Nice theater, clean space normally. Restrooms need more attention. Nothing like asking a stranger to pass paper as both the rolls are empty. #awkward. Nice theater seating, chairs are clean, Large and rock. Prices for concessions are crazy expensive. Small area to sit down and eat thats nice before a movie. Two level theater, with escalators, stairs and an elevator tucked away in the back corner for handicapped use.

My kids love coming to this theater! Its always clean and the seating is great! My favorite theater in Northern VA! Plus there arent a slew of arcade games that my kids beg to play which leads to less hassle when leaving.

Cobb Village Cinemas is by far my favorite theatre to see a movie. Never have I had to wait in line for tickets, drinks, or snacks. I really love the ease of access to getting your tickets online, selecting your seats (which by the way are the most comfortable seats out of any theatre I’ve been too, I love how far they recline back as if you’re in your living room watching a movie). This all makes going to see a movie here so awesome because the way everything is set up, you become so immersed in the movie you that by the time it’s over and you leave, it’s as if you were in the movie itself and coming back to reality lol. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and I must admit I love that they have a bar in the theatre so in case you want to indulge in a few drinks if you’re seeing a late movie in the weekend you can.

Great seats, and nice that you can reserve your seat. Nice to get food and drink and take to your seat. Lighting is a bit harsh in the theatre, but they dim it so much during showings that it does not matter.

Bought 6 tickets for a 7:05 movie. This is supposed to be an upscale theater and I always choose this theater over others but this visit was very disappointing. The food court area was dirty and there was popcorn everywhere. The frozen yogurt machine was out of both vanilla and chocolate as well many of the toppings were gone . I asked if they could be refilled but no one was able to do so.The theater had not been cleaned in between shows and there was trash and popcorn all over the seats and floor.I understand it was busy but the theater in general was clearly understaffed and not up to the level expected.It was hot in the theater I was in and everyone was sweating. Overall the worst movie experience I have had.

I enjoy going to the Cobb for movies. They also offer specialty foods and drinks at their kitchen and bars. Its a good movie theater for the area.

Tuesday is $5 movie day! Reserved seats, very comfortable recliners. The 1:50 PM show of 1917 had light attendance. Great movie, but very intense.

Theater is great and clean. Food is pretty good rven if a bit overpriced but it is a movie theater. The drinks at the bar were terrible. My husband and I paid way too much for 2 drinks that appeared to have no liquor and werent even made well.

Our movie was interrupted due to a fire alarm, and when we came back, the movie turned back on; however, there was no picture for a bit, and eventually, it was fixed. But, the manager (Matt) was fantastic and not only refunded our tickets, but gave us free tickets for future use. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I’ve always enjoyed going to this theater. The staff is nice and the theaters are very comfortable and clean. However, tonight the movie was briefly interrupted by someone, unsure if staff or fellow patron, who ran into the theater and screamed. I’m sure it was just a prank, and not sure I can fault the theater, but in light of all recent events, it was a scary moment. The entire audience seemed uneasy, including myself, about continuing in watching the movie. The movie ended within 10 min as scheduled, and we all left, but there was a some conversation.Recommend having adult staff at or near each theater entrance if possible.

Went to see Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker. Extremely comfortable seats. Bought tickets through Fandango so we got to pick our seats and it cost close to $30 for 2 tickets.

Love going to the Cobb except that when you are in a smaller theatre room they dont or cant downsize the film so you come out of the great recliners wondering what it would have looked like clearly . I also think $6 for a small drink is outrageous! They are very courteous to the clients.

You really cant beat the seating. Each row is wide (never regret getting in late, or early again), electric adjustable seats, great sound. Are you going to pay too much for a Coke and a popcorn? Yes. Will you think about it while comfortably watching something on the big screen? Probably not.Tuesdays are $5 seats. Do it.

When their website went down, they blamed it on Fandango (even though Fandango confirmed the problem was with the theater), and wouldnt allow me to purchase tickets over the phone. I was really looking forward to seeing a movie with my Dad for Christmas. Bummer.

Worth every penny for the best movie experience. Seats are huge and recline. Enough room to be comfortable and not feel like youre in stadium seating at the game. Screen and audio quality is awesome. Id enjoy more audio effects with respect to motion on screen... i.e. gun shot on screen left and impact on screen right... maybe it just my old hearing though

Saw a matinee today and things were good. It wasnt too crowded, and parking was easy. Popcorn was fresh and hot! One of my favorite places to watch a movie.

