids under 10

I celebrated both of my girls birthdays there on June 24th, we rented the whole facility for 3 hours and we HAD THE BEST TIME EVER ️ My daughters turned 2 and 4, we had about 30 guests and everyone played and had a blast. The place is super clean which is very important to me and the staff was professional and friendly. We had such a good time that we are planning on having another party there in December and my girls can’t wait

Weve been waiting for this location to open, or kids love the Salt Lake City location. Its clean with friendly staff and keeps the kids entertained for a couple hours. This location will be much more convenient for us, now just get one in Riverton and well be set. The opening should be fun.

SO UNBELIEVABLY HOT!!! We live in Riverton and we have absolutely loved the salt lake location. My girls have a blast and beg to go there. Treats and drinks are very affordable too. When we went to Lehi location my girls didn’t even fight to stay they were SWEATING within 15 minutes of playing. They kept going in the bathroom to splash themselves with cold water. There is only one tiny air conditioner and it is by the door and only blows down by the entrance. Just sitting in the chair watching them was very very hot also. Probably won’t be back to this location unless they can get more air circulation.

Didnt check their website or anything, just saw on Groupon and took my kids there. It was so hot, I wish they had big fans blowing. Even just us Moms sitting there were getting hot. The kids looked like they had taken a bath with how sweaty they were after 30 minutes. It only has 5 bounce houses and in the middle some kind of large bounce thing. Jus had fun though. No way I would pay $10 a kid. I would do $3-$4. They should do a small hourly rate because theres no way you can stay for several hours, with only having a handful of things to play on.

A great way to burn off a little excess energy, but the kids got bored in less than an hour. Its also hot in the building. The kids were complaining about the temperature, but also just sitting watching was hot.