We love coming here, staff is nice and theaters are clean. We love the fact that they do the $5 Tuesdays as well, its awesome! Their seats are comfortable and you can also recline them. Their popcorn is good too, good location with many places to get a bite to eat. They also sell food of their own there too.

One of the best movies houses in the area. I think the choices for food are great. The seats comfortably fit and the bathroom are always spotless.

Big kudos to the management and staff at Cobb Village 12. They allowed us to quickly turn our outdoor birthday party for our 6 year old into an amazing movie party! The birthday girl and her guests had an great time. Everyone at Cobb was so accommodating even though it was so last minute.

Two stars the price of popcorn and candy would make Elon Musk think if it was wise to eat anything here for the price. While it is possible the ice is imported from France and that the popcorn kernels are lovingly rolled in butter by a super model . its not value for money at all in fact popcorn a soda a half full box of m&ms and a bottle of water cost more than our two tickets combined. The highway robbers arent only on the silver screen at the cobb!

Scenery with lots to do, lots of food and alcohol choices while enjoying a movie, get the D-Box for ultimate experience definitely worth it, your welcome

Theater was clean and staff was professional. The reason for such a low rating is that the chicken quesadilla was not good and the Pico de gallo and sour cream were mixed together. Also, in the pico de gallo there were cucumbers instead of jalapenos.

Comfortable chairs, friendly and efficient staff, tasty food and drink (a restaurant with fancy drinks is in the lobby, and you can bring your food into the theater with you). Of course its expensive, sigh. What movie theaters arent these days? But theres a movie goers benefits card where you can earn free tickets and food, and Tuesdays all tickets are only $5, and during the summer they have free movies for kids. I like to get gift cards for sports coaches and teachers here.

Love the comfy chair and food in the theater while watching movie. Will come back again.

I absolutely love this theatre! The cushy seats do a full recline and you aren’t on top of each other. The stadium seating is great because it accommodates more patrons. The facility is clean and staff are friendly.

I liked it. The theatre was orderly and neat from what I experienced. Staff was nice. Drove from Frederick MD to see John Wick 3. The drive was long but its the only theatre around me that had the movie. Thats my only con that has nothing to do with the theatre lol.

Cobb delivers on its amenities which is an important aspect of theater going today. They recently adding two more theaters and offer assigned seating and leather recliners. There is a bar and a small menu of hot food available. The concession bar has a good variety of items and prices are reasonable. I would pass on the prepared hotdog next time and order a burger, the popcorn was good. As a note I dont like to sit to close to the screen and normally pick row 4 at Alamo, the new screens are very large and row 4 or D is to close for me, I will try F or further back next time. Enjoy the show!

Theve got recliner seats now! The theater definitely looks better than before, although they are still some renovations, but overall Ive always had a good experience at this theater. The staff is friendly, the theater is kept clean, and it isnt a very crowded theater, perfect for enjoying a movie. Even more, they have a great selection of different foods and drinks to enjoy.

I hate sitting in a movie and hearing people munching, chewing, slurpping, bags crackling, ice cubes clanging. It is annoying and gross.

We are always happy to see Gretchen up front. Seats are great, popcorn was meh today for some reason. Samsung Pay works at the register, you just have to convince the young kiddos that not everyone has a miserable iphone.

First, there’s no point of buying food at a movie theater so don’t bother coming here to have “crap food” ruin your experience, it’s a movie theater not a resteraunt. Though overall the theater is great. The theater is pretty spacious; It is very modern and clean and seats are comfortable. The seats do recline and butter popcorn is amazing.

We LOVE this place. Had the chance to interact with two great employees serving popcorn - Tony (the manager) and Griffin. Both were exceptionally polite and courteous even when there was some confusion about where to order from. Top notch theatre with FANTASTIC customer service!

This is the local multiplex in town. Theyre clean, efficient, and have a good dining operation. The theaters are modern and have good amenities like recliners and dBox available. Handicap and guest seating and access are good.

I appreciate all of the updates they have done to expand to accommodate the large crowd that uses this theatre! They have military pricing, and I am always a fan of $5 Tuesdays, where tickets are $5 for any showing.

The place was dirty, trash all in the food area, food all over the floor, and the theater was freezing. When I complained about the temps, I was told the heater had been broken in that particular theater for TWO weeks. What a waste of time and money. It was disgusting.
